Detailed Description
Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of a main flow of a mail sending method according to a first embodiment of the present invention, which may include:
and S101, receiving the waybill data of the first terminal to generate a collecting task, and distributing the collecting task to the second terminal.
Preferably, the user information may be obtained before the acquisition task is generated according to the waybill data of the first terminal, and whether the waybill status data of the acquired unpaid waybill exists or not is searched. And if the waybill status data which is not paid is collected, pushing a payment reminding notice to the first terminal so that the first terminal initiates a payment request to complete payment. If there is no waybill status data that has been collected for unpaid, then step S102 is performed. That is, the existence of outstanding waybill status data does not allow the generation of a blanket mission from the received first terminal waybill data.
And step S102, calculating the freight charge data which is corresponding to the express item information according to the received express item information sent by the second terminal.
Preferably, after the receivable freight data corresponding to the express item information is obtained in step S102, the user information may be obtained to search the credit level of the user, and determine whether the credit level is greater than or equal to a preset credit level threshold. And if so, executing the step S103, otherwise, sending the freight charge data to be collected to the first terminal so that the first terminal initiates a payment request to complete payment. That is, only after the credit rating reaches a certain level can the user have access to a receipt method of collecting and then paying.
And step S103, receiving the invoice status data which is sent by the second terminal and has not been paid for after the collection.
And step S104, sending the invoice status data of the unpaid purchase request to a first terminal, and sending a payment request of the receivable freight rate data to the first terminal.
Preferably, the specific process of initiating the payment request and completing the payment according to the receivable freight data by the first terminal includes: and sending the waybill state data which is not paid after the completion of the acquisition to the first terminal so as to enable the first terminal to initiate a payment request, calling a standing book system interface to acquire receivable waybill data and real collected waybill data corresponding to the waybill data, and further completing the payment through a payment system.
In addition, as a preferred embodiment, after the step S102 is executed to acquire the receivable freight data corresponding to the express item information, the waybill data and the corresponding receivable freight data may be stored in the ledger system. The ledger system records freight note data and the mapping relation between the receivable freight data and the real freight data. Then, after the execution of step S104 is completed, waybill payment completion data sent by the payment system can be received, and the waybill status data is updated and synchronized to the ledger system.
Therefore, according to the above embodiments, it can be seen that the present invention can deal with the situation that the payment is sent out on site when the package is completed. That is, after the collection is completed, the sender can complete the function of paying online afterwards when not on site. Furthermore, the user experience is improved to a great extent.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a mail sending method according to another embodiment of the present invention, and the mail sending method may include, based on an order receiving system:
step S201, receiving waybill data of the first terminal.
In an embodiment, the first terminal may be a sender terminal, and the sender terminal may perform express ordering (for example, ordering through an express applet on the first terminal), and then receive the waybill data through the first terminal. Wherein the sender may not be present at the acquisition site.
And S202, generating a collecting task according to the waybill data, and sending the collecting task to the second terminal so that the second terminal distributes the collecting task.
In an embodiment, the pull-in tasks can be generated according to the waybill data (such as information of a consignment address, a consignment contact information and the like), then the pull-in tasks are sent to a second terminal (such as a site real operation operating system), and the pull-in tasks can be distributed to specific couriers through the second terminal so as to carry out pull-in.
Step S203, receiving express item information sent by the second terminal.
For example, the second terminal obtains express item information after a courier is picked up and weighed on site by a collecting courier, and sends the express item information to the order receiving system.
And step S204, calling a freight calculation interface of the logistics charging system to acquire receivable freight data corresponding to the express item information.
For example, the corresponding receivable freight data can be obtained according to the actual weight and volume of the object in the express object information.
Step S205, the waybill data and the corresponding receivable freight data are stored in the ledger system.
The machine account system records the mapping relation between the waybill data and the receivable freight data and the real freight data.
And step S206, receiving and recording the invoice status data which is sent by the second terminal and has not been paid for after the collection.
For example, a package courier synchronizes package-completed but unpaid waybill status data to the order taking system through the site real-time operating system.
Step S207, the waybill state data of the non-paid waybill is sent to the first terminal, so that the first terminal initiates a payment request and completes payment according to the receivable waybill data.
Preferably, the outstanding waybill status data is synchronized to the first terminal (e.g., an courier applet at the first terminal) and a payment reminder notification is pushed. Specifically, the following examples are given: the express delivery applet on the first terminal displays the state of the payment to be made, the amount of the due payment and the payment button.
In addition, the first terminal may initiate a payment request (e.g., click a payment button) to complete the payment. Further: the first terminal initiates a payment request, calls a standing book system interface to obtain receivable freight data and real freight data corresponding to the freight note data, and then calls a payment system (such as a cash register) to complete payment.
And step S208, receiving waybill payment completion data sent by the payment system, updating the waybill state data and synchronizing the waybill state data to the ledger system.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a main flow of a mail sending method according to still another embodiment of the present invention, and the mail sending method may include, based on an order receiving system:
step S301, receiving waybill data and user information of the first terminal.
