Abstract

The existing account binding and login scheme based on code scanning of instant messaging software needs each service platform to be respectively docked with an instant messaging software public platform, and has the following problems:
the first instant messaging software public platform and the second instant messaging software public platform can only be configured with one server address, and a plurality of platforms sharing the same instant messaging software enterprise account cannot respectively receive event callbacks of the instant messaging software public platform.
Secondly, the public platform interface call of the instant messaging software needs a global Access Token (Access Token). This value is valid for only two hours and is typically cached locally on the platform. And a plurality of platforms sharing the same instant messaging software enterprise account cannot synchronously acquire an effective Access Token calling interface. That is to say, after the public platform of the instant messaging software generates the Access Token through the App ID and the application password (App Secret), the public platform of the instant messaging software calls the callback interface configured by the public platform of the instant messaging software to notify the third party platform of the identity of the user using the instant messaging software, where the identity of the user can be represented by the open ID, but once the Access Token is refreshed, the previous Access Token will be invalid, and if a plurality of platforms are accessed, a problem occurs that the newly refreshed Access Token replaces the previous Access Token.
And the third and the multiple platforms are respectively butted with the public platform of the instant messaging software, and need to be repeatedly developed and are too complicated.
And fourthly, the App ID and App Secret of the public platform of the instant messaging software are exposed on a plurality of platforms, so that certain potential safety hazards exist.
The instant messaging software enterprise account application has strict flow and quantity requirements, so that the prior art cannot solve the problem of how to support multi-platform account binding and login under the condition that only one instant messaging software enterprise account exists. The application proposal overcomes the problems in the butt joint process of the prior scheme, adopts the intermediate platform to joint the public platform of the instant messaging software in a unified way, and provides the services of establishing two-dimensional codes, scanning code binding accounts and logging in to the outside, thereby realizing the multi-platform access method based on the account binding and logging in of the instant messaging software.
Based on the problems, the application provides an information processing method, which is characterized in that a support platform is newly added in an account number binding scheme of a user-third party platform-instant messaging software public platform, an integral frame is adjusted to be the user-third party platform-support platform-instant messaging software public platform, when the account number binding and login based on instant messaging software are required to be realized by the third party platform, the third party platform does not need to be in butt joint with the instant messaging software public platform, and can be in butt joint with the support platform directly. The third party platform can be arranged in the target second device, the public platform of the instant messaging software can be arranged in the first device, and the supporting platform can be arranged in the docking device.
The information processing method provided by the application comprises the following specific steps:
the third party platform can apply for generating a two-dimensional code to the support platform after receiving a user binding/login request, and simultaneously carries user information (namely, the first user identifier in the embodiment) and callback interface information (namely, the target interface information in the embodiment), the support platform applies for creating the two-dimensional code with parameters to the public platform of the instant messaging software by taking the user information as parameters after receiving the request of the third party platform, the public platform of the instant messaging software generates the two-dimensional code with parameters, and then the two-dimensional code with parameters is transmitted to the third party platform by the support platform, and simultaneously the support platform caches the user information, the callback interface of the third party platform and other information for the user to use when scanning the code; the third party platform can display the generated two-dimensional code to the user.
After a user scans a code by using instant messaging software, the instant messaging software public platform directly returns a code scanning result, if the user does not focus on the corresponding instant messaging software public number, the user needs to focus on the instant messaging software public number, after the instant messaging software server receives a code scanning event, a callback interface configured on the instant messaging software public platform is automatically called back to inform a support platform and inform an open Id (namely a second user identifier in the embodiment) of the instant messaging software of a code scanning user, the support platform takes user information and callback interface information of a third-party platform from a cache, the user information and the open Id of the instant messaging software user are continuously informed to the third-party platform by calling the interface, the third-party platform performs account binding/login operation and replies to the support platform, and then replies to the instant messaging software platform. And the third-party platform returns the binding/login state of the user account to the user.
According to the method, due to the existence of the supporting platform, the processes of realizing the account binding and code scanning login of the instant messaging software by the third-party platforms are simplified, and each third-party platform is not required to be in butt joint with the public platform of the instant messaging software. The supporting platform is uniformly responsible for being in butt joint with the instant messaging software public platform, the problems that information such as App ID and App Secret of an account number of the instant messaging software public platform is leaked, the refresh of the instant messaging software public number Access Token is invalid are solved, and the problem that the instant messaging software public platform cannot be configured with multiple callbacks is solved.
The support platform is in a key position of up and down bearing in the present application for the following reasons:
1. and the supporting platform completes the butt joint with the public platform of the instant messaging software, and uniformly places the authorization information of the public platform of the instant messaging software on the supporting platform for maintenance and management, thereby solving the problems of potential safety hazards existing in the multi-platform maintenance butt joint of the public platform of the instant messaging software and failure caused by the multi-platform request Access Token. The supporting platform encapsulates various capabilities of the public platform of the instant messaging software, and completes the generation function of the two-dimensional code with parameters and the receiving and processing of the callback of the code scanning event of the public platform of the instant messaging software.
2. And the support platforms expose the capability of creating the two-dimension code with the parameters, each platform can complete the generation of the two-dimension code by calling the API (application program interface) of the support platform, the safety can be ensured only by following the interface calling and authentication modes of the support platform, the connection with the public platform of the instant messaging software is not needed, and the problems of complexity caused by the direct connection with the instant messaging software platform, potential safety hazard and Access Token refreshing are avoided.
Meanwhile, the support platform caches user information and callback interface information of the two-dimensional code created by the third-party platform locally, the two-dimensional code is generated by a globally unique parameter, when a user scans the two-dimensional code to trigger the code scanning event callback of the public platform of the instant messaging software, the cache is obtained according to the globally unique parameter, and the user information and the open Id of the instant messaging software are notified to the third-party platform through the callback interface in the cache, so that the user information is prevented from being transmitted to the public platform of the instant messaging software, and the safety of the user information is guaranteed.
In the method, the capability of creating the two-dimension code is exposed by the support platform, the third-party platform initiates a request when a user initiates binding/login, the request is processed by the support platform and then applied to the public platform of the instant messaging software, and the validity period is set. And returning the two-dimension code picture address to the third-party platform for displaying after the two-dimension code is generated.
In the validity period of the two-dimensional code, a user uses instant messaging software to scan the two-dimensional code, an event for scanning the two-dimensional code with the parameter is triggered, the public platform of the instant messaging software notifies the event to a support platform, the support platform can obtain the parameter on the two-dimensional code and the user information of the instant messaging software for scanning the two-dimensional code through the notification, the support platform can obtain the user information and callback interface information transmitted by a third party platform when the two-dimensional code is generated from a cache through the two-dimensional code parameter, and then the support platform can notify the user information and the Open Id information of the instant messaging software of the third party platform to the third party platform through the callback interface. And each accessed third-party platform can receive correct callback when the instant communication software user scans the codes only by realizing callback interfaces according to the API interface specification of the support platform and transmitting the callback interfaces to the support platform when the two-dimensional codes are created.
Fig. 7 is a docking device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 7, the docking device includes:

