Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only a few embodiments of the present application and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In order to reduce the occurrence of false alarm conditions of stopping washing and alarming caused by the collision of the drum assembly with the drum switch in the washing process, embodiments of the present application provide a washing machine, a control method, a control device and a storage medium thereof, which will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
For example, please refer to fig. 1, in which fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The washing machine can be a pulsator washing machine, and water flow in a barrel forms vortex which is clockwise or counterclockwise under the driving of a pulsator, so that fabrics are driven to rotate and roll along with the vortex, and clothes washing modes are cleaned. The washing machine may include a cabinet having an accommodation space, a door cover, and an inner tub disposed in the accommodation space, the inner tub being for carrying laundry. The door cover is rotatably connected with the box body to close the accommodating space or expose the accommodating space. Of course, the washing machine may also include other components, which are not limited herein. The control method of the washing machine includes:
101. in the washing stage, an opening signal of a linked switch of the washing machine is acquired.
The washing machine comprises a linked switch, wherein the linked switch comprises a door switch and a drum-bumping switch which are connected in series, and the door switch is that when a door cover is opened, a circuit of the linked switch is in a disconnected state so as to prevent accidental injury to a user when the door cover is opened and an inner drum operates. The cylinder-impacting switch is an inductive switch when the inner cylinder impacts the box body, and if the inner cylinder impacts the box body, the phenomenon that the work of the washing machine is abnormal due to the fact that the eccentricity of clothes in the inner cylinder is too large or the placement of the washing machine is not stable is shown. The door cover is opened, the clothes are added temporarily if necessary, the inner drum impacts the box body often in the dehydration process of the washing machine, the inner drum impacts the box body when the inner drum rotates centrifugally if the eccentricity of the clothes in the inner drum is too large, namely, the door switch and the impact drum switch work in different operation stages of the washing machine, and in order to save cost, the door switch and the impact drum switch are connected in series to form a linkage switch.
However, in practical applications, there is a chance that the inner cylinder impacts the cylinder switch during the washing process, and at this time, the washing machine is likely to be mistakenly judged that the door is opened, so that the washing is stopped and an alarm is given, and the user is required to operate the washing machine to recover the normal washing process, which results in prolonged washing process and reduced user experience.
In order to improve the above situation and reduce the occurrence of false alarm situation, the embodiment of the application improves the control logic in the washing process.
In the washing stage, the starting signal of the linked switch of the washing machine is continuously acquired and used as the basis for alarming. The acquisition of the starting signal of the ganged switch can be realized by detecting whether a circuit where the ganged switch is located is disconnected or not, and if the circuit is disconnected, the ganged switch is indicated to be started, namely the switching signal of the ganged switch can be obtained. For example, a sensor may be provided to detect a current signal, indicating that the ganged switch is on when the current signal is 0.
102. The duration of the turn-on signal is timed.
After the starting signal of the linked switch is acquired, the time of the duration of the starting signal can be timed to preliminarily judge whether the linked switch is started due to the opening of the door cover or the linked switch is started due to the collision of the inner cylinder with the cylinder collision switch. It will be appreciated that the duration of the actuation of the ganged switch for the opening of the door is typically long, and may be, for example, more than 10 seconds. If the linkage switch is turned on due to the inner cylinder striking the cylinder switch, the duration of the linkage switch is generally short, and may be, for example, less than 5 seconds.
103. And acquiring the times that the first duration is less than the first set duration.
In actual use, the condition that the linkage switch is opened due to the fact that the inner barrel impacts the barrel collision switch in the washing process occasionally occurs, or the linkage switch is opened in the washing process due to the fact that the washing machine is not placed stably, the duration of the linkage switch opening exceeds the set time threshold of the barrel collision switch opening, if the washing is still stopped and the alarm is given, the false alarm condition can occur, the washing process of the washing machine is influenced, and the operation times of a user are increased.
In order to reduce the occurrence of the above situation, the embodiment of the application further introduces a comparison between the duration of the multiple times of linkage switch opening and the set duration, and the result is used as a basis for judging whether to stop washing and give an alarm, so that the accuracy of judging the washing machine can be improved, the misjudgment situation is reduced, and the use experience of a user is improved.
