Abstract

The bone round needle is a commonly used internal fixation material in orthopedics department and is widely applied to surgical operations. As shown in fig. 3, the feeding portion 11 is provided with a hinge hole 111 and a feeding hole 112, the bending handle 20 is rotatably inserted into the hinge hole 111, and the feeding handle 30 and the bending arm 40 are inserted into the feeding hole 112; the top of the feeding hole 112 is provided with a clamping groove 1121, the upper surface of the retaining portion 41 is provided with a clamping protrusion 411, and the clamping groove and the clamping protrusion are matched in an embedded mode, so that when the feeding handle 11 is fed along the bending arm 40, the bending arm 40 is fixed relative to the bending handle 20.
As shown in FIG. 4, the feeding handle 30 comprises a rigid handle 31 and a flexible handle 32, the rigid handle 31 is slidably disposed through the feeding hole 112 of the needle holder 10, and the rigid handle 31 has a first cylindrical protrusion 311 at the end thereof, which is slidably disposed in the sliding slot 211 of the connecting portion 21 of the bending handle 20.
It should be noted that the flexible handle 32 is composed of a plurality of connected rolling elements 321 and connecting elements 322, and a first bending gap 3211 is arranged in the middle of the rolling elements 321, so that the bone round needle is limited in the first bending gap during the bending process, and the first bending gap 3211 is smaller than the diameter of the minimum bending hole 51; the rolling element 321 is provided at both sides thereof with second cylindrical protrusions 3212 slidably disposed in the feeding grooves 421 of the bent portions 42 of the bending arms 40.
In particular, the rolling elements 321 are tapered from two sides to the middle to prevent the bone pins from slipping laterally during bending.
As shown in fig. 5, the bending arm 40 is provided with a bending portion 42, and the bending portion 42 is a 90 ° bending structure and vertically downward along the side wall direction of the bending tray 50; the middle of the bending part 42 is provided with a second bending gap 422, so that the round bone needle is avoided in the bending process of the round bone needle, and the second bending gap 422 is larger than the diameter of the maximum bending hole 51.
As shown in fig. 6, the holding portion 12 is provided with a first rotation groove 121 and a second rotation groove 122, the bending plate 50 is provided with a third rotation groove 52 and a fourth rotation groove 53, the first rotation groove 121 is engaged with the third rotation groove 52 and fitted into the first rotation bearing 54, and the second rotation groove 122 is engaged with the fourth rotation groove 53 and fitted into the second rotation bearing 55.
In particular, the first rotating bearing 54 and the second rotating bearing 55 are conical bearings used in pairs to bear the axial force applied to the first rotating bearing 54 and/or the second rotating bearing 55 during the bending of the bone round needle.

It should be noted that the bending hole 51 is provided with a first section hole 511 and a second section hole 512 which are parallel to each other, and an arc-shaped connecting hole 513 is arranged at the connecting position of the first section hole 511 and the second section hole 512; the first section of hole 511 is communicated with the lower surface of the bending disc 50 and the arc-shaped connecting hole 513, the arc-shaped connecting hole 513 is communicated with the first section of hole 511, the second section of hole 512 and the upper surface of the bending disc 50, and the second section of hole 512 is communicated with the lower surface of the bending disc 50, the arc-shaped connecting hole 513 and the side wall of the bending disc 50.
Particularly, the rotation stopping part 13 is communicated with the connecting part 21, provided with a second section of hole 512 for enabling the steel ball 131 to abut against the bending hole 51, and provided with a spring 132 for abutting against the steel ball 131; during assembly, the steel ball 131 and the spring 132 are assembled into the rotation stop portion 13, and the tail portion of the rotation stop portion is pressed against the spring 132 by a metal plug.