sending target interface information to the docking device; the target interface information corresponds to the target second device, and the target interface information is used for the docking device to send the first user identifier and the second user identifier to the target second device.
An embodiment of the present application further provides an electronic device, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores a computer program that can run on the processor, and the processor implements the information processing method provided in the foregoing embodiment when executing the program.

It should be noted that fig. 9 is a schematic hardware entity diagram of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 9, the electronic device 900 includes: a processor 901, at least one communication bus 902, at least one external communication interface 904, and memory 905. receiving a first user identification sent by the first equipment; the first user identification is the user identification of the target object in the target second device;
receiving the second user identification sent by the first equipment;
and sending the first user identification and the second user identification to the target second equipment, so that the target second equipment binds the first user identification and the second user identification.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a first request sent by the target second equipment; the first request comprises the first subscriber identity; the first request is used for requesting to generate the target information identifier, and the target information identifier carries the first user identifier;
sending the first request to the first device;
the receiving of the target information identifier sent by the first device includes:
and receiving the target information identification sent by the first equipment and used for responding to the first request.
3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:
receiving target interface information sent by the target second equipment; the target interface information corresponds to the target second device;
the sending the first subscriber identity and the second subscriber identity to the target second device includes:
searching the target interface information according to the first user identification;
and calling a target interface corresponding to the target interface information according to the target interface information, and sending the first user identification and the second user identification to the target second equipment through the target interface.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving the second subscriber identity sent by the first device comprises:
and receiving the second user identification through a callback interface.
5. An information processing method applied to a target second device, the method comprising:
receiving a target information identifier sent by a docking device, and displaying the target information identifier; the target information identifier is used for receiving a scanning event, the scanning event is used for the first equipment to obtain a second user identifier, and the second user identifier is the user identifier of the target object in the first equipment;
receiving a first user identification and a second user identification which are sent by the docking equipment; the first user identification is the user identification of the target object in the target second device;
and binding the first user identification and the second user identification.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
sending a first request to the docking device; the first request comprises the first subscriber identity; the first request is used for requesting to generate the target information identification, and the target information identification carries the first user identification.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising:
sending target interface information to the docking device; the target interface information corresponds to the target second device, and the target interface information is used for the docking device to send the first user identifier and the second user identifier to the target second device.
8. A docking device, wherein the apparatus comprises:
the first receiving unit is used for receiving the target information identifier sent by the first equipment;
a first sending unit, configured to send the target information identifier to a target second device in at least one second device, so that the first device obtains a second user identifier based on the target information identifier received by the target second device; the second user identification is the user identification of the target object in the first equipment;
a second receiving unit, configured to receive a first user identifier sent by the first device; the first user identification is the user identification of the target object in the target second device;
a third receiving unit, configured to receive the second user identifier sent by the first device;
a second sending unit, configured to send the first user identifier and the second user identifier to the target second device, so that the target second device binds the first user identifier and the second user identifier.
9. A target second device, the apparatus comprising:
the fourth receiving unit is used for receiving the target information identifier sent by the docking equipment and displaying the target information identifier; the target information identifier is used for receiving a scanning event, the scanning event is used for the first equipment to obtain a second user identifier, and the second user identifier is the user identifier of the target object in the first equipment;