For example, the number of times that the first duration is less than the first set duration is obtained, it can be understood that when the first duration is less than the first set duration, the first set duration may be set according to a sustainable duration threshold of the plunger switch, and at this time, it may be preliminarily determined that the linkage switch is turned on due to the inner barrel striking the plunger switch. In order to reduce or prevent misjudgment, the conditions can be judged for multiple times, namely, the times that the first duration is less than the first set duration are obtained, whether the linkage switch is started due to the fact that the inner cylinder impacts the cylinder hitting switch or not is determined according to the times, the condition that the linkage switch is started due to the fact that the door cover is opened is eliminated through multiple times of determination, and therefore the condition that washing is stopped due to misjudgment is reduced.
For example, the first set time period may be a time period in a range of 200 ms to 1 s, for example, 300 ms. The first set time can be obtained according to experiments, for example, the first set time can be determined by testing the duration of the switch of the inner cylinder impacting and impacting the cylinder, and the first set time is obtained by testing the duration of the switch of the inner cylinder impacting and impacting the cylinder for multiple times and averaging.
104. And judging whether to stop washing and giving an alarm according to the times that the first duration is less than the first set duration.
And the number of times that the first duration is less than the first set duration is used as a judgment basis, namely whether the linkage switch is started due to cylinder collision in the washing process is judged, so that the condition that the linkage switch is started due to the cylinder collision and false alarm is caused is reduced.
It should be noted that, if the linked switch is turned on due to the opening of the door, and the duration of the time is long, the detection results of multiple times within the set time range should be consistent, and it can be determined that the door is opened, so that the washing machine can be controlled to stop washing, and an alarm is given to prompt the user, so as to reduce the accidental injury of the washing program to the user.
On the contrary, if the linked switch is turned on due to the turn-on of the drum-hitting switch, the duration time is short, the detection results for multiple times within the set time range are inconsistent, and the fact that the linked switch is turned on due to the generation of the drum-hitting phenomenon is determined, and the drum-hitting is only in a small time range, so that the washing process is not affected, and the washing process can be continued, so that the number of times that the user operates the washing machine is reduced.
According to the control method of the washing machine, the accuracy of the starting judgment of the linkage switch caused by the condition of cylinder collision can be improved by confirming the relation between the first starting duration of the linkage switch and the first set duration for multiple times, the occurrence of the false alarm condition of stopping washing and alarming caused by the fact that the cylinder assembly collides with the cylinder collision switch in the washing process is reduced, the frequency of operating the washing machine by a user is reduced, and therefore the use experience of the user is improved.
Referring to fig. 2 in conjunction with fig. 1, fig. 2 is a second flow chart illustrating a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment of the present application further provides a control method of a washing machine, including:
201. and in the washing stage, acquiring an opening signal of a linked switch of the washing machine.
However, in practical applications, there is a sporadic condition that the inner drum impacts the drum switch in the washing process, and at this time, the washing machine is easily mistakenly judged to be that the door cover is opened, so that the washing is stopped and an alarm is given, and the user needs to operate the washing machine to recover the normal washing process, which results in prolonged washing process and reduced user experience.
In order to improve the above situation and reduce the occurrence of false alarm situation, the embodiment of the application improves the control logic in the washing process.
In the washing stage, the starting signal of the linked switch of the washing machine is continuously acquired and used as the basis for alarming or not.
202. The duration of the turn-on signal is timed.
After the starting signal of the linked switch is obtained, the time of the duration of the starting signal can be counted to preliminarily judge whether the linked switch is started due to the fact that the door cover is opened or the linked switch is started due to the fact that the inner barrel impacts the barrel switch.
For example, the number of times that the first duration is less than the first set duration is obtained, it is understood that when the first duration is less than the first set duration, the first set duration may be set according to a sustainable duration threshold of the plunger switch, and at this time, it may be preliminarily determined that the linkage switch is turned on due to the inner barrel striking the plunger switch. In order to reduce or prevent misjudgment, the conditions can be judged for multiple times, namely, the times that the first duration is less than the first set duration are obtained, whether the linkage switch is actually started due to the fact that the inner cylinder impacts the cylinder hitting switch or not is confirmed according to the times, the condition that the linkage switch is started due to the fact that the door cover is opened is eliminated through multiple times of confirmation, and the condition that washing is stopped due to the fact that misjudgment is reduced.
