As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, a plurality of feet 9 are arranged at the outer periphery of the outer cylinder 2, clamping protrusions 11 protruding outward in the radial direction of the outer cylinder 2 are respectively arranged at the outer periphery of each foot 9, and clamping grooves 10 clamped with the clamping protrusions 11 in a one-to-one correspondence are arranged at the opposite positions of the housing 1, so that the detachable clamping protrusion connection of the clamping protrusions 11 and the clamping grooves 10 is realized by utilizing the elastic deformation of the housing 1 itself. Preferably, in this embodiment, the locking protrusion 11 may also be configured as an elastic sheet, an expansion block, or the like capable of generating elastic deformation.
After the outer shell 1 is correspondingly covered on the outer cylinder 2, each clamping protrusion 11 can correspondingly extend into the clamping groove 10, and the effect that the outer shell 1 is connected with the outer cylinder 2 in a clamping mode in multiple directions is achieved. Meanwhile, the footing 9 is thickened for realizing bolt assembly, and the strength and/or the wall thickness of the material of the footing 9 are/is strengthened, so that the footing 9 is the position with the maximum strength on the outer cylinder 2; the clamping protrusion 11 is arranged at the bottom foot 9, so that the clamping protrusion 11 is arranged at the highest strength position of the whole outer barrel 2, and the clamping connection assembly of the clamping protrusion 11 and the clamping groove 10 is firmer.
Preferably, the protruding terminal surface of each footing 9 is in same vertical face to the protruding terminal surface that makes wall-hanging washing machine's each footing 9 all can be laminated with the installation wall face of vertical extension mutually and contact, makes wall-hanging washing machine installation more firm.
In this embodiment, each of the slots 10 is an opening penetrating through the side wall of the casing 1, the protruding clip 11 is inserted into the slot 10 correspondingly and then filled with the opening, and the protruding clip 11 is arranged flush with the outer wall of the casing 1 along the radially outward side of the outer cylinder 2, so that the protruding clip 11 can correspondingly plug the opening and form a smooth wall surface on the outer wall of the casing 1, which not only improves the appearance, but also reduces the occurrence of hanging thread scraps, scratching articles, and the like.
Example four
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the present embodiment describes a wall-mounted washing machine, which includes,
the outer cylinder 2 is fixed on a wall surface through mounting screws penetrating through the bottom feet 9 arranged at the bottom 19 of the outer cylinder;
an inner cylinder 3 rotatably mounted in the outer cylinder 2;
a door 5 mounted on the outer cylinder 2 for opening and closing the cylinder opening 20 of the outer cylinder;
the door body 5 is provided with an inner cylinder cover 6 which can rotate relatively towards one side of the outer cylinder 2, when the door body 5 seals the cylinder opening 20 of the outer cylinder, the inner cylinder cover 6 corresponds to the cylinder opening 17 of the closed inner cylinder and can rotate around the shaft together with the inner cylinder 3, so that the inner cylinder cover 6 corresponds to the cylinder opening 17 of the closed inner cylinder and the inner cylinder 3 forms a sealed water container after the door body 5 is closed.
Through the arrangement, the openable inner cylinder cover is arranged on the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder of the wall-mounted washing machine, so that the controllable closed effect of the cylinder opening of the inner cylinder of the wall-mounted washing machine is realized, the inner cylinder can form a sealed water container when the washing machine is used for washing, the washing water is prevented from flowing between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder in a crossed manner, and the technical effect that the inner cylinder is free from being cleaned is achieved. Meanwhile, the inner cylinder cover rotating together with the inner cylinder can be shielded by utilizing the door body, and the condition of contact with the inner cylinder cover can be effectively avoided when the washing machine operates. In addition, because the inner cylinder cover and the door body are opened and closed in a linkage manner, a user can realize the control of synchronous opening and closing of the inner cylinder cover only by operating the door body once.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, a non-contact type magnetic suspension bearing is mounted on the door body 5, the shaft 24 of the inner cylinder cover 6 is coaxially inserted into the non-contact type magnetic suspension bearing, and the shaft 24 is acted by the non-contact type magnetic suspension bearing to achieve the effect of being capable of rotating around the shaft and keeping connection in the axial direction with the door body 5 to move together, so that the inner cylinder cover 6 is mounted on the door body 5 in a manner of rotating around the shaft and capable of moving together in an opening and closing manner.