本发明涉及生物制品领域,尤其是一种保健用生物饮品,其主要所述特征在于在该牛奶饮品中含有抗人体消化道病原微生物免疫球蛋白和抗人体消化道病原微生物细胞因子。由于在普通牛奶或鲜牛奶中含有了抗人体消化道病原微生物免疫球蛋白和抗人体消化道病原微生物细胞因子,用该发明产品后可增强人体对消化道病原微生物的一定的被动免疫力,本品也可以用作人体消化道病原微生物感染者恢复期用的保健用品。

抗人体消化道病原微生物免疫乳制品
本发明涉及生物制品领域,尤其是一种保健用生物饮品。目前在国内外乳制品,特别是牛奶已成为人们日常生活中一种普遍和常用的营养品,这种牛奶或鲜牛奶含有丰富的营养,但并没有其他特殊的保健功能,虽然这种丰富营养牛奶的长期饮用为人们提供养料,通过提高人体营养吸收来增强人们抗病毒的能力,但是毕竟不含有直接针对病毒的抗体及细胞因子。
自美国辛辛那提Stolle R & D公司(6990 Cornell Road,Cincinnati,Ohio,45242)首先生产含有抗狐臭,龋齿,类风湿等疾病抗体的30多种免疫奶(均已申请专利)以来,免疫牛奶已成为国际上新一代的乳制品,新西兰国家乳酪局的一种含有活性抗体的奶粉已通过他们在台湾的代理人安佳(远东)有限公司推销到国内市场(商品名益妙宁)。
本发明的目的旨在于提供一种含有抗人体消化道病原微生物的抗体及人体消化道病原微生物细胞因子的抗病毒免疫牛奶及乳制品。
本发明的技术方案是使普通的牛奶、鲜牛奶及乳制品中含有抗人体消化道病原微生物免疫球蛋白和抗人体消化道病原微生物的细胞因子,抗消化道病原微生物免疫球蛋白可以是抗消化道病原微生物免疫球蛋白IgG或IgM或IgA或IgE及其混合物,而抗消化道病原微生物细胞因子可以是T淋巴细胞因子,也可以是巨噬细胞因子。众所周知子,在生物体的环境中含有形形色色的传染性微生物,诸如病毒,细菌和真菌及寄生虫等,这些传染性微生物中的任何一种,一旦进入体内,都会引起机体的病理性的损害,如果它们在体内大量增殖,还会杀伤宿主,但是大多数的感染均有其一定的局限性,并不会后遗任何永久性的后果。而人体的功能免疫系统可分为两部分,一种是天然免疫系统,它可将大部分致病源歼灭于它们在体内形成明显感染之前,从而足以阻止疾病的发生,但是如果侵入机体的微生物没有杀光,疾病有可能会出现,这时免疫系统的另一种方式即体内的过继免疫系统则被激活,一旦过继免疫系统战胜病源,机体就会恢复正常。无论是天然免疫系统,还是过继免疫系统,都是由遍布全身的各种免疫分子及免疫细胞组成。由生物学可知免疫细胞是白细胞,另一种是淋巴细胞,淋巴细胞起着介导过继免疫的作用,其中主要的是T淋巴细胞及各种淋巴因子。此外组成天然免疫系统的主要免疫细胞有吞细胞和天然杀伤细胞。由于在鲜牛奶和普通牛奶及乳制品中加入抗消化道病原微生物的细胞因子,即含有活性的上述抗消化道病原微生物因子,则饮用该牛奶及乳制品将具有抗该病毒的免疫功能。
本发明具有饮用方便,兼具营业和抗消化道病原的生物的保健功能。
本发明的最佳实施例是:取乳牛一只,将消化道病原微生物因子即可以是科萨基病毒或幽门螺旋杆菌或疾痢杆菌或沙门氏杆菌或及其混合物对乳牛进行致敏接种,使奶牛通过自身天然免疫系统及过继免疫系统,对上述抗原产生抗体,结果经免疫处理后的乳牛在自然分泌的牛乳中含有对上述各种抗原的抗体,使产生牛乳中含有抗人体消化道病原的细胞因子。

Claims (4)

1.一种通过对乳牛致敏的技术得到的抗人体消化道病原微生物的牛奶及乳制品,其特征在于在牛奶及乳制品中含有抗各种消化道病原微生物的免疫球蛋白和抗消化道病原微生物的细胞因子。
2.根据权利要求所述的一种抗消化道病原微生物免疫牛奶及乳制品,其特征在于抗消化道病原微生物免疫球蛋白可以是抗消化道病原微生物免疫球蛋白IgG或IgM或IgA或IgE及其混合物。
3.根据权利要求所述的一种抗消化道病原微生物免疫牛奶及乳制品,其特征在于抗消化道病原微生物细胞因子可以是T淋巴细胞因子,也可以是巨噬细胞因子。
4.根据权利要求所述的一种抗消化道病原微生物免疫牛奶及乳制品,其特征在于抗消化道病原微生物免疫球蛋白及抗消化道病原微生物细胞因子可以同科萨基病毒,幽门螺旋杆茵(Helicobacter Pylori,HP),痢疾杆茵,沙门氏杆茵及各种肠道病毒相互结合或相互作用。
