The prepayment is usually charged into a preset account, and during settlement, actual deduction and verification are carried out through the account, and the whole process is operated based on the account.
The method is characterized in that recharging operation and settlement operation are performed on the account level aiming at the prepayment, a specific prepayment recharging bill cannot be flexibly selected for deduction, the prepayment use condition in the account is not clear, the management of the prepayment in the account is not careful, and risks exist in the aspects of financial analysis and fund control.
In view of this, according to a first aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, a method of money management is provided.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a method of money management according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the method of money management according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes steps S101 to S103 as follows.
Step S101, responding to the received prepayment recharging request, generating a prepayment recharging bill, and associating the prepayment recharging bill with a corresponding prepayment account; the prepaid recharge ticket comprises: the identification of the charging bill and the available amount.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the execution subject (for example, a server) of the money management method may receive the prepaid recharge request through a wired connection or a wireless connection. Each service has a special prepayment for the service, and prepayment recharging requests are sent out aiming at different services, and information of corresponding dimensionality needs to be filled in. The prepaid recharge request may include the following information: service or product supplier codes and names, service line numbers and names, service areas, prepaid recharge bodies, expense types, payment amounts, expected payment time, bank accounts, account names of the issuer, contact numbers, prepaid recharge requesters, request time and remarks. And generating a corresponding prepaid recharge bill according to the prepaid recharge request information, and determining a prepaid account corresponding to the prepaid recharge bill. And after the examination and approval of the prepaid recharge bill is passed, storing the prepaid to be recharged into the prepaid account for prepaid recharge. Each prepaid recharge bill has a unique recharge bill identification and an account identification of a prepaid account corresponding to the prepaid recharge bill, the prepaid recharge bill can be associated with the corresponding prepaid account according to the account identification, and the unique prepaid recharge bill can be determined according to the recharge bill identification. In addition, the prepaid recharge bill also includes an available amount that is queried to indicate the prepaid amount in the prepaid recharge bill that can be used for settlement.
Fig. 2 is a schematic view of the system cooperation flow of the pre-payment verification deduction of the money management method according to the embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 2, the procedure of pre-payment verification and deduction is mainly completed through the cooperation of the following four systems: a settlement system, an account system, a funding system, and an EBS (E-Business Suite) system. When prepayment recharging is carried out, firstly, a settlement system receives a prepayment recharging request and generates a prepayment recharging bill according to prepayment recharging request information; the account system finds the corresponding prepaid account according to the account mark in the prepaid recharge bill and associates the prepaid recharge bill with the prepaid account; after the examination and approval of the prepaid recharge bill is passed, the fund system stores the prepaid into the prepaid account to carry out actual prepaid recharge; and the EBS system enters the pre-paid recharge bill for storage.
The management of the prepaid account can be refined to each prepaid recharge bill corresponding to the prepaid account by associating the prepaid recharge bill with the prepaid account, and the prepaid amount which can be used for settlement in each prepaid recharge bill of the prepaid account is displayed by inquiring the account amount, so that the fund condition in the prepaid account can be clearer, and the refinement degree of the fund management of the prepaid account is further improved.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, before associating the prepaid recharge bills with the corresponding prepaid accounts, the method further comprises: and under the condition that the pre-payment account corresponding to the pre-payment recharging bill is not found, establishing the corresponding pre-payment account according to the pre-payment recharging request.
Typically, the prepaid recharge notes can be associated to the corresponding prepaid account according to the account identification. And under the condition that the prepaid recharge bill is not associated to the prepaid account, the account system creates a corresponding prepaid account according to the prepaid recharge request, and associates the prepaid recharge bill through the account identifier. Exemplarily, when the logistics service is subjected to the first prepaid recharge, a corresponding prepaid recharge bill is generated according to the prepaid recharge request, but since the first recharge is performed and the account system does not have the prepaid account corresponding to the logistics service, the association cannot be performed, and the corresponding prepaid account needs to be created according to the prepaid recharge request, and then the prepaid recharge bill is associated with the corresponding prepaid account.

