Claims (13)

1. A processing method for vehicle accident determination, characterized by comprising the steps of:
receiving collected vehicle information of a target vehicle in response to detecting that the target vehicle collides;
and acquiring an accident confirmation result associated with the target vehicle based on the vehicle information.
2. A processing method for vehicle accident determination according to claim 1, the processing method further comprising the steps of:
sending the accident confirmation result to the first terminal equipment of the target vehicle and the second terminal equipment of other vehicles in the accident occurrence area;
receiving first feedback information which is sent by the first terminal equipment and corresponds to the accident confirmation result;
receiving second feedback information which is sent by the second terminal equipment and corresponds to the accident confirmation result;
generating forensics information according to the first feedback information and the second feedback information; the evidence obtaining information comprises the vehicle information and the accident identification result;
wherein the first feedback information and the second feedback information include status data of incident liability approval.
3. The vehicle accident determination processing method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving the collected vehicle information of the target vehicle comprises:
receiving vehicle running information of the target vehicle, which is acquired by using acquisition equipment of the target vehicle; the acquisition device includes at least one of a GPS location device, a speed sensor, and an impact force sensor.
4. The vehicle accident determination processing method of claim 3, wherein the step of receiving the collected vehicle information of the target vehicle further comprises:
and receiving the vehicle body state information of the target vehicle acquired by using the camera device of the target vehicle.
5. The vehicle accident determination processing method according to claim 4, wherein the step of obtaining an accident confirmation result associated with the target vehicle based on the vehicle information includes:
determining the accident type according to the vehicle running information and/or the vehicle body state information;
and acquiring the accident confirmation result based on the accident type.
6. The vehicle accident determination processing method of claim 2, wherein the first and second feedback information includes at least one of short message text information, call voice information, and key input information.
7. The processing method of a vehicle accident determination according to claim 2, further comprising the steps of:
and sending the evidence obtaining information to a cloud end, wherein the cloud end is used for settling a claim for the accident party according to the evidence obtaining information.
8. A processing method of vehicle accident determination according to claim 7, the processing method further comprising the steps of:
receiving report information which is sent by a cloud and is associated with the target vehicle;
and sending the report information to the first terminal equipment.
9. A method of processing a vehicle accident determination according to claim 3, the vehicle travel information including geographical location information, the method further comprising the steps of:
receiving collected performance quality inspection information of the target vehicle in response to detecting that the target vehicle is subjected to quality inspection;
judging whether the performance quality inspection information exceeds a preset threshold value or not; the preset threshold value is set according to performance parameters when the target vehicle can normally run;
and if so, controlling the target vehicle to send rescue information to a rescue vehicle so that the rescue vehicle can drive to an accident occurrence area for accident handling according to the geographical position information.
10. A processing apparatus for vehicle accident determination, characterized by comprising:
a data acquisition unit;
one or more processing units in communication with the data acquisition unit and a storage unit;
the storage unit is configured to store instructions that, when executed by the one or more processing units, cause the one or more processing units to perform steps comprising:
controlling the data acquisition unit to receive acquired vehicle information of a target vehicle in response to detecting that the target vehicle collides;
and acquiring an accident confirmation result associated with the target vehicle based on the vehicle information.
11. A vehicle characterized by comprising the processing device for vehicle accident determination according to claim 10.
12. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the computer program, when executed by the processor, implementing a method of processing a vehicle accident determination as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
13. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored on the computer-readable storage medium, which computer program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the processing method of vehicle accident determination according to any one of claims 1-9.
