Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种用于储存低温流体的装置以及一种包括这种装置的载具。
本发明更特别地涉及一种用于储存低温流体的装置,该装置包括界定用于低温流体的储存体积的密封的内壳、围绕内壳设置的热隔绝层和围绕隔绝层设置的密封的外壳,内壳与外壳之间的空间处于真空下。
为了在运输行业推广氢气作为燃料,液化氢的储存需要满足与体积、形状、质量、机械完整性和成本相关的限制。
真空隔绝罐一般很大,并且具有圆柱形形状(出于耐真空的原因)。
文献US 2004060304 A描述了用于在相对高压下进行低温储存的这种架构。常规地,外壳是金属耐真空包壳,金属耐真空包壳需要承受高机械应力(屈曲)并因此具有适合于此的厚度。此外,内部结构通过间隔件进行机械加固,以承受与真空相关的载荷。
本发明的一个目的是补救上述现有技术的所有或部分缺点。
为此,根据本发明的、在其他方面也符合在上面的前序部分中给出的其一般定义的装置的实质性特征在于,外壳搁置在热隔绝层的外周上,热隔绝层包括“压力响应”类型的隔绝材料、比如“LRMLI”或“HLI”,该装置还包括围绕外壳设置的保护壳,该装置包括至少一个支撑部件,该至少一个支撑部件包括刚性连接到内壳的一个端部和刚性连接到保护壳的第二端部,使得包括内壳、外壳和处于真空下的热隔绝层的组件通过该至少一个支撑部件悬置在保护壳中。
此外,本发明的实施例可以具有以下特征中的一个或多个特征:
-该至少一个支撑部件包括管状颈部,
-该装置具有分别设置在装置两端的两个支撑部件,
-热隔绝层在其厚度方向上被压缩在内壳与外壳之间,
-热隔绝层在其厚度方向上被压缩在内壳与外壳之间,
-热隔绝层在其厚度方向上被0.9kgf/cm2与1.1kgf/cm2之间并且例如为1kgf/cm2的载荷压缩,
-热隔绝层由例如铝或双面镀铝PET制成的辐射阻挡层和用于这些辐射阻挡层的间隔件构成,从而确保自支撑,间隔件例如包括3D打印结构和/或特别是由塑料模制成的部件,
-内壳由以下各项中的至少一项制成:不锈钢,铝,316L、316Ti或304L型不锈钢,2024、2219、5083、6061或7020型铝,

特别是在[图1]中展示的用于储存低温流体的装置1包括密封的内壳2,该内壳界定了用于低温流体的储存体积。
内壳2可以由例如以下各项中的至少一项制成:不锈钢,铝,316L、316Ti或304L型不锈钢,2024、2219、5083、6061或7020型铝,或与低温温度相适应的任何其他合金或复合材料。这个内壳2优选地具有在1mm与10mm之间、例如在4mm与6mm之间的厚度。
装置1还包括围绕内壳2设置的热隔绝层3和围绕隔绝层2设置的密封的外壳4。内壳2与外壳4之间的空间处于真空下,也就是说处于低于大气压并且特别是在10-3毫巴与10-6毫巴之间的压力下。
外壳4搁置(支承)在热隔绝层3的外周上。例如,热隔绝层3因此在其厚度方向上被压缩在内壳2与外壳4之间。热隔绝层3例如在其厚度方向上被例如约1kgf/cm2(例如以海平面为准是1.1kgf/cm2)的载荷压缩,并且在一定海拔高度下被较低压力(例如10000m以上是0.2kgf/cm2)压缩。
例如,外壳4可以由以下各项中的至少一项制成:碳钢或不锈钢,铝,聚合物衬里(例如PVC、PVDC、EVOH、PE或其他聚烯烃)。这个外壳4具有例如在0.1mm与1mm之间的厚度。这个外壳4可以因此具有例如柔性或半刚性的结构,以确保真空密封并搁置在隔绝体3上。
