Referring to fig. 1, a flow of one embodiment of an information processing method according to the present disclosure is shown. The information processing method as shown in fig. 1 includes the steps of:
step 101, in response to receiving access request information of a first user in a first user group accessing a second user in a second user group, determining whether the first user has an information interaction authority for interacting with the second user.
The authority of the first user is determined based on the pre-established association relationship between the first user group and the second user group
Before the association relationship is not established between the first user group and the second user group, the users of the first user group and the users of the second user group are isolated from each other.
The mutual isolation means that the two devices are invisible from each other, cannot search for each other, and cannot initiate a session with each other.
The first user group and the second user group may be any two user groups of a plurality of user groups in the network.
Referring to fig. 2, a schematic diagram of a plurality of user groups in a network is shown. As shown in fig. 2, the network includes user group a, user group B, user group C, user group D, user group E, and user group F. Any two user groups of the user group A, the user group B, the user group C, the user group D, the user group E and the user group F are peers, and no central user exists in the user groups. One of the user group a, the user group B, the user group C, the user group D, the user group E, and the user group F may share a user with another user group. The first user group and the second user group may be any two user groups of the user group a, the user group B, the user group C, the user group D, the user group E, and the user group F. The access request may be, for example, a search request, a focus request or an unsolicited session request, a group creation, etc. The access request information may be search request information, focus request information, or active initiation session request information indicating a second user.
After receiving the access request information of the first user to access the second user, it may be determined whether the first user has an information interaction right to interact with the second user through various methods.
It may first be determined whether the user identification of the second user is in the contact list corresponding to the first user. And if so, determining that the first user has the authority of information interaction with the second user. The contacts in the contact list may include a plurality of users belonging to the first user group together with the first user, and may also include users of other user groups than the first user group. The users of the other user group may be users with whom the first user history interacts with for addition to the contact list.
The history information interaction between the first user and the users of other user groups can be initiated by the first user or initiated by the users of the other user groups.
If the second user is not in the contact list of the first user, it may be detected whether the second user is included from a plurality of user groups that have established an association with the first user group. Thereby determining a second group of users where the second user is located. And then determining whether the user information shared by the second user group and the first user group comprises the second user.
In some application scenarios, the determining whether the first user has the information interaction right with the second user includes:
first, it is determined whether a first subset of users exists in the first group of users, wherein the first subset of users has access to a second subset of users in a second group of users, the second subset of users including the second user.
Secondly, in response to the determination result being yes, determining whether the first user is included in the first user subset, and if yes, determining that the first user has information interaction authority with a second user.
In these application scenarios, when determining whether the first user has the information interaction right to interact with the second user, it may be determined whether a first user subset that can access users in the second user subset exists in a first user group in which the first user is located. And if not, determining that the first user does not have the authority to access the second user.
If so, a determination may continue as to whether the second user is included in the second subset of users. If it is determined that the second subset of users does not include the second user, it is determined that the first user does not have permission to access the second user.
If it is determined that the second subset of users includes the second user, it may be continued to determine whether the first subset of users includes the first user. If it is determined that the first subset of users does not include the first user, it is determined that the first user does not have access to the second user.
If the first subset of users is determined to include the first user, it is determined that the first user has permission to access the second user.
The first subset of users here may comprise at least one user of the first group of users. The second subset of users may include at least one user of the second group of users.
In some application scenarios, users included in the first subset of users corresponding to different access requests may be different, and users included in the second subset of users may also be different.
That is, the first subset of users corresponding to different access requests may be different, and the second subset of users may be different.
In these application scenarios, the user access requests of the second user groups respectively corresponding to the first user subsets may be set, and/or the user access requests of the first user groups respectively corresponding to the second user subsets may be set.
In these application scenarios, since different access requests correspond to different first subsets of users and/or different second subsets of users, access across user groups is made more flexible.
In some alternative implementations, the users of the first group of users have a tree structure, i.e. a first tree structure. The first subset of users are users on at least one branch of the first tree structure. In some application scenarios, the first subset of users may be some or all of the users on the one branch. In some other application scenarios, the users of the first subset of users may be distributed over different branches.
The users of the second group of users have a tree structure, i.e. a second tree structure. The second subset of users are users on at least one branch of the second tree structure. In some application scenarios, the second subset of users may be some or all of the users on the one branch. In some other application scenarios, the users of the second subset of users may be distributed on different branches.
In some optional implementations, the access right of the first subset of users to the second subset of users is established by:
firstly, a first association relationship between a first user group and a second user group is established according to first interaction information of a first preset user and a second preset user, and the first interaction information is used for indicating the establishment of the association relationship between the user groups.
The execution main body for establishing the authority for the information communication between the first user and the second user can be a server.
Optionally, the first preset user may be an administrator of the first user group, and the second preset user may be an administrator of the second user group.
The establishing a first association relationship between the first user group and the second user group according to the first interaction information between the first preset user and the second preset user includes:
first, an invitation for association between user groups of an initiating user is sent to a target user.
The initiating user is one of the first preset user and the second preset user, and the target user is the other of the first preset user and the second preset user.