204. And if the times that the first duration is less than the first set duration are more than or equal to the set times, stopping washing and giving an alarm.
If the times that the first duration is less than the first set time is greater than or equal to the set times, it indicates that the first duration is less than the first set time after multiple detections in the set time range, and this also reflects that the linked switch is not opened accidentally due to the inner drum striking against the drum switch, but the door cover is opened for a long time, so that the washing can be stopped and an alarm can be given, and the situation that the washing machine is still running the washing program and is accidentally injured by the user due to the opening of the door cover can be reduced.
For example, the value range of the set number of times may be a number of times in a range of 2 times to 5 times, for example, the set number of times may be 3 times, and when the first duration of 3 times of detection is less than the first set duration, it may be determined that the linked switch is turned on due to the opening of the door cover. The detection accuracy can be improved by setting the times.
Wherein, a sensor can be arranged to detect whether the door cover is really opened or not to confirm the accuracy of the judgment. For example, if the number of times that the first duration is less than the first set duration is greater than or equal to the set number of times, a status signal of a door of the washing machine is obtained, and when the status signal of the door is in an open state, the washing is stopped and an alarm is given. For example, the infrared sensor may be disposed at a connecting edge of the door and the box, and when the door is opened, the infrared sensor does not receive the reflected signal, and it can be determined that the door is actually opened, that is, the determination is accurate. When the door cover is opened, the infrared sensor can receive the reflected signal, which indicates that the door cover is not opened, so that the judgment is not accurate, and the washing machine can be controlled to continue the washing program.
205. If the times that the first duration is less than the first set duration are less than the set times, the washing process is normally performed.
Corresponding to step 204, if the number of times that the first duration is less than the first set duration is less than the set number of times, it indicates that the first duration is not less than the first set duration every time within the set time range, which is more consistent with the situation when the inner drum impacts the drum-impacting switch, so that it can be determined that the linked switch is turned on due to the drum-impacting during the washing process, and at this time, the washing does not need to be stopped, i.e., the washing process is normally performed.
According to the control method of the washing machine, the accuracy of the starting judgment of the linkage switch caused by the condition of cylinder collision can be improved by confirming the relation between the first starting duration of the linkage switch and the first set duration for multiple times, the occurrence of the false alarm condition of stopping washing and alarming caused by the fact that the cylinder assembly collides with the cylinder collision switch in the washing process is reduced, the frequency of operating the washing machine by a user is reduced, and the use experience of the user is improved.
For example, please refer to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 1 and fig. 2, fig. 3 is a third flow chart of the control method of the washing machine according to the embodiment of the present disclosure. In the dewatering stage of the washing machine, whether the dewatering of the washing machine is normal or not can be determined according to the opening signal of the linked switch of the washing machine, and the washing machine is controlled to stop dewatering and give an alarm when the dewatering is abnormal. The control method of the washing machine further includes:
301. and in the dewatering stage, acquiring an opening signal of a linked switch of the washing machine.
In the dewatering stage, a start signal of a linked switch of the washing machine also needs to be acquired in real time, so that when the inner drum impacts the drum-impacting switch to enable the linked switch to be started, the clothes in the inner drum are adjusted to shake the clothes to be dispersed, so that the dewatering process of the washing machine is continued, or the dewatering is controlled to stop, and an alarm is given to remind a user to adjust the clothes in the inner drum.
In the dewatering stage, the opening signal of the linked switch of the washing machine is continuously acquired and used as the basis for adjusting clothes.
302. The duration of the turn-on signal is timed.
After the starting signal of the linked switch is acquired, the degree of the inner cylinder impacting the cylinder switch can be judged by timing the duration of the starting signal, and whether the clothes in the inner cylinder need to be adjusted or not is judged accordingly.
