Description

Porous super-hydrophobic linear low-density polyethylene film for yogurt inner cover film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of polymer films, and particularly relates to a porous super-hydrophobic linear low-density polyethylene film for an inner film of a yoghourt cover and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The yoghourt is a very important food suitable for people of all ages, is usually in a thick liquid state, most of the adopted packages are paper cups or plastic cups, a yoghourt cover film is usually covered on the yoghourt cups, and the inner surface layer of the cover film is usually a linear low-density polyethylene film. When the yoghourt cover is opened, people often find that a large amount of yoghourt adheres to the surface layer of the inner membrane of the yoghourt cover membrane, the yoghourt needs to be scraped off from the surface layer of the inner membrane of the cover membrane by a spoon for eating, and the yoghourt cover membrane is difficult to scrape clean, so that interesting phenomena of 'licking the yoghourt cover membrane by a tongue' and the like are often seen in life. The problem that the yoghourt adheres to the surface of the inner film of the cover film often causes the waste of the yoghourt, so that the development of the cover film inner film capable of preventing the adhesion of the yoghourt has wide market demand.
In recent years, inspired by the leaf effect, an ultra-hydrophobic film having a contact angle with water of more than 150 ° has attracted much attention. The typical characteristics of a superhydrophobic film are: liquids or emulsions, etc. using water as a solvent or dispersant, have large contact angles on their surfaces, small contact areas, and small adhesion. If a linear low density polyethylene film with anti-adhesion property of the yoghourt can be prepared and applied to the inner film of the yoghourt cover film, the linear low density polyethylene film is certainly favored by the market and the broad consumers. However, according to the current literature reports, most methods for preparing the superhydrophobic linear low density polyethylene film either use organic solvents which are not environmentally friendly, or use raw materials which are not available for food packaging, or have complicated preparation methods and are difficult to be industrially applied, or use expensive equipment, so that there is no suitable method for applying the superhydrophobic linear low density polyethylene film to the yogurt lidding film so far.

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a porous super-hydrophobic linear low-density polyethylene film which does not use organic solvent, can be used for food packaging as raw materials, is simple and controllable in preparation and low in cost and is used for an inner film of a yoghourt cover, and a preparation method thereof.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the porous super-hydrophobic linear low-density polyethylene film for the inner film of the yoghourt cover has a porous structure on the surface, the pore diameter is 10-200 nm, the contact angle between the film surface and water is 150-156 degrees, the rolling angle of water drops on the film surface is less than 10 degrees, and the adhesion rate of the porous super-hydrophobic linear low-density polyethylene film after being contacted with the yoghourt is less than 0.5 percent.
As a general technical concept, the present invention also provides a preparation method of the above porous superhydrophobic linear low density polyethylene film for an inner film of a yogurt cap, comprising the steps of:
(1) Mixing linear low density polyethylene, salt and white sugar uniformly, and then granulating to obtain linear low density polyethylene master batches; wherein the mass ratio of the linear low-density polyethylene to the salt to the white sugar is 80-90: 5-10;
(2) Extruding and rolling the linear low-density polyethylene master batch to form a linear low-density polyethylene thick film with the thickness of 0.05 mm-0.1 mm;
(3) Fixing the linear low-density polyethylene thick film on a longitudinal and transverse stretching frame, passing through a hot water tank at 90-100 ℃, stretching the thick film to a linear low-density polyethylene film with the thickness of 0.005-0.02 mm, fully dissolving salt and white sugar by hot water, and cooling to obtain the porous super-hydrophobic linear low-density polyethylene film for the inner film of the yoghourt cover.
Preferably, in the step (1), the particle size of the linear low-density polyethylene master batch is 0.5-5 mm.
In the above preparation method of the porous superhydrophobic linear low density polyethylene film for the yogurt inner cover film, preferably, in the step (3), the length of the hot water pool is 5-20 m.
In the present invention, the linear low density polyethylene has a density of 0.918-0.935g/cm 3