And determining target prepaid recharge lists associated with the prepaid account and the deduction amount of each target prepaid recharge list according to the settlement amount in the prepaid deduction request. Illustratively, 5 arranges the available amount of the prepaid recharge notes in the prepaid account according to the available amount from high to low, and uses the available amount of the prepaid recharge notes for deducting the settlement amount in sequence, for example, in sequence, the available amounts of the first five prepaid recharge notes are enough to deduct the settlement amount, then the five prepaid recharge notes are target prepaid recharge notes, wherein the deduction amounts of the first four target prepaid recharge notes are all available amounts thereof, and the deduction amount of the fifth target prepaid recharge note is 0, which is the remaining settlement amount obtained by subtracting the available amounts of the first four target prepaid recharge notes from the settlement amount. Further exemplarily, the withholding amount can be randomly distributed to the prepaid charging note in the prepaid account, only the withholding amount is ensured not to be larger than the available amount of the prepaid charging note, and the target prepaid charging note and the withholding amount thereof are determined according to the random distribution result. And generating a pre-payment settlement list according to the pre-payment deduction request, the target pre-payment account and the deduction amount. The 5 prepaid invoice may include the following information: and the settlement bill identification, the recharge bill identification and the deduction amount of each target prepayment recharge bill.
As shown in fig. 2, the settlement system receives the pre-payment deduction request, and generates the pre-payment settlement sheet after determining the target pre-payment recharge sheet and the deduction amount thereof according to the settlement amount. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of information of a prepaid deduction request according to a referential embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the prepaid deduction request includes: serial number, bill number, charge subject, charge type, prepaid account identification, settlement subject, settlement amount, and the like. And determining a target prepayment recharging bill and the deduction amount thereof according to the settlement amount in the prepayment deduction request, thereby generating a prepayment settlement bill.
The target prepayment charging bill and the deduction amount thereof are determined through the settlement amount, the settlement 5 bill can be associated with the charging bill, the flexibility of payment of funds in the prepayment account is improved, the deduction process of the prepayment account is clear, and the fund management of the prepayment account is facilitated.
According to a reference embodiment of the present invention, determining part or all of the prepaid bills associated with the prepaid account as target prepaid bills, and determining the deduction amount of each target prepaid bill comprises: acquiring available amounts of a plurality of prepaid 0-money recharging lists associated with the prepaid account, and displaying the available amounts; receiving a deduction instruction of a user, wherein the deduction instruction indicates a charging bill identifier and a deduction amount of a target prepaid charging bill for performing prepaid deduction; and determining each target prepayment recharge sheet for prepayment deduction and the deduction amount thereof according to the deduction instruction.
Fig. 5 is a schematic diagram of a prepaid recharge ticket associated with a prepaid account according to another referenced embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 5, the prepaid account is associated with six prepaid bills, and the information of the prepaid bills includes: the information item of the prepaid charging bill can be filled in the information item to be filled in, and the information of the deduction amount in a part or all of the prepaid charging bill can be filled in. And taking the information of the filled prepaid recharge notes as a deduction instruction, thereby obtaining the recharge note identification and the deduction amount of the target prepaid recharge notes for performing prepaid deduction, and determining each target prepaid recharge note for performing prepaid deduction and the deduction amount thereof according to the deduction instruction.
As shown in fig. 3, when receiving the pre-payment deduction request, the front-end operation layer obtains and displays a plurality of pre-payment recharge notes associated with the pre-payment account and available amounts thereof according to the settlement amount in the pre-payment deduction request and the pre-payment account, and after receiving the deduction instruction of the user, the front-end operation layer obtains a target pre-payment recharge note for pre-payment deduction and a deduction amount thereof. As shown in fig. 3, the prepaid recharge notes and their available amounts are, illustratively: a prepaid recharge note A, an available amount a; a prepaid recharge note B, an available amount B; prepaid recharge bill C, available amount C. Obtaining a target prepaid recharge bill and the deduction amount thereof from the prepaid recharge bill according to the deduction instruction, wherein the target prepaid recharge bill and the deduction amount are respectively as follows: a prepaid recharge bill A, a deduction amount x; a prepaid recharge bill B, a deduction amount y; prepaid recharge bill C, amount z to be deducted.