303. And if the second duration is less than the first set duration, stopping dewatering and alarming.
When the second duration is shorter than the first set duration, the condition that the inner drum impacts the drum collision switch to open the linkage switch is indicated, the condition that the clothes in the inner drum are eccentric is indicated, and if the second duration is not adjusted in time, the dehydration efficiency and the dehydration effect of the clothes are easily influenced. Therefore, in this case, the dehydration may be stopped and an alarm may be given to remind the user that there is an eccentric condition in the dehydration and the laundry needs to be shaken up. Of course, at this time, the user may be prompted to adjust the shaking of the clothes, or the washing machine may automatically adjust the shaking of the clothes, for example, the inner drum is controlled to rotate forward and backward alternately at a low speed, so as to shake the clothes.
At the dehydration in-process, monitoring the duration of linked switch's turn-on signal, can in time discover the eccentric condition of clothing in the inner tube, and then in time adjust to promote washing machine's dehydration efficiency and dehydration effect, improve user's use and experience.
In order to better implement the control method of the washing machine in the embodiment of the application, the embodiment of the application also provides a control device of the washing machine. Referring to fig. 4 in conjunction with fig. 1 to 3, fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a control device of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present application. The control device 400 of the washing machine includes a first acquisition unit 401, a timing unit 402, a second acquisition unit 403, and a determination unit 404.
The first obtaining unit 401 is configured to obtain an on signal of a linked switch of the washing machine in a washing stage.
The timing unit 402 is used for timing the duration of the start signal.
The second obtaining unit 403 is configured to obtain the number of times that the first duration is smaller than the first set duration.
The judging unit 404 is configured to judge whether to stop washing and alarm according to the number of times that the first duration is less than the first set duration.
All the above technical solutions can be combined arbitrarily to form the optional embodiments of the present application, and are not described herein again.
As can be seen from the above, in the control device 400 of the washing machine provided in the embodiment of the present application, by determining the relationship between the first duration of the activation of the linked switch and the first set duration for a plurality of times, the accuracy of the determination of the activation of the linked switch caused by the cartridge bumping condition can be improved, and the occurrence of false alarm conditions of stopping washing and alarming caused by the cartridge assembly colliding with the cartridge switch in the washing process can be reduced, so that the number of times the user operates the washing machine is reduced, thereby improving the user experience.
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a washing machine provided in the embodiment of the present application. The embodiment of the application further provides a washing machine 500, and the washing machine 500 can be a pulsator washing machine. The washing machine 500 includes a cabinet 501, a door 502, an inner tub 503, and a gang switch 504. The cabinet 501 has a receiving space, the inner drum 503 is used for carrying clothes, and the inner drum 503 is disposed in the receiving space of the cabinet 501. The door 502 is rotatably coupled to the case 501 to close or expose the receiving space of the case 501. The ganged switch 504 is provided in the accommodating space of the case 501, and the ganged switch 504 includes a door switch and a barrel switch connected in series. The door switch is that when the door cover 502 is opened, the circuit of the linked switch 504 is in an off state, so as to prevent the door cover 502 from being opened and prevent the inner barrel 503 from causing accidental injury to the user when in operation. The cylinder-collision switch is an inductive switch when the inner cylinder 503 collides with the box 501, and if the inner cylinder 503 collides with the box 501, it indicates that the laundry inside the inner cylinder 503 is over-eccentric or the laundry 500 is placed unstably, which results in the abnormal operation of the laundry machine 500. Since the opening of the door 502 often occurs during the washing process of the washing machine 500, if the temporary addition of the laundry is required, and the collision of the inner drum 503 with the box 501 often occurs during the dehydration process of the washing machine 500, for example, since the eccentricity of the laundry in the inner drum 503 is too large, the inner drum 503 collides with the box 503 during the centrifugal operation, that is, the door switch and the cylinder colliding switch are operated at different operation stages of the washing machine 500, and in order to save the cost, the door switch and the cylinder colliding switch are connected in series to form the linkage switch 504.
Referring to fig. 6 in conjunction with fig. 5, fig. 6 is a block diagram of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