热隔绝层3包括“压力响应多层隔绝”类型的隔绝材料,比如“LRMLI”(“载荷响应多层隔绝”)和/或使用这种多层结构的等效复合隔绝体(除了例如粉末或泡沫隔绝体)。
例如,热隔绝层3可以由比如Questhermal公司生产的多层隔绝体制成。这种隔绝体具有例如以下结构:具有载荷动态保持的典型(隔绝)层(承受1kgf/cm2压缩载荷的“弹簧”型结构)和辐射阻挡层(例如铝箔)的叠加。例如,由聚合物间隔件隔开的迈拉层(layersof Mylar),参见2012年4月至6月,第52卷,S.A.Dye、Kopelove、Mills Cryogenics的出版物“Integrated and Load Responsive Multi-Layer insulation[集成和载荷响应的多层隔绝体]”。与常规类型的MLI(“多层隔绝体”)的区别在于(“有弹性的”)隔绝层将辐射阻挡层保持间隔开(0.5mm与3mm之间、例如1.5mm的距离)的能力,但是压碎应力为1kgf/cm2(通过形状记忆实现)。
这种类型的隔绝体(尤其是LRMLI)表现出的热性能可能略逊于常规的多层结构(MLI),但具有的优点是能够承受更大机械载荷,例如高达1kgf/cm2。这使得可以将与将内壳2置于真空下相关的机械应力直接传送至隔绝体。
隔绝层3的厚度例如在0.5厘米与几厘米之间,例如一厘米(对于小罐典型为1cm至2cm,对于最大的罐、比如用于拖车的罐则高达5cm至10cm)。
装置1还包括围绕外壳4设置的保护壳5。装置1还包括至少一个支撑部件6、7,该至少一个支撑部件包括刚性连接到内壳2的一个端部和刚性连接到保护壳5的第二端部。因此,包括内壳2、外壳4和热隔绝层3的组件通过至少一个支撑部件6、7悬置在保护壳5中。
保护壳5优选为刚性的并且可以具有圆柱形形状或任何其他形状。
如示意性描绘的,内壳2和外壳4包括用于回路通道的相应相邻的孔口8。至少一个支撑部件6、7包括例如设置在所述对准的孔口8的区域中的管状颈部。
当然,这种布置不是限制性的,管道可以在颈部之外穿过。
考虑到相对热性能以及相对质量和在已知的真空架构中较低的稳固性,本发明中使用的这种新型隔绝体在这些应用中不曾被设想到。
上述架构至少部分地克服了这些缺点。因此,通过将该结构整合到由轻质且坚固的材料制成的保护壳5中或通过将组件直接整合到保护壳(例如载具的金属结构5,如下文详细描述)中来克服稳固性问题。这个保护壳5可以是整合了装置1的载具结构(底盘、船体、机身/机翼、发动机保护装置、保险杠、船舱等)的一部分。这个保护壳5可以包括凯夫拉或碳纤维的层,然后再被整合到容纳它的结构(例如由铝或钢制成)中。
这种配置使得可以借助热隔绝层3“自支撑”在其中的结构来限制外壳和/或结构壳4上的机械应力。
这种架构还可以摒弃根据现有技术的结构实际在系统方面所必需的圆柱形形状(或者可以优化具有圆柱形形状的罐的质量)。
通过因此分离储存器的隔绝功能和保护壳5,还可以根据应用(陆上、海上、空中、民用、军用等)或其在整合了该装置的载具中的位置(部分暴露或未暴露于外部打击)来适配外壳4的厚度。
如果需要,也可以在外壳4与保护壳5之间整合中间隔绝体(由泡沫等制成),以限制意外失去真空的后果。
如[图1]至[图7]的示例中所示,装置1可以具有两个支撑部件6、7,它们分别设置在两端,例如两个纵向端部(特别是当装置具有圆柱形形状时)。