Illustratively, because the service plan changes, the previously generated prepaid balance is cancelled or invalidated, and the funds in the amount equal to the corresponding deduction amount in each target prepaid recharge bill are frozen in the prepaid account, and the frozen funds are not settled, so that the frozen funds are defrosted and restored to the available amount. As shown in fig. 3, if the prepaid account ticket is invalidated, the target prepaid charge ticket and the deduction amount thereof are also invalidated, the available amount of the prepaid charge ticket a is restored to a, the available amount of the prepaid charge ticket B is restored to B, and the available amount of the prepaid charge ticket C is restored to C.
In another example, if the deduction amount of the target prepaid charging note is larger than the available amount, the settlement result will indicate the settlement failure, and the fund with the same amount as the corresponding deduction amount in each target prepaid charging note is also thawed. In order to avoid the situation that settlement fails because the deduction amount is larger than the available amount, when the target prepayment charging bill and the deduction amount are determined, the available amount and the deduction amount of the target prepayment charging bill are compared, when the deduction amount is larger than the available amount, the deduction amount abnormal information is returned, settlement is stopped, settlement abnormity is found in advance, and the prepayment settlement efficiency is improved.
According to the fact that the pre-payment settlement bill is invalidated or the settlement result indicates that settlement is failed, frozen funds are unfrozen, the frozen funds can be recovered to be in an available state, the available amount of the pre-payment account can be accurately recorded, and the fund security of the pre-payment account is enhanced.
And step S103, carrying out fund settlement according to the prepayment settlement sheets, and updating the available amount of each target prepayment charging sheet according to the settlement result.
As shown in fig. 2, after the examination and approval of the prepaid account bill is passed, the actual settlement is performed on the funds frozen in the target prepaid charge bill, the prepaid account bill is posted, and the withholding details such as the prepaid account bill, the target prepaid charge bill and the withholding amount thereof are saved. As shown in fig. 3, in the data integration layer, according to the prepaid settlement sheet obtained by the target prepaid recharge sheet and the deduction information thereof, the fund settlement is performed in the data storage layer, the amount in the prepaid account is actually deducted, and the available amount of each target prepaid recharge sheet is updated. And synchronously storing the amount information of the prepaid recharge bill used by the prepaid settlement bill in the data storage layer according to the settlement result. Illustratively, the available amount of the pre-paid voucher A after the fund settlement is (a-x), the available amount of the pre-paid voucher B after the fund settlement is (B-y), and the available amount of the pre-paid voucher C after the fund settlement is (C-z).
By means of fund settlement and updating the available amount of the target prepaid recharge bill, detailed management of the prepaid account can be further achieved, and fund use planning can be conveniently formulated according to the available amount.
According to still another referential embodiment of the present invention, the money management method further includes: and generating a data analysis billboard according to the prepaid account, the real-time prepaid recharge bill and the prepaid settlement bill.
As shown in fig. 3, in the data integration layer, the integration of the pre-payment settlement statement details and the pre-payment recharging statement details is realized through big data offline drawing processing, and the service line, the financial accounting rule and the financial accounting subject matching rule are configured, so as to finally generate the data analysis billboard of the pre-payment account. Illustratively, based on the real-time historical data table of the prepaid accounts, data is extracted from the data table periodically, and the extracted data is classified and processed according to the financial accounting requirements (for example, data summarization is performed according to the access condition of each prepaid account), and a corresponding real-time monitoring billboard is displayed according to the business requirements on the front-end operation layer; and the processed data is supported to be inquired and exported.
By generating the data analysis billboard, the using condition of funds in the pre-payment account can be presented in real time, so that the deduction and the verification of the pre-payment, the control of financial funds and the verification and analysis of actual cost are facilitated.
