Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to the embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. What has been described herein is merely a preferred embodiment in accordance with the present invention and other ways of practicing the invention will occur to those skilled in the art and are within the scope of the invention.
The invention provides an elastic cushion for household products and furniture with the elastic cushion, wherein the elastic cushion is a mattress, a sofa cushion or other cushions for a user to sit and lie. Fig. 1-8D illustrate some preferred embodiments according to the present invention.
It should be noted that the directional terms and positional terms mentioned in the present invention should be understood with reference to the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 8D. The directional terms and the positional terms referred to herein refer to relative directions and relative positions of the respective components, and do not refer to absolute directions and absolute positions.
Referring first to fig. 1 to 7F, the elastic pad in a preferred embodiment of the present invention may have a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and the top and bottom surfaces of the rectangular parallelepiped structure may have a square shape. Referring to fig. 1, in one embodiment, the resilient pad includes a mounting layer 20 and a plurality of resilient modules 10. Wherein the mounting layer 20 includes a bottom surface and a top surface 21, and a plurality of bumps 22 are arranged on the top surface 21. Specifically, the bumps 22 are densely arrayed on the mounting layer 20. The plurality of elastic modules 10 correspond to the plurality of convex blocks 22 one by one, and each elastic module 10 has an opening 11a at the lower part thereof to be sleeved on the corresponding convex block 22. For example, the elastic module 10 may include a generally frustoconical spring holder 11 and a conical spring 12 located within the spring holder 11. In order to make the elastic module 10 fit firmly with the bosses 22, the outer diameter of the bosses 22 may be set to be greater than or equal to the inner diameter at the corresponding height of the elastic module 10, so that the elastic module 10 and the bosses 22 are fitted together in a manner similar to an interference fit.
Preferably, the raised block 22 and the elastic module 10 are each configured as a truncated cone shape that fits each other. That is, the inclination angle of the side wall of the truncated cone formed by the outer contour of the bump 22 with respect to the bottom wall is equal to the inclination angle of the side wall of the truncated cone formed by the outer contour of the elastic module 10 with respect to the bottom wall. Alternatively, in some other embodiments, the angle of inclination of the side wall of the truncated cone formed by the outer contour of the bump with respect to the bottom wall (the angle being an acute angle) may be smaller than the angle of inclination of the side wall of the truncated cone formed by the outer contour of the elastic module with respect to the bottom wall (the angle being an acute angle). It should be noted that the "outer conical surface" and "bottom surface" of the elastic module and the bump according to the present invention are not necessarily the actual surfaces, and the edges of the projected outline thereof may constitute the outer conical surface and the bottom surface. For example, if the bottom of the elastic module is completely open and does not have a bottom wall, the bottom contour line of its projected contour may be correspondingly understood as its "bottom surface".
In the present invention, the plurality of elastic modules 10 are arranged in the elastic cushion by arranging a plurality of convex blocks 22 on the bottom structure of the inner part of the elastic cushion and sleeving a plurality of elastic modules 10 on the convex blocks 22. The elastic module 10 can be easily removed from the protruding block 22 for storage, and the operation is simple when the module is mounted. Compared with the mode of installing the elastic modules by arranging the sliding grooves, the elastic modules are simpler and more convenient to install and easy to produce, and the installation of each elastic module is independent of each other, for example, when one elastic module is damaged, the elastic module can be only taken down and repaired without removing other elastic modules.
In some embodiments, the elastic pad further comprises an elastic balancing mesh 50, an elastic pad layer 60 (see fig. 7E), and a flexible sleeve 70 (see fig. 7F). The elastic balance net 50 is provided with a plurality of openings 51 corresponding to the plurality of elastic modules 10 one by one, and the size of the openings 51 is consistent with the outer diameter of the elastic modules 10 at a predetermined height near the top, so that the elastic balance net 50 can sleeve the plurality of elastic modules 10 in the openings 51 respectively, thereby associating all the elastic modules 10. The flexible sleeve 70 is an outermost cover body, and covers the installation layer 20, the plurality of elastic modules 10, the elastic balance net 50, and the elastic cushion 60. Specifically, the flexible sleeve 70 includes a flexible sleeve top layer 71, a flexible sleeve bottom layer 72 and a flexible sleeve side barrier 73, and preferably, the flexible sleeve top layer 71, the flexible sleeve bottom layer 72 and the flexible sleeve side barrier 73 are separable from each other. The flexible sheath bottom layer 72 of the flexible sheath 70 may be the flexible bottom layer 30 shown in fig. 1, for example, or the flexible sheath bottom layer 72 may be additionally disposed on the bottom side of the flexible bottom layer 30.
