The needle 200 includes a fixing rod 210 and a needle body 220. Specifically, the fixing rod 210 is inserted into the sleeve 120 and is connected by a screw. The fixing rod 210 may be rotated up and down within the sleeve 120. The fixing rod 210 is provided with a jack along the axial direction away from the end of the sleeve 120, and the needle body 220 is inserted into the jack. The end of the needle body 220 far away from the fixing rod 210 is provided with a needle point. The needle body 220 is provided with a threading hole 222. In order to facilitate the insertion and prevent the rotation of the needle body 220 in the insertion hole, the outer wall of the needle body 220 is provided with a rotation stopping step along the axial direction, and the inner wall of the fixing rod 210 is provided with a limiting groove along the axial direction. The fixing pin 430 is located at one end of the pressing rod 420. The guide pin 200 is provided with a fixing hole. The pin hole is coaxial with the fixing hole. The fixing pin 430 is inserted into the fixing hole after passing through the pin hole. The second elastic member 440 is located at the other end of the pressing rod 420, one end of the second elastic member 440 is fixed on the pressing rod 420, and the other end of the second elastic member is abutted against the outer sidewall of the fixing rod 210.
When the needle inserting device is used, in the process of inserting the needle body 220 into the inserting hole, the pressing rod 420 is pressed along the axial direction of the second elastic piece 440, the pressing rod 420 rotates around the supporting shaft 410 and drives the fixing pin 430 to move along the direction away from the fixing rod 210, after the fixing pin 430 falls off the pin hole, the needle body 220 is inserted in place, at the moment, the pin hole is aligned with the fixing hole in the needle body 220, the pressing rod 420 is loosened, under the elastic action of the second elastic piece 440, the pressing rod 420 recovers, and the fixing pin 430 is clamped into the pin hole and the fixing hole again. Thereby preventing the needle body 220 from slipping out of the fixing rod 210. When the length of the needle 200 needs to be changed, the fixing rod 210 is rotated only, so that the fixing rod 210 is rotated away from the sleeve 120, and the length of the whole needle 200 is changed accordingly.
Referring to fig. 1, in order to prevent the steel wire tension belt from moving during the sewing process, the adjustable repairing device 10 further includes a wire fixing claw 300. The thread fixing claw 300 is L-shaped, one end of the thread fixing claw 300 is fixed on the outer side wall of the needle handle 110, and the other end of the thread fixing claw 300 is abutted against the outer side wall of the needle handle 110. The thickness of the thread fixing claw 300 is less than 1 mm. When the needle handle is used, the thread fixing claw 300 is pulled in the direction far away from the needle handle 110, the thread fixing claw 300 rotates around the intersection point between the thread fixing claw 300 and the needle handle 110, meanwhile, a gap is formed between the end part of the thread fixing claw 300 and the outer side wall of the needle handle 110, and at the moment, a steel wire tension band can be clamped into the gap between the end part of the thread fixing claw 300 and the outer side wall of the needle handle 110.
