After the printing finishes, start air pump 71, air pump 71 blows through third air duct 72 and spout frame 73 to the seal paper after the impression to ink to on the seal paper air-dries, so, can accelerate the dry speed of printing ink, when preventing follow-up rolling to the seal paper, printing ink can be pasted, thereby leads to the antifalsification label after the printing to be damaged, and the air-dry finishes, closes air pump 71.
As shown in fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 15 and fig. 16, the cleaning device further includes a cleaning mechanism 8, the cleaning mechanism 8 is used for adsorbing dust on the surface of the printing paper, the cleaning mechanism 8 includes a fixing sleeve 81, an adhesive plate 82 and a fourth spring 83, the left feeding plate frame 11 is connected with three fixing sleeves 81, the three fixing sleeves 81 are connected with the adhesive plate 82 in an inner sliding manner, the adhesive plate 82 is sleeved with three fourth springs 83, and two ends of each fourth spring 83 are respectively connected with the bottom of the fixing sleeve 81 and the adhesive plate 82. Put into the left feeding grillage 11 of seal paper follow for seal paper and sticky board 82 bottom contact, sticky board 82 can adsorb the dust on seal paper surface, prevents that the dust from influencing the follow-up anti-counterfeit label's of printing of seal paper quality, and fourth spring 83 plays the cushioning effect here, makes sticky board 82 hug closely the seal paper all the time.

Claims (8)

1. A stamping press for anti-counterfeit labels is characterized by comprising:
the stamping machine comprises a stamping machine main body (1) and a feeding assembly, wherein the stamping machine main body (1) is provided with the feeding assembly;
the bottom of the feeding assembly is connected with the stamping plate (12), and the bottom of the stamping plate (12) is convex and used for stamping printing paper;
the bottom in the stamping machine main body (1) is connected with a pressure-bearing plate frame (14) for supporting printing paper, and the pressure-bearing plate frame (14) is hollow;
the supporting plate (15) is connected inside the pressure-bearing plate frame (14) in a sliding manner;
the laminating mechanism (3) is arranged between the front side and the rear side of the interior of the stamping machine main body (1) and between the stamping plate (12) and the feeding assembly and used for applying pressure to the printing paper, air is injected into the pressure-bearing plate frame (14) by the laminating mechanism (3) to drive the supporting plate (15) to move upwards to apply upward force to the printing paper, and meanwhile, the laminating mechanism is matched with the downward pressing pressure of the stamping plate (12) and used for clearly stamping the handwriting on the stamping plate (12) onto the printing paper;
the dropping mechanism (4) is arranged on the stamping plate (12) and used for pushing the printing paper away from the stamping plate (12), and when the dropping mechanism (4) moves upwards to reset, the dropping mechanism (4) can move downwards to separate the printing paper adhered to the stamping plate (12);
the falling-off mechanism (4) comprises:
the limiting component is arranged on the stamping plate (12) and the feeding component;
the front side and the rear side of the stamping plate (12) are both connected with the second slide bars (43) in a sliding manner, and the limiting assemblies are used for limiting the second slide bars (43);
spacing (46), second slide bar (43) bottom is connected with and is used for carrying out spacing (46) to the seal paper, and the shape of spacing (46) is the field font, and the bulge of platen (12) lower part is located the vacancy position of spacing (46), and spacing (46) down move to separate the seal paper with platen (12) adhesion, guarantee antifalsification label's definition and quality.
2. A stamping press for security labels as claimed in claim 1 wherein the feed assembly comprises:
the left side and the right side of the lower part of the stamping machine main body (1) are connected with the feeding plate racks (11) used for rolling and discharging printing paper;
the stamping machine comprises a connecting frame (13), wherein the connecting frame (13) is installed at the upper part in a stamping machine main body (1), a stamping plate (12) is connected to the bottom of the connecting frame (13), the connecting frame (13) can drive the stamping plate (12) to move up and down, a laminating mechanism (3) is connected with the connecting frame (13), and a limiting assembly is connected with the connecting frame (13);
the left side and the right side of the stamping machine main body (1) are connected with the protective shells (2).
3. A stamping press for security labels as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the application means (3) comprise:
the front side and the rear side of the connecting frame (13) are both connected with a first sliding rod (35);
the moving frame (31) is connected to the first sliding rod (35) on the front side and the first sliding rod (35) on the rear side in a sliding mode;
the front side and the rear side of the interior of the stamping machine main body (1) are both connected with the first air cylinders (32), and the moving frame (31) is respectively connected with the adjacent first air cylinders (32) in a sliding manner;
the bottom of the first air cylinder (32) is communicated with the pressure-bearing plate frame (14) through a first air duct (34);

the front side and the rear side of the inner wall of the stamping machine main body (1) are both connected with the pressing frame (41);
the front side and the rear side of the stamping plate (12) are respectively and rotatably connected with a prying plate (42), the prying plate (42) is pressed by the pressing frame (41), and the prying plate (42) limits the second sliding rod (43);
the front side and the rear side of the connecting frame (13) are both connected with supporting frames (45), and the supporting frames (45) are connected with the second sliding rod (43) in a sliding manner;
and the upper part of the second sliding rod (43) is sleeved with the second spring (44), and two ends of the second spring (44) are respectively connected with the upper side of the second sliding rod (43) and the top of the supporting frame (45).
5. A stamping press for security labels as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a positioning mechanism (5) for positioning the printing sheet, the positioning mechanism (5) comprising:
the ejector rod (51) is connected with the stamping plate (12) in a sliding way and used for positioning the printing paper;
and the upper parts of the ejector rods (51) are sleeved with the third springs (52), and two ends of each third spring (52) are respectively connected with the upper parts of the ejector rods (51) and the top of the stamping plate (12).
6. A stamping press for security labels as claimed in claim 2, further comprising an inking mechanism (6) for automatically inking the platen (12), the inking mechanism (6) comprising:
the left side and the right side of the upper part of the stamping machine main body (1) are connected with the ink boxes (61);
the bottom of the ink box (61) and the top of the stamping plate (12) are connected with injection pipes (62), and check valves are connected in the injection pipes (62);
the inner sides of the ink boxes (61) are connected with second air cylinders (63);
the piston rods (66) are connected in the second air cylinders (63) in a sliding manner, and the bottoms of the piston rods (66) are in contact with the connecting frame (13);
the lower part of the piston rod (66) is sleeved with the linear spring (65), and two ends of the linear spring (65) are respectively connected with the bottom of the second air cylinder (63) and the lower part of the piston rod (66);

8. A stamping press for security labels as claimed in claim 2, further comprising a cleaning mechanism (8) for adsorbing dust on the surface of the printing paper, the cleaning mechanism (8) comprising:
a fixed sleeve (81) is connected to the feeding plate frame (11) on the left side of the fixed sleeve (81);
the adhesive plate (82) is connected with the fixed sleeve (81) in a sliding way;
and the adhesive plate (82) is sleeved with a fourth spring (83), and two ends of the fourth spring (83) are respectively connected with the bottom of the fixed sleeve (81) and the adhesive plate (82).