如[图2]所示,支撑部件6、7可以各自包括管状部件,该管状部件包括沿纵向方向在例如通过焊接固定到内壳2的第一纵向端部17与通过螺纹连接或焊接(如果需要,夹紧和插入一个或多个密封件)固定到保护壳5的第二纵向端部18之间形成至少一个来回的壁。提供这种沿纵向方向具有“来回”壁的结构是为了延长固定到不同温度的元件的两端之间的热路径。
当然,这种结构不是限制性的,并且因此也可以设想更简单的形状(没有“来回”),例如具有由钛制成的颈部。
装置1可以包含任何低温流体,特别是液化氢。
如[图3]所示,该装置可以通过其两个纵向端部6、7安装在支架15、例如载具(例如轮式载具,参见[图4])上。这两个端部可以因此对纵向载荷和横向载荷(用箭头表示)作出反应。
在[图5]的示例中,支撑部件6、7具有将(连接到壳2、4的)管状部件连接到外部框架5的拉杆。框架5包括例如机械焊接的杆框架,杆框架可以附接到载具结构或者已经是载具结构的一部分。
在[图6]的示例中,支撑部件6、7具有将管状部件(连接到壳2、4的(多个)颈部)连接到管状外部框架5的拉杆。框架5包括例如作为载具底盘的一部分的管。例如,横向拉杆27将壳的颈部连接到固定于底盘5的环。
如[图7]中示意性描绘的,这使得可以对纵向载荷和横向载荷作出反应。
在[图8]的示例中,壳2、4具有平面形状(平行四边形的总体形状),储存器被容纳在保护壳5或互补形状的壳体中,该保护壳或壳体可以在几个(例如四个)点处附接到外部结构15。这个组件可以竖直地(参见[图9])或水平地(参见[图10])安装在载具中。如上所述,对纵向载荷和横向载荷作出反应(用箭头表示)。
因此,该装置的架构允许在载具中进行优化整合。
这种解决方案比现有技术(其将载具的结构用作处于真空下的壳)的罐更有优点,因为这些已知的解决方案在外壳处累积机械应力。
所提出的解决方案可以更容易地生产具有平行四边形形状或具有优化质量的罐。
可选地,可以对处于真空下的区段提供分隔,以限制在意外失去真空的情况下的后果。
可以通过在内壳2内部使用一个或多个加强件来实现额外的质量节省(特别是如果罐是扁平的)。
保护壳5的组成材料的选择也可以被确定为赋予装置一个或多个附加特征(耐火性、UV保护、腐蚀保护、抗静电性能等)。
[图11]、[图12]和[图13]示出了一个或多个支撑部件的另一实施例变体。在这样的示例中,至少一个支撑部件包括两个环19,这两个环设置在(固定于)内壳2周围,并且这两个环的外周固定到保护壳5。这个或这些环19可以替代地(或另外地,如果合适的话)设置在(多个)支撑颈部6、7上。如[图13]中可见,这些环9的外周可以在几个点处固定到保护壳5。
这些环可以由以下各项中的至少一项制成:环氧树脂,铝,不锈钢,金属。这些环可以具有复杂的形状,以便延长两个壳2、5之间的热路径。
如果需要,至少一部分管道可以穿过环9,例如完全围绕内壳2的外周延伸。
Claims (18)
1.一种用于储存低温流体的装置,该装置包括界定用于低温流体的储存体积的密封的内壳(2)、围绕该内壳(2)设置的热隔绝层(3)和围绕该隔绝层(2)设置的密封的外壳(4),该内壳(2)与该外壳(4)之间的空间处于真空下,该外壳(4)搁置在该热隔绝层(3)的外周上,该热隔绝层(3)包括“压力响应”类型的隔绝材料、比如“LRMLI”或“HLI”,该装置(1)还包括围绕该外壳(4)设置的保护壳(5),该装置(1)包括至少一个支撑部件(6,7,9),该至少一个支撑部件包括刚性连接到该内壳(2)的一个端部和刚性连接到该保护壳(5)的第二端部,使得包括该内壳(2)、该外壳(4)和处于真空下的该热隔绝层(3)的组件通过该至少一个支撑部件(6,7,9)悬置在该保护壳(5)中。
