Claims (10)

1. A vacuum packaging machine, comprising:
the bag supply equipment comprises a first bearing platform and bag supply arms arranged on the first bearing platform at intervals, and the bag supply arms can be used for moving the packaging bags to the first bearing platform;
a bagging apparatus comprising:
a second load-bearing platform, which is positioned corresponding to the first load-bearing platform and can be used for arranging a circuit board group; wherein the circuit board group comprises a plurality of circuit boards;
the bag opening arms are arranged on the second bearing platform at intervals and can be used for sucking one side of the packaging bag and enabling the packaging bag to be far away from the first bearing platform along the vertical direction, so that a bag opening is formed in the packaging bag; and
the pushing arms are arranged at intervals on the bag opening arms and can be used for pushing the circuit board group into the packaging bag from the second bearing platform through the bag opening; and
and the bag sealing equipment is arranged at intervals in the bagging equipment, and can be used for vacuumizing the packaging bags and sealing the bag openings.

The vacuum packaging machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein said bagging apparatus further comprises a bag opening device mounted to one side of said second carrier platform and located between said first carrier platform and said second carrier platform, said bag opening device being operable to receive and open said bag opening.

The vacuum packing machine according to claim 2, wherein the bag supporting device comprises two bag supporting mechanisms disposed at positions corresponding to each other and spaced apart from each other, and the two bag supporting mechanisms respectively comprise an expansion plate and a moving plate disposed at one side of the expansion plate, and a length direction of the expansion plate is perpendicular to the vertical direction; wherein the two expansion plates can be used for placing the bag opening, and the two moving plates can be used for moving away from each other to enlarge the opening area of the bag opening.

The vacuum packaging machine according to claim 3, wherein the bag supporting device further comprises a conveying mechanism located between two bag supporting mechanisms, and the conveying mechanism comprises a supporting frame and a plurality of rollers mounted on the supporting frame, and the conveying mechanism can be used for conveying the circuit board group.

The vacuum packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein the bag sealing apparatus comprises a bag sealing device and a moving device disposed at intervals on the bag sealing device, and the moving device is capable of moving the package disposed on the first carrying platform and the circuit board group located therein to the bag sealing device, and the bag sealing device is capable of evacuating the package and sealing the opening of the package.

The vacuum packaging machine of claim 5, wherein the moving means comprises two moving platforms spaced apart and the bag sealing means comprises a vacuum packer and a placing table located inside the vacuum packer, wherein one of the moving platforms is operable to move the bag and the set of circuit boards located inside the bag to the placing table and the vacuum packer is operable to evacuate the bag and close the bag opening.

The vacuum packaging machine according to claim 6, wherein the first carrying platform, the two moving platforms and the placing table respectively comprise a plurality of supporting forks, and the distance between any two adjacent supporting forks is greater than the width of any one of the supporting forks; wherein each of the supporting forks is capable of carrying the package bag and the circuit board group, and the plurality of supporting forks of any one of the moving platforms are capable of passing through a gap between the plurality of supporting forks of the first carrying platform or the placing platform.
8. The vacuum packaging machine of claim 1, wherein the vacuum packaging machine further includes a labeling apparatus positioned adjacent to the envelope apparatus, and the labeling apparatus includes a label supply device and a posting arm spaced from the label supply device, the posting arm being operable to draw labels from the label supply device and post them onto the packaged set of circuit boards.
9. The vacuum packaging machine according to claim 1, wherein said vacuum packaging machine further comprises a storage apparatus positioned adjacent to said envelope apparatus, and said storage apparatus comprises a plurality of storage units and a dispensing arm spaced from said plurality of storage units, and said dispensing arm is operable to place said packaged circuit board assembly in said plurality of storage units.
10. A method of vacuum packaging, comprising:
a bag supply step: the bag arm moves the packaging bag to the first bearing platform;
opening the bag: sucking one side of the packaging bag by a bag opening arm and enabling the packaging bag to be far away from the first bearing platform along the vertical direction so as to enable the packaging bag to form a bag opening;
a pushing step: pushing the circuit board set arranged on the second bearing platform into the packaging bag through the packaging bag opening by using a pushing arm; wherein the second load-bearing platform position corresponds to the first load-bearing platform, and the circuit board group comprises a plurality of circuit boards; and
a bag sealing step: and vacuumizing the packaging bag by using bag sealing equipment and sealing the bag opening.
