Abstract

本申请提供了一种固态变压器、供电设备和数据中心,涉及电力技术领域,以解决固态变压器功率密度低、制作成本高等问题;本申请提供的固态变压器包括壳体和M个功率变换单元;功率单元包括第一功率变换电路、高频变压器和第二功率变换电路,第一功率变换电路和第二功率变换电路通过高频变压器耦合;壳体具有绝缘基体和导电外壳,导电外壳套设在绝缘基体的外表面;绝缘基体具有容纳腔,在M个功率单元中,至少第一功率变换电路间隔的设置在容纳腔内,其中,M为大于1的整数;在本申请提供的固态变压器中,通过一个壳体便可满足多个功率变换单元的绝缘要求,有利于降低绝缘材料的用量,因此有利于降低制作成本,还可以提升固态变压器的功率密度。
