Claims (10)
1. A decoct equipment scale removal device which is characterized by comprising: the device comprises a bidirectional driving motor, a main shaft (1) and at least three groups of blade plates (2); the top of the main shaft (1) is connected with an output shaft of the bidirectional driving motor, one side of the blade plate (2) is connected with the main shaft (1) through the danger avoiding device (3), the other side of the blade plate is provided with a scraping shovel (4), and the scraping shovel (4) is movably connected with the blade plate (2) through a turning limiter (5).

The decocting device descaling device of claim 1, wherein the blade plate (2) is provided with at least three through holes, the through holes are hemispherical, the aperture of the side contacting with liquid during descaling is smaller than that of the side contacting with liquid during decoction, permanent magnets are embedded in the inner walls of the through holes, cleaning balls (6) are arranged in the through holes, and spherical permanent magnets (61) are also arranged in the cleaning balls (6).

The decocting apparatus scale removing device of claim 2, wherein the cleaning ball (6) comprises the spherical permanent magnet (61) and a wrapping sleeve (62); the wrapping sleeve (62) is formed by connecting a plurality of annular sheets in pairs, and the spherical permanent magnet (61) is arranged in the wrapping sleeve (62).
4. The decocting apparatus scale removing device of claim 3, wherein the wrapping sleeve (62) is made of a highly elastic friction plate with a porous structure.

The scaling device of the decocting equipment of claim 1, wherein the danger avoiding device (3) comprises a mounting plate (31), a track plate (35) and a bearing device; the mounting plate (31) is connected with the side wall of the main shaft (1), the track plate (35) is in a shape like a Chinese character 'ji' and is arranged on the mounting plate (31), and the bearing device comprises a bearing barrel (32), an adapter plate (33) and a sliding block (34); the bearing barrel (32) and the sliding block (34) are respectively positioned at two ends of the adapter plate (33), the bearing barrel (32) is connected with the shaft of the blade plate (2), and the sliding block (34) is arranged in the track plate (35).

The decocting apparatus scale removing device of claim 5, wherein the track plate (35) comprises an arc section (351), a translation section (352), a connecting section (353), a limiting section (354) and a guiding section (355); one end of the arc-shaped section (351) extends towards the direction of the scraper blade (4), the other end of the arc-shaped section (351) is connected with one end of the translation section (352), the other end of the translation section (352) is connected with one end of the limiting section (354) through the connecting section (353), the other end of the limiting section (354) is connected with one end of the guiding section (355), the other end of the guiding section (355) extends towards the direction of the main shaft (1), the sliding block (34) is cylindrical, the diameter of the sliding block (34) is smaller than the lengths of the translation section (352), the connecting section (353) and the limiting section (354), and the minimum distance between the arc-shaped section (351) and the limiting section (354) is larger than the diameter of the sliding block (34) and smaller than the distance between the translation section (352) and the limiting section (354).

The decoiling device of claim 1, wherein the direction-changing limiter (5) comprises a fixed barrel (51), an outer ratchet (52) and an inner ratchet (53); fixed bucket (51) set up on leaf plate (2), the lateral wall of fixed bucket (51) is provided with outer pawl (54), outer ratchet (52) and interior ratchet (53) all set up in fixed bucket (51), and outer ratchet (52) with interior ratchet (53) all through the friction pair with fixed bucket (51) are connected, outer pawl (54) with outer ratchet (52) joint, be provided with on the lateral wall of outer ratchet (52) interior pawl (55), interior pawl (55) with interior ratchet (53) joint, interior ratchet (53) with spatula (4) are connected.
8. The decocting apparatus scale removing device of claim 7, wherein the teeth of the outer ratchet (52) and the inner ratchet (53) are opposite in direction.
9. A particle decocting system for relieving sore throat and removing toxicity, which utilizes the decocting device scale cleaning device of claim 2, and is characterized by comprising the scale cleaning device and a decocting barrel (7), wherein the scale cleaning device is arranged in the decocting barrel (7), the outer wall of the decocting barrel (7) is provided with a heating device, the top of the decocting barrel (7) is provided with a feeding hole, and the bottom of the decocting barrel (7) is provided with a discharging hole and a liquid discharging hole.

A particle decoction system according to claim 9, wherein the bi-directional driving motor is located outside the top of the decoction barrel (7), the main shaft (1) is located inside the decoction barrel (7), the end of the spatula (4) is selectively abutted against the inner wall of the decoction barrel (7), and the distance between the end of the blade (2) and the inner wall of the decoction barrel (7) is smaller than the diameter of the cleaning ball (6) and the length of the spatula (4).