Step S302, according to the user information, whether the waybill status data which is not paid is collected is found, if yes, a payment reminding notice is pushed to the first terminal, so that the first terminal initiates a payment request to complete payment, and the process is exited. If not, go to step S303.
In an embodiment, the invention provides a reminder for a first terminal that has not paid late after having collected a collection when the order is next placed, and does not allow the first terminal to place a new order if payment is not completed. That is, all payments are made (there is no outstanding waybill status data).
And step S303, generating a collecting task according to the waybill data, and sending the collecting task to the second terminal so that the second terminal distributes the collecting task.
Step S304, receiving express item information sent by the second terminal.
Step S305, a freight calculation interface of the logistics charging system is called, and receivable freight data corresponding to the express item information is obtained.
And S306, storing the waybill data and the corresponding receivable freight data to the ledger system.
And step S307, receiving and recording the invoice status data which is sent by the second terminal and has not been paid for after the collection.
Step S308, sending the waybill state data of the non-paid waybill which is completely collected to the first terminal, so that the first terminal initiates a payment request and completes payment according to the receivable waybill data.
And step S309, receiving waybill payment completion data sent by the payment system, updating the waybill state data and synchronizing the waybill state data to the ledger system.
Fig. 4 is a schematic view of a main flow of a mail sending method according to a reference embodiment of the present invention, and the mail sending method may include, based on an order receiving system:
step S401, receiving waybill data and user information of the first terminal.
And S402, generating a collecting task according to the waybill data, and sending the collecting task to the second terminal so that the second terminal distributes the collecting task.
Step S403, receiving express item information sent by the second terminal.
And step S404, calling a freight calculation interface of the logistics charging system to acquire receivable freight data corresponding to the express item information.
Step S405, obtaining the credit level of the user according to the user information, judging whether the credit level is larger than or equal to a preset credit level threshold value, if so, performing step S406, otherwise, sending the freight charge data to be collected to the first terminal, so that the first terminal initiates a payment request to complete payment, and quitting the process.
In an embodiment, whether the flow of collecting payment before payment can be executed is judged according to the credit level of the user, when the credit level of the user is greater than or equal to the credit level threshold, the steps S406 to S409 can be executed, and when the credit level of the user is less than the credit level threshold, the receivable freight data can be directly sent to the first terminal, so that the first terminal initiates a payment request to complete payment, namely, the pay-as-you-go payment is executed. Further, the first terminal may initiate a payment request (e.g., click a payment button) to invoke the checkout system to complete the payment.
Step S406, storing the waybill data and the corresponding receivable freight data to the ledger system.
And step S407, receiving and recording the invoice status data which is sent by the second terminal and has not been paid for after the collection.
Step S408, sending the waybill state data of the non-paid waybill which is completely collected to the first terminal, so that the first terminal initiates a payment request and completes payment according to the receivable waybill data.
And step S409, receiving waybill payment completion data sent by the payment system, updating the waybill state data and synchronizing the waybill state data to the ledger system.

And receiving the invoice status data which is sent by the second terminal and has not been paid. The processing module 502 sends the outstanding waybill status data to the first terminal to enable the first terminal to initiate a payment request and complete payment according to the outstanding waybill data.
Preferably, before the receiving module 501 generates the collecting task, the method includes:
and acquiring user information, and searching whether the waybill state data which is collected and not paid exists. And according to the search result, if the waybill status data which is not paid is collected, pushing a payment reminding notice to the first terminal so that the first terminal initiates a payment request to complete payment. And if the waybill state data of the collected and unpaid waybill does not exist, generating a collecting task according to the waybill data, and sending the collecting task to the second terminal so that the second terminal distributes the collecting task.
In another preferred embodiment, after the receiving module 501 obtains the receivable freight data corresponding to the express item information, the method further includes:
and acquiring user information to search the credit level of the user, and judging whether the credit level is greater than or equal to a preset credit level threshold value. And according to the judgment result, if the credit level is greater than or equal to the preset credit level threshold value, receiving the invoice status data of the unpaid receipts sent by the second terminal. And if the credit level is less than the preset credit level threshold value, transmitting the freight charge data to be collected to the second terminal so that the first terminal initiates a payment request to complete payment.
As another embodiment of the present invention, after the receiving module 501 obtains the receivable freight data corresponding to the express item information, the receiving module may store the waybill data and the corresponding receivable freight data in an account system. The platform account system records freight note data and the mapping relation between the receivable freight data and the real freight data.
The processing module 502 sends the waybill status data of the unpaid waybill that the collection is completed to the first terminal, so that when the first terminal initiates a payment request and completes payment according to the receivable waybill data, the method includes: and sending the waybill state data which is not paid after the completion of the acquisition to the first terminal so as to enable the first terminal to initiate a payment request, calling a standing book system interface to acquire receivable waybill data and real collected waybill data corresponding to the waybill data, and further completing the payment through a payment system.
