The lateral driving structure 230 includes a fixing seat 231 installed on the frame, a rotating motor 232 and a nut 233 installed on the fixing seat 231, the back side surface of the baffle 200 is in sliding fit with the fixing seat 231 left and right through a guide rod 234, the back side surface of the baffle 200 is also connected with a screw 235, the nut 233 is in threaded fit with the screw 235, the nut 233 is rotatably fixed on the fixing seat 231, the rotating motor 232 drives the nut 233 to rotate through a synchronous pulley mechanism, and the baffle 200 is driven to move left and right under the threaded transmission fit of the nut 233 and the screw 235, in other embodiments, the lateral driving structure 230 can adopt other linear driving structures.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, a heating cavity 210 is provided in the baffle 200 of the present embodiment, heat conducting oil 211 is filled in the heating cavity 210, and the heating assembly includes heating pipes 220 uniformly distributed in the heating cavity 210, so that in order to uniformly heat each portion of the side surface of the baffle 200, where the baffle is abutted against the non-woven fabric, the heat conducting oil 211 is heated by the heating pipes 220, and then the wall body of the baffle 200 is heated by the high-temperature heat conducting oil 211, so that the phenomenon that the baffle 200 is locally heated unevenly is avoided, and the uniformity of glue spraying is improved.
The embodiment further includes a detection assembly, the detection assembly includes two groups of detection sensors 300, the two groups of detection sensors 300 are respectively mounted on the two adjusting blocks 131, the two groups of detection sensors 300 can move forward and backward along with the adjusting blocks 131, each group of detection sensors 300 includes a plurality of detection sensors 300, the plurality of detection sensors 300 are sequentially arranged at intervals up and down, a detection end of the detection sensor 300 is arranged towards one side of the baffle 200, the two groups of detection sensors 300 are respectively arranged beside front and rear ends of the plurality of nozzles 120, and the detection sensors 300 are further connected with the adjusting blocks 131 through the adjusting frames 310 in a front and rear adjustable manner.
Correspondingly, the embodiment also comprises a controller which is simultaneously connected with the detection sensor 300 and the traversing adjusting structure 130 in a signal way, and the controller is used for receiving the detection signal of the detection sensor 300 and controlling the traversing adjusting structure 130.
In practical use, due to different cloth widths, the glue spraying ranges of the plurality of nozzles 120 need to be adjusted in time, the two groups of detection sensors 300 are used for detecting the front and rear sides of the cloth in transmission, so that the plurality of nozzles 120 can cover the cloth and avoid crossing the two sides of the cloth, when the adjusting block 131 moves, the detection sensors 300 can be driven to move back and forth simultaneously, the distance between the plurality of nozzles 120 is adjusted, and the initial position of the detection sensors 300 in the front and rear direction can be adjusted through the adjusting frame 310 to adjust the distance between the detection sensors 300 and the end nozzles 120 in the front and rear direction, wherein the distance is determined according to the independent spraying ranges of the nozzles 120.
In this embodiment, it is also considered that the fabric may deviate during the conveying process, and if the fabric passing through the glue spraying mechanism deviates, the uniformity of glue spraying may be greatly reduced, thereby reducing the quality of the final product.
As shown in fig. 1, the first roller set conveying line 400 in this embodiment includes a regulating roller 410 disposed on a feeding side of the glue spraying mechanism, and an incoming material regulating structure 420 driving the regulating roller 410 to move in a front-rear direction, and a controller is also connected with the incoming material regulating structure 420 in a signal manner, and is configured to receive a detection signal of the detection sensor 300 and further control the incoming material regulating structure 420.
In this embodiment, the two sets of detecting sensors 300 not only can detect the width of the fabric, so as to adjust the spraying range of the plurality of nozzles 120, because each set of detecting sensors 300 includes a plurality of detecting sensors 300 arranged at intervals up and down, the plurality of detecting sensors 300 on each set can detect the side edge of the fabric so as to detect that the side edge moves up and down, if the plurality of detecting sensors 300 on each set detect the fabric, the fabric is proved to be normally conveyed, if the plurality of detecting sensors 300 do not detect the fabric, the fabric is proved to be conveyed to have an inclination, and at this time, the incoming material adjusting structure 420 drives the adjusting roller 410 to move in the front-rear direction, thereby correcting the fabric conveying posture and ensuring the quality of glue spraying.
As shown in fig. 4, the incoming material adjusting structure 420 in this embodiment includes a fixing frame 421 and an electric telescopic rod 422 mounted on the fixing frame 421, the fixing frame 421 is provided with a sliding rod 423 extending back and forth, the adjusting roller 410 is sleeved on the sliding rod 423 in a sliding manner back and forth, and an end of the adjusting roller 410 is connected with a telescopic end of the electric telescopic rod 422 through a connecting frame 424, and the electric telescopic rod 422 is driven to realize the adjustment movement of the adjusting roller 410 in the back and forth direction.
The embodiment also provides a use method of the glue spraying composite device, which comprises the following specific steps:
s1, respectively loading two kinds of cloth to be processed on a first roller set conveying line 400 and a second roller set conveying line 500 and conveying the cloth;
s2, the glue spraying mechanism sprays glue on the cloth on the first roller set conveying line 400, the cloth vertically passes through glue spraying gaps between the plurality of nozzles 120 and the baffle 200, one side of the cloth abuts against the side surface of the baffle 200, and the plurality of nozzles 120 spray glue on the other side of the cloth; wherein the lateral movement driving unit drives the two adjusting blocks 131 to approach or separate from each other in the front-rear direction to adjust the front-rear distance of the two sets of detecting sensors 300 to detect the width of the cloth in the front-rear direction, and simultaneously adjusts the range of the spray of the plurality of nozzles 120 in the front-rear direction; the detection sensor 300 of each group detects the side edge of the cloth and controls the feed adjusting structure 420 to drive the adjusting roller 410 to move in the front-back direction so as to correct the conveying posture of the cloth; and the baffle 200 is driven to move in the left-right direction by the transverse driving structure 230 so as to adjust the position between the baffle 200 and the cloth in transmission;
and S3, conveying the cloth subjected to glue spraying to a pressing and compounding mechanism 600, and performing pressing and compounding with another cloth on the second roller set conveying line 500.
