Description

Preparation method of one-time formed thick coating
Technical Field
The invention relates to a wall coating structure, and belongs to the technical field of wall coating structures.
Background
The traditional wall decoration comprises at least four working procedures of filling putty powder into a flat wall surface, then coating mortar, wall surface primer and finishing paint, but the working procedures are reduced along with the development of economy, the labor cost is reduced, the new requirement of the modern society is met, and the technical problem which needs to be solved by people is solved by seeking a one-step formed thick coating.
The existing wall coating can crack when the thickness of the wall coating is over 0.8cm, so that the function of brushing the wall surface at one time is difficult to realize. The coating which can be thickly coated to the thickness of more than 1cm and is not cracked in the market at present is gypsum powder with A B double components, but the double-component coating can be constructed only by adding water into the AB component and mixing the AB component on a construction site, and the coating is fast to dry and completely cured within 2-3 hours, so that the coating which is not used up cannot be reused next time, and a certain degree of waste is caused. The coating provided by the invention is a thick coating which is used after being opened, is convenient to use, is not easy to solidify and is easy to construct. Proper expanded perlite powder is added in the coating, so that the coating has certain sound insulation and noise reduction functions.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an anti-cracking smooth one-time forming thick coating and a preparation method thereof.
The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
a preparation method of a one-time formed thick coating comprises the following steps:
s1, accurately weighing all the components according to a formula; the components are as follows: water, dispersant, thixotropic agent, bactericide, defoamer, film-forming auxiliary agent alcohol ester, odor-removing emulsion styrene-acrylic emulsion, expanded perlite powder, quartz sand, heavy calcium, talcum powder, wood fiber, starch ether, flash rust inhibitor, thickener lignocellulose and fiber of polar bonds;
s2, adding solvent water, a dispersing agent and a thixotropic agent into a reactor, stirring at a high speed of 500 revolutions per minute, and dispersing for 15 minutes to obtain a uniformly dispersed turbid liquid;
s3, adding the fibers into the turbid liquid, and fully dispersing the fibers;
s4, adding the bactericide, the defoamer, the film-forming auxiliary agent and the odor-removing emulsion, and dispersing for 2 minutes;
s5, adding perlite powder four times, and fully dispersing;
s6, adding quartz sand once, and fully dispersing for 2 minutes;
s7, adding heavy calcium for a small amount for many times, fully dispersing for 10 minutes, and supplementing 2.5% of solvent water;

s9, adding starch ether, and fully dispersing for 5 minutes;
s10, adding a flash rust inhibitor, and fully dispersing;
s11, adding a thickening agent for a plurality of times in a small amount, fully dispersing, supplementing water by 2.5%, and continuously stirring for 10 minutes.
Further, the components are as follows:
22.4 to 5 parts of water, 0.75 part of dispersing agent, 1.1 part of thixotropic agent, 0.2 part of bactericide, 0.24 part of defoaming agent, 0.3 part of film forming auxiliary agent alcohol ester-12.3 parts of odor-free emulsion styrene-acrylic emulsion, 4 to 9 parts of expanded perlite powder, 3 parts of quartz sand, 59 to 64 parts of heavy calcium carbonate, 8.5 parts of talcum powder, 3 parts of wood fiber, 0.035 part of starch ether, 0.15 part of flash rust inhibitor, 0.3 part of thickener lignocellulose and 0.1 to 1.4 parts of fiber with polar bonds.
It should be specifically stated that 22.4+5 parts of water in the technical scheme of the present invention means that water is added in two different procedures, wherein 22.4 parts are added in step S2, and 5 parts are added in step S7.
Further, the fibers of the polar bonds are: one or more of polyester fibers, carbon fibers, glass fibers, polyacrylonitrile fibers, and basalt fibers.
Further, the length of the fibers of the polar bond was 0.6cm.
A coating obtainable by any one of the above methods of preparation.
The beneficial effects are that: the polar bond fiber and expanded perlite powder are relatively well dispersed during the preparation process and can ensure that water is not lost rapidly.
The length of the fibers of the polar bonds is 0.6cm, which is favorable for thick batch coating prepared by the scheme, and the surface is smooth.

In conclusion, the addition of the expanded perlite powder and the quartz sand has a certain effect on the one-step forming of the thick coating, but the effect is not obvious.
In summary, all the fibers have better effect on cracking resistance of thick coating, especially the fibers containing polar bonds, such as polyester fibers, carbon fibers, glass fibers, polyacrylonitrile fibers and basalt fibers, can be added in small amounts to achieve good effect, but in view of the price of the fibers, the carbon fibers are more expensive, 0.1 part of polyester fibers and 0.1 part of polyacrylonitrile fibers are the best effect, but from the preparation process, the polyester fibers are relatively well dispersed in the preparation process. From other patents, fibers are added to enhance the cracking resistance, but the addition amount is large, the thick surface is unfavorable for subsequent construction, and the thick coating prepared by the scheme has smooth surface and is very friendly to the subsequent construction.
The theory involved for adding perlite and quartz sand might be: because the main components of the perlite and the quartz sand are SiO 2, a reticular structure is easy to form, but the reticular structure is insufficient to bear the cracking property caused by different internal and external water volatilization rates, the fiber containing polar bonds is properly added, so that the perlite and the quartz sand have good compatibility with polar inorganic materials, the structural force in the coating is enhanced, and the cracking resistance effect is achieved.