The server may forward the association invitation sent by the initiating user to the target user.
Secondly, in response to detecting that the target user accepts the user group association invitation, establishing a first association relationship between the first user group and the second user group.
That is, after the target user accepts the inter-user group association invitation, the first association relationship between the first user group and the second user group may be established.
Here, accepting the association invitation among the user groups includes sending feedback information indicating "agreement" to the server after receiving the association invitation.
In some optional implementations, the association invitation may include encoded information and/or link information of a user group corresponding to the initiating user. The encoded information may include, but is not limited to, a two-dimensional code, a barcode, and the like for indicating a user group identifier corresponding to the initiating user. The user group corresponding to the first user may be the first user group or the second user group.
Secondly, according to second interaction information which is carried out by the first preset user and the second preset user based on the first association relation, information interaction authority between the first user subset and the second user subset is established, and the second interaction information is used for indicating user information sharing among user groups.
In some optional implementations, the first subset of users is determined by: determining the first subset of users from the first group of users in response to the association invitation. In some application scenarios, task information may be included in the association invitation. A first subset of users may be determined from the first group of users and a second subset of users may be determined from the second group of users based on the task information. For example, the association invitation includes equipment maintenance, and users in the equipment use department may be determined from the first group of users as the first subset of users. And determining users in the after-sales department as a second subset of users in the second user group.
In some further application scenarios, after establishing the first association relationship between the user groups in the first step, a first subset of users that can be shared with users of the second user group may be set by a first preset user. The second subset of users is shared by a second predetermined user to the users in the first group of users.
In some optional implementation manners, the establishing, according to second interaction information performed by the first preset user and the second preset user based on the first association relationship, an information interaction permission between the first subset of users and the second subset of users includes: in response to detecting that a first preset user accepts first user sharing information sent by a second preset user, establishing a first information interaction authority between the first user group and the second user subset, wherein the first user sharing information indicates that user information of the second user subset is shared to at least one third user in the first user group, and the first information interaction authority is used for indicating that the third user has an authority to initiate a session to users in the second user subset firstly.
In these alternative implementations, the first association between the first group of users and the second group of users is established. The second preset user may send the first user sharing information to the first preset user. The first user sharing information includes a second subset of users. The first user sharing information indicates that the user information of the second subset of users is shared to at least one third user of the first group of users. When the first preset user accepts the first user sharing information, at least one third user of the first user group can share the user information in the second user subset.
As an illustrative example, if the initiating user is a first preset user, the target user is a second preset user. And after the first preset user sends the association invitation to the second preset user, the second preset user can display an association invitation page on the terminal of the second preset user. The association invitation page may display encoded information characterizing the first group of users. The second preset user may scan the code information using the terminal device thereof, and after scanning the two-dimensional code, the terminal device of the second preset user may send information of the first user group indicated in the identified two-dimensional code to the server. The server may regard the second preset user as accepting the association invitation.
The server side can send a display instruction for displaying the first user sharing page to the terminal device of the second preset user. And after receiving the display instruction, the terminal equipment of the second preset user can display the first user sharing page. The first user sharing page may include a second tree structure of users of the second group of users. The second tree structure comprises at least one branch. Any branch may include at least one user. The second preset user may select at least one user from the at least one branch to form a second subset of users. After the user selects the second subset of users, the first user sharing information may be generated according to the second subset of users. And then the terminal equipment of the second user executes the operation of sending the first user shared information. For example, the first user sharing information is sent according to a trigger operation executed by a user on a "sending" control displayed on a user sharing page. The terminal device of the second preset user can send the second user subset to the server, and the server forwards the second user subset to the first preset user. The terminal device of the first preset user may display that the first user sharing information is received. The first preset user can receive the first user sharing information through the terminal equipment used by the first preset user. After the first preset user accepts the first user shared information, it may be considered that a first information interaction right is established between the first user group and the second user subset. The first information interaction right means that at least one third user in the first user group can firstly initiate a session right to the users in the second user subset.
Further, after receiving the second subset of users, the terminal device of the first preset user may display a first user sharing page. The first user sharing page may display a first tree structure of the first user group. The first preset user can select at least one third user on at least one branch in the first tree structure to share the user information of the second user subset. In some application scenarios, the at least one third user may constitute the first subset of users. The first subset of users is then selected to be shared with the second group of users. Further, the first preset user may share the first subset of users to the second subset of users. Through the process, the first information interaction authority between the first user subset and the second user subset is established.
After establishing the first information interaction right between the first user subset and the second user subset, the third user has the right to initiate a session to the users in the second user subset.
In some other optional implementation manners, the establishing an information interaction right between the first subset of users and the second subset of users according to the user information sharing operation performed by the first preset user and the second preset user includes: in response to detecting that the second preset user accepts second user sharing information sent by the first preset user, establishing second information interaction permission between the second user group and the first user subset, wherein the second user sharing information indicates that the information is announced to users sharing the first user subset to at least one fourth user in the second user group, and the second information interaction permission is used for indicating that the fourth user has the permission to initiate a session to the users in the first user subset firstly.
