Abstract

本申请提供了一种固态变压器、供电设备和数据中心，涉及电力技术领域，以解决固态变压器功率密度低、制作成本高等问题；本申请提供的固态变压器包括壳体和M个功率变换单元；功率单元包括第一功率变换电路、高频变压器和第二功率变换电路，第一功率变换电路和第二功率变换电路通过高频变压器耦合；壳体具有绝缘基体和导电外壳，导电外壳套设在绝缘基体的外表面；绝缘基体具有容纳腔，在M个功率单元中，至少第一功率变换电路间隔的设置在容纳腔内，其中，M为大于1的整数；在本申请提供的固态变压器中，通过一个壳体便可满足多个功率变换单元的绝缘要求，有利于降低绝缘材料的用量，因此有利于降低制作成本，还可以提升固态变压器的功率密度。