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, an annular mounting seat 25 is mounted on the door body 5, a plurality of silicon steel sheets 26 extending in the radial direction and arranged at an angle along the annular direction are arranged in the annular mounting seat 25, and each silicon steel sheet 26 is respectively provided with a coil 27 in a diffraction manner; the center of the inner cylinder cover 6 is provided with a shaft 24 made of magnetic material, the shaft 24 protrudes and extends towards one side of the door body 5, the extending end of the shaft 24 is correspondingly inserted into the inner peripheral side of the annular mounting seat 25, the outer peripheral dimension of the extending end of the shaft 24 is smaller than the inner peripheral radial dimension of the annular mounting seat 25, and the shaft 24 is in a suspension state and is used for generating electromagnetic driving force after the coil 27 is electrified so as to drive the shaft 24 to suspend to a position coaxial with the annular mounting seat 25 and keep a certain suspension distance with the inner peripheral side of the annular mounting seat 25.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, when the shaft 24 is in a floating state under the action of the energizing coil 27, the axis of the shaft 24 is coaxial with the annular mounting seat 25, and the outer wall of the shaft 24 keeps a gap from the mounting seat 25 and the buckle 28, so that the shaft 24 is not contacted with other external parts, and the friction force during the rotation of the shaft is further reduced; meanwhile, because the shaft 24 at the opening 17 of the inner cylinder is supported by a non-contact magnetic suspension bearing, and the rotating shaft 13 at the bottom 18 of the inner cylinder is supported by a bearing arranged on the bottom 19 of the outer cylinder, the front end and the rear end of the inner cylinder 3 are respectively supported, so that the vibration deviation when the inner cylinder 3 rotates is greatly reduced, and the power loss and the vibration noise of the wall-mounted washing machine during operation can be effectively reduced.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in this embodiment, a ring of annular limiting groove 29 is provided on an outer side wall of the extending end of the shaft 24, a plurality of buckles 28 protruding radially toward the center are provided on an inner peripheral side of the mounting seat 25, and a radial dimension of an annular surface formed on an inner peripheral side of each buckle 28 is smaller than an outer peripheral dimension of the annular limiting groove 29 and larger than an inner peripheral dimension of the annular limiting groove 29, so as to ensure that at least a part of the buckle 28 correspondingly extends into the annular limiting groove 29, so that the shaft 24 is locked by the buckle 28 in the axial direction, and the shaft 24 and the door body 5 are not separated from each other.
In this embodiment, the width of the annular limiting groove 29 in the axial direction of the shaft 24 is greater than the size of the part of the buckle 28 extending into the annular limiting groove 29, so as to ensure that a floating gap is maintained between the shaft 24 and the buckle 28 when the shaft 24 is in a floating state after receiving the electromagnetic force of the energized coil 27.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in the present embodiment, the shaft 24 is an independent member, a first end of the shaft 24 is fixedly connected to the inner cylinder cover 6 and can rotate around the shaft together with the inner cylinder cover 6, and a second end of the shaft 24 is inserted into the annular mounting seat 25 of the door body 5 correspondingly and is driven by electromagnetic force generated by the electromagnetic coil 27 to be in a floating state capable of rotating around the shaft freely; preferably, the first end of the shaft 24 has a plurality of grooves 30, the inner cylinder cover 6 is provided with a plurality of protrusions 31 extending into the grooves 30 one by one, and each groove 30 is located at different positions and different sides of the inner cylinder cover 6, so that the inner cylinder cover 6 and the shaft 24 can be fixedly connected and rotate around the shaft together.
In this embodiment, the shaft 24 is made of a magnetic material, and the shaft 24 is symmetrically distributed with respect to the axis; alternatively, the shaft 24 may be made of a magnetic material, and the magnetic material may be symmetrically distributed with respect to the axis of the shaft 24. Preferably, at least the second end of the shaft 24 is constructed of a magnetic material. Through the arrangement, the shaft can be positioned on the axis of the annular mounting seat after being subjected to the electromagnetic driving force generated by the electromagnetic coil, so that the rotating stability of the inner cylinder is ensured.
In the embodiment, the outer cylinder 2 is provided with a first locking structure corresponding to the locking or unlocking door body 5; and a second locking structure corresponding to the locking or unlocking of the inner cylinder cover 6 is arranged on the inner cylinder 3 and used for driving the inner cylinder cover 6 and the inner cylinder 3 to rotate together. The first locking structure and the second locking structure can be any one of the existing locking structures which can realize locking or unlocking between the door body and the barrel; preferably, the first locking structure and the second locking structure can be controlled in a linkage manner, so that the two locking structures can be synchronously or opened and closed in a linkage manner, and an effect (not shown in the drawings) that the door body 5 and the inner cylinder cover 6 can be controlled in a linkage manner is achieved.
