The soaking solution consists of 20-30 parts of fruit vinegar, 10-15 parts of salt and 100-150 parts of water according to parts by weight; the temperature of the soak solution is 30-50 ℃.
Example 2: on the basis of the implementation 1, preferably, the soaking solution consists of 20 parts of fruit vinegar, 10 parts of salt and 100 parts of water in parts by weight; the temperature of the soak solution is 30 ℃.

Example 5: the effect of different cleaning regimes on the processing of chicken ketone bodies was tested.
Experimental group 1: live chickens were processed using the system of example 4, and the resulting chicken ketone bodies were used as experimental group 1.
Comparative example 1: live chickens were processed using the same system as in example 4 except that only purified water was used for immersion cleaning with the cleaning apparatus 6, and the resulting chicken ketone bodies were processed as comparative example 1.
Comparative example 2: live chickens were processed using the same system as in example 4 except that only high-pressure spray purified water was used for cleaning with cleaning apparatus 6, and the resulting chicken ketone bodies were processed as comparative example 2.
The results of the effects of different cleaning methods on the germ carrying amount and the residual ratio of the villi in the chicken ketone bodies are shown in the following table 1.

According to the results in table 1, it can be known that the live chicken ketobodies are cleaned by different cleaning devices 6, the bacteria carrying amount and the villus residual rate are influenced, the cleaning device 6 of the embodiment 4 is adopted, the chicken ketobodies are sequentially soaked, scrubbed, inner cavity spray-washed and surface spray-washed, a single soaking mode or a single spraying mode can be realized, the cleaning effect is better, the cleaning effect is embodied in two aspects, on the bacteria carrying amount and on the villus residual rate, the chicken processed by the system of the embodiment 4 is cleaner and safer, and the storage period is prolonged.
Example 6: the effect of different soaking solutions on the processing of chicken ketone bodies was tested.
Experimental group 1: live chickens were processed using the system of example 4, and the resulting chicken ketone bodies were used as experimental group 2.
Comparative example 3: the live chicken is processed by the same system as the system in the embodiment 4, and the difference is that the soaking solution in the soaking pool 20 is pure water; the resulting chicken ketone bodies were processed as comparative example 3.
Comparative example 4, the same system as in example 4 was used, except that the steeping fluid in the steeping cistern 20 was brine of the same concentration; the resulting chicken ketone bodies were processed as comparative example 4.
Comparative example 5: the same system as that of the embodiment 4 is adopted for processing, and the difference is only that the soaking solution in the soaking pool 20 is fruit vinegar with the same concentration; the resulting chicken ketone bodies were processed as comparative example 5.
The results of the effects of different soaking solutions on the bacteria carrying amount and the villus residual rate of the chicken ketone bodies are shown in the following table 1.

According to the results in table 2, after the chicken ketone bodies are soaked and brushed by adopting different soaking solutions, the same inner cavity spray washing and outer surface spray washing are adopted, the bacteria carrying capacity and the villus residual rate are influenced, after the chicken ketone bodies are soaked and brushed by adopting the soaking solution in the embodiment 4, the subsequent inner cavity spray washing and outer surface spray washing are carried out, the bacteria carrying capacity and the villus residual rate are optimal, if the soaking solution is replaced by purified water, the bacteria carrying capacity and the villus residual rate are maximal, when brine is used as the soaking solution, the bacteria carrying capacity is minimal, the villus residual rate is high, when fruit vinegar is used as the soaking solution, the bacteria carrying capacity is high relative to the brine, but the villus residual rate is high, probably because pores on the surfaces of the chicken ketone bodies are favorably opened at a proper temperature, the villus is favorably removed, the flavor of chicken is not influenced by the fruit vinegar at a proper concentration, and the brine is favorably sterilized at a proper bacteriostatic temperature, when the brine and the fruit vinegar are combined with each other in a proper ratio, the surface villus is removed, the sterilizing effect is further enhanced, and the bacteria carrying capacity is greatly reduced.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the embodiments described in the foregoing embodiments, or equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof.

Claims (10)

1. A chicken processing system which characterized in that: comprises a slaughtering device, a depilating device, a cutting device, a precooling device and a quick freezing device which are connected in sequence by a conveying line; the slaughtering device is used for bloodletting and draining the live chicken; the unhairing device is used for cleaning chicken feathers; the cutting device is used for cutting the chicken feet, the machine head and the viscera; and a cleaning device is arranged between the cutting device and the precooling device.
2. The chicken processing system of claim 1, wherein: the cleaning device comprises a soaking and brushing section, an inner cavity spray-washing section and an outer surface spray-washing section which are sequentially connected through a conveying chain; the conveying chain is driven by a stepping motor to advance; the chicken ketone bodies are inserted on a conveying chain.
3. The chicken processing system of claim 2, wherein: a placing mechanism is protruded on the conveying chain; the chicken ketone bodies are inserted on the placing mechanism.

The chicken processing system of claim 3, wherein: the placing mechanism comprises a base, a supporting rod, a sleeve, a chock block and a material supporting arm; the base is fixed on the conveying chain; the lower end of the supporting rod is movably connected with the base; the upper end of the supporting rod is connected with the chock block; the sleeve is sleeved on the peripheral surface of the supporting rod; the upper end of the material supporting arm is hinged with the circumferential surface of the supporting rod; the material supporting arm is hinged with the sleeve through a shaft pin piece; and a torsion spring is also arranged between the material supporting arm and the sleeve.
5. The chicken processing system of claim 4, wherein: a rotating gear is arranged on the base through a bearing piece; the support rod is fixedly connected with the rotating gear.

The chicken processing system of claim 2, wherein: the soaking and washing section comprises a soaking pool and a washing mechanism arranged in the soaking pool; the soaking pool is filled with a soaking solution; the brushing mechanism comprises a mounting frame, a driving motor, a planetary bearing, a rotating shaft and a brushing barrel; the driving motor is arranged on the mounting frame; the rotating shaft is distributed on the periphery of an output shaft of the driving motor in a planetary way through a planetary bearing; the brushing barrel is sleeved on the rotating shaft.

The chicken processing system of claim 2, wherein: the inner cavity spray washing section comprises water spray discs arranged below the conveying chain; the water spraying disc sprays water upwards to clean the inner cavity of the chicken ketone body; the water spraying disc is connected to the first branch pipe through a first water spraying pipe; the first branch pipe is connected to the water tank through a first water dividing pipe.

The chicken processing system of claim 5, wherein: the outer surface spray washing section comprises a spray head and a rotation driving mechanism; the spray heads are arranged on one side of the conveying chain; the rotary driving mechanism is arranged on the other side of the conveying chain; the rotation driving mechanism is used for driving the rotation gear to rotate; the spray head is connected to the second branch pipe through a second spray pipe; the second branch pipe is connected to the water tank through a second water distribution pipe.

The chicken processing system of claim 8, wherein: the rotation driving mechanism comprises a cylinder, a telescopic rod and a rack; one end of the telescopic rod is connected with the cylinder; the other end of the telescopic rod is connected with the rack; the rack is engaged with the rotating gear.