In these optional implementation manners, in the process of establishing the second information interaction permission between the second user group and the first user subset, reference may be made to the description of establishing the first information interaction permission between the first user group and the second user subset, which is not described herein again.
In some application scenarios, please refer to fig. 3, which illustrates a process of sharing a user by two user groups. As shown in fig. 3, a first preset user of a first user group a sends an association invitation between users to a second preset user of a second user group B. And the second preset user accepts the association invitation. And sends a user sharing request to a first preset user of the first user group a. The sharing request may include a second subset of users shared to the first group of users a. Or the second preset user selects the first user subset A1(31) from the users of the first user group after accepting the association requirement, and the sharing request sent to the first preset user comprises the user information of a plurality of candidate second users shared to the first user subset A1 of the first user group A. After receiving the sharing request, the first predetermined user may select a plurality of second users from the plurality of candidate second users, and may use the selected second users as the second user subset B1 (32). And sending the information of the second user subset B1 to the first preset user, thereby establishing the user information sharing relationship between the first user subset a1 and the second user subset B1.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of sharing user information between two user groups is shown.
As shown in fig. 4, a first preset user of user group a sends an association invitation 401 to a second preset user of user group B. A second preset user of user group B accepts the invitation 402. A second preset user of user group B may select a subset of candidate first users in user group a and select a plurality of candidate second users from user group B that may be shared with the subset of first users. The second preset user sends a sharing request 403 to the first preset user. The sharing request includes a subset of candidate first users and a plurality of candidate second users. If the first predetermined user of the user group a accepts the sharing request 404, the first predetermined user may select a plurality of second users from the plurality of candidate second users according to the sharing request, so as to form a second subset of users that may share user information with the users in the user group a. In addition, a first subset of users is determined from a plurality of first users included in the candidate first subset of users. So that users in the first subset of users can interact with users in the second subset of users.
In addition, if the first preset user of the user group a refuses to accept the sharing request 405, there is no association between the users in the user group a and the user group.
And if the user group A and/or the user group B initiate a request 406 for removing the association relationship between the users, the association relationship between the users of the user group A and the user group B is removed.
And step 102, in response to the determination result being yes, displaying user information of the second user to the first user so that the first user initiates a session to the second user.
User information that may be presented to the first user includes, but is not limited to: a user identification, a user link, and/or a contact address of the second user.
In this embodiment, if the access request information is search request information, the first user may initiate a session to the second user through the user information of the second user obtained through the search.
If the access request information is attention request information, the first user can pay attention to the second user through the user information of the second user. The first user may initiate a session to the second user after having focused on the second user.
If the access request information is the session initiating information, the session can be directly initiated to the second user through the displayed user information of the second user.
In the information processing method provided by the above embodiment of the present disclosure, it is determined whether a first user in a first user group has an information interaction right with a second user by responding to receiving access request information that the first user accesses the second user in the second user group, where before an association relationship is not established between the first user group and the second user group, respective users of the first user group and the second user group are isolated from each other; and in response to the fact that the result of the determination is yes, displaying user information of the second user to the first user so that the first user initiates a session to the second user, wherein the authority of the first user is determined based on a pre-established association relationship between the first user group and the second user group.
In some optional implementation manners of this embodiment, the information processing method further includes the following steps:
first, a group creation request performed by the first user is received.
And secondly, displaying the user information of at least one second user with which the first user has information interaction authority.
Again, in response to receiving an instruction to add at least one second user to the first group, the second user is added to the first group.
The first user may be any user in the first user subset, or may be a first preset user.
The first user may initiate a group creation request in a group creation page presented by the client. After receiving the group creation request initiated by the user, the client may present the user information of the at least one second user. The at least one second user is a user of a second group of users. The first user has the information interaction authority with the second user.
The first user may select at least one second user to add to the first group on the presented at least one second user list.
In some application scenarios, the first user may perform a selection operation on the identification of the second subset of users, thereby adding a plurality of second users of the second subset of users to the first group. In these application scenarios, at least one second user of the second subset of users is added to the first group in response to receiving a selection operation of the first user on the displayed second subset of users.
After the first user adds at least one second user to the first group, it may be determined that the first group includes users other than the first user group. A first identifier may be set for the first group. The first identification includes at least one of: an identifier for characterizing members of the first group as including members of user groups other than the first user group; an identification of the second group of users.
Further optionally, the information processing method further includes:
and displaying the information of the first group, wherein the information of the first group comprises a first identifier set for the first group.
The information of the first group may be displayed in the client of the first user. The method comprises the identification of a first group and the first identification of the first group.
The identifier for characterizing that the member of the first group includes a member of a user group other than the first user group may include a preset word and/or a preset letter. The preset word may be, for example, "outside". The identification of the second user group may be any identification indicating the second user group, such as the name of the second user group.
With further reference to fig. 5, as an implementation of the methods shown in the above figures, the present disclosure provides an embodiment of an information processing apparatus, which corresponds to the embodiment of the method shown in fig. 1, and which is particularly applicable in various electronic devices.
As shown in fig. 5, the information processing apparatus of the present embodiment includes: a determination unit 501 and a display unit 502.