In this embodiment, a sealing structure is disposed at a joint of the inner cylinder cover 6 and the inner cylinder opening 17, and the sealing structure is installed at the inner cylinder cover 6 and/or the inner cylinder opening 17, so that after the inner cylinder cover 6 is correspondingly closed to close the inner cylinder opening 17, the joint is correspondingly closed by the sealing structure, thereby achieving an effect of closing and sealing the inner cylinder opening 17.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the inner cylinder cover 6 is arranged coaxially with the inner cylinder 3, the radial dimension of the outer periphery of the inner cylinder cover 6 is greater than or equal to the dimension of the cylinder opening 17 of the inner cylinder, and a ring of sealing ring 32 is arranged at the outer periphery of one side of the inner cylinder cover 6 facing the inner cylinder 3; the seal ring 32 is made of a material such as rubber that can be elastically deformed, and is configured to seal the inner cylinder cover 6 and the inner cylinder opening 17 by the elastic deformation thereof.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the outer casing 1 covers the outer part of the outer cylinder 2, the outer casing 1 is detachably connected with the outer cylinder 2 through a snap structure, and the door 5 is rotatably installed on the outer casing 1 and/or the outer cylinder 2 through a hinge structure. In this embodiment, the door 5 may be mounted on the outer cylinder 2, may be mounted on the outer casing 1, and may be connected to both the outer cylinder 2 and the outer casing 1.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A wall-mounted washing machine, which comprises,
the outer cylinder is used for being fixed on a mounting wall surface;
the inner cylinder is rotatably arranged in the outer cylinder;
the method is characterized in that:
the inner cylinder cover is arranged at the opening of the inner cylinder and can be opened and closed, so that the inner cylinder can form a sealed water container after the inner cylinder cover closes the opening of the inner cylinder.
2. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1, wherein:
the inner cylinder cover can be turned outwards to be opened and closed and is arranged at the opening of the inner cylinder;
the wall of the inner cylinder is provided with a water outlet communicated with the outside, the water outlet is provided with a centrifugal valve, the centrifugal valve correspondingly closes the water outlet when the washing machine performs washing, and correspondingly opens the water outlet when the washing machine performs dewatering and/or water drainage.
3. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 1 or 2, wherein:
the wall of the inner cylinder is a special-shaped cylinder which has a large diameter in the middle and gradually narrows down to the cylinder opening and the two ends of the cylinder bottom;
preferably, the middle part of the inner cylinder wall is a straight cylinder part with equal cylinder diameter, the front end and the rear end of the inner cylinder wall are respectively a front conical cylinder part and a rear conical cylinder part, the two ends of the straight cylinder part are respectively connected with the large-opening ends of the front conical cylinder part and the rear conical cylinder part, and the small-opening ends of the front conical cylinder part and the rear conical cylinder part respectively form an inner cylinder opening and an inner cylinder bottom; the straight cylinder part is provided with a water outlet communicated with the outside, and the water outlet is provided with a centrifugal valve which is controlled to be opened and closed by the rotating speed of the inner cylinder.
4. The wall-mounted washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein:
the axis of the outer cylinder extends horizontally, a projecting part projecting backwards is arranged at the bottom of the outer cylinder, the projecting part forms a footing, and the projecting end surface of the footing is flush with the mounting wall surface and is in contact with the mounting wall surface in a fitting manner; the footing is provided with a mounting hole for a mounting bolt to pass through, and the outer barrel is fixed with the mounting wall surface.
5. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 4, wherein:
the protruding end of the footing is spaced from the rear side of the outer cylinder bottom, so that the outer cylinder bottom and the mounting wall surface are kept at a mounting interval.
6. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 4, wherein:
a driving motor is arranged on one side of the bottom of the outer cylinder, which faces the mounting wall surface, and a rotor of the driving motor is coaxially connected with the inner cylinder in the outer cylinder through a rotating shaft and is used for driving the inner cylinder to rotate around the shaft;
the outer barrel bottom is provided with an installation groove which is opened towards the installation wall surface and is sunken towards the inner part of the outer barrel, and at least part of the driving motor is positioned in the installation groove.
7. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 6, wherein:
at least part of the driving motor protrudes out of the opening of the mounting groove, and the protruding end of the driving motor relative to the footing is arranged closer to one side of the outer barrel;
preferably, a vibration distance is reserved between one side face of the driving motor facing the mounting wall face and a vertical face where the protruding end of the foot is located.
8. The wall-mounted washing machine according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein:
the outer part of the outer barrel is covered with a shell, and the shell is detachably connected with the outer barrel through a clamping convex structure;
the periphery of urceolus is equipped with outside convex card protruding, and the relative position department of shell is equipped with the draw-in groove that corresponds, the protruding relative joint with draw-in groove detachable of card.
9. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 8, wherein: a plurality of bottom feet are distributed at the periphery of the outer barrel, clamping bulges which protrude outwards along the radial direction of the outer barrel and can generate elastic deformation are respectively arranged at the periphery side of each bottom foot, and clamping grooves which are correspondingly clamped with the clamping bulges one by one are arranged at the opposite positions of the shell;
preferably, the convex end faces of the feet are in the same vertical plane.
10. The wall-mounted washing machine according to claim 9, wherein:
each clamping groove is an opening penetrating through the side wall of the shell, and the clamping protrusions are correspondingly clamped into the clamping grooves and then correspondingly filled with the openings, so that the outer surface of the shell is formed into a smooth surface.