There are some preferred alternatives to the above arrangement. For example, referring to fig. 2A-4, the mounting layer and the flexible base layer can be integrated, i.e., the provision of a separate mounting layer is omitted, such that the plurality of bumps are directly secured to the top surface of the flexible base layer.
Referring to fig. 2A, in some embodiments, the resilient block 22 may be made of, for example, a sponge and affixed directly to the top surface of the flexible substrate 30.
Referring to fig. 2B, in some embodiments, the resilient block 22a may be made of, for example, plastic, which may be secured to the top surface of the flexible bottom layer 30 by way of ultrasonic welding.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the mounting layer includes a non-woven fabric layer 40, the non-woven fabric layer 40 includes a plurality of bump receiving portions 40a with an open bottom, the non-woven fabric layer 40 correspondingly covers the plurality of bumps 22, and edges of the non-woven fabric layer 40 are fixed to the flexible base layer 30 by means of ultrasonic welding, so that the plurality of bumps 22 are fixed to the flexible base layer 30 by the non-woven fabric layer 40, and the bumps 22 are configured in a complete truncated cone shape made of sponge or plastic.
Referring to fig. 4, in some embodiments, the mounting layer includes a non-woven fabric layer 40, the non-woven fabric layer 40 includes a plurality of bump receiving portions 40a with an open bottom, the non-woven fabric layer 40 correspondingly covers the plurality of bumps 22b, and edges of the non-woven fabric layer 40 are fixed to the flexible base layer 30 by ultrasonic welding, so that the plurality of bumps 22 are fixed to the flexible base layer 30 by the non-woven fabric layer 40, and the bumps 22b are supporting frames capable of being supported in the bump receiving portions 40 a. For example, the support frame may be a substantially frustoconical traveler.
In addition to the various options for the manner of securing the nubs relative to the underside of the flexible sleeve as described above, the nubs themselves may have various preferred configurations. Fig. 6A-6D show several possible cross-sectional views taken along linebase:Sub>A-base:Sub>A in fig. 5.
Referring to fig. 6A, in some embodiments, the top 222 of the bump 22 on the mounting layer 21 is closed, the bottom is open, i.e., has an opening 223, and the sidewall 221 forms a side of a truncated cone structure. The raised block 22 is of a hollow structure, so that the arrangement not only can realize weight reduction, but also ensures that the raised block is stable in shape and is not easy to deform seriously.
Referring to fig. 6B, in some embodiments, the bumps 22c on the mounting layer 21c are configured as solid frustoconical shapes 221c without openings at the top and bottom, which ensures that the bumps are dimensionally stable and not susceptible to severe deformation.
Referring to fig. 6C, in some embodiments, the top of the bump 22d on the mounting layer 21d is provided with an opening 222d, the bottom is also provided with an opening 223d, and the sidewall 221d forms the side of a truncated cone structure. The raised block 22d is of hollow construction, with the top and bottom in gaseous communication. Such an arrangement can avoid the bumps from being heated and over-expanded. Also, when the inner diameter of the elastomeric module is too small, such nubs are better able to radially contract to fittingly engage the elastomeric module.
Referring to fig. 6D, in some embodiments, the raised block 22e on the mounting layer 21e comprises a top section 222e and a bottom section 221e, the bottom section 221e is a truncated cone shape that is matched with the shape of the elastic module 10, the top section 222e is a spherical structure, the top center of the top section 222e can be further provided with an opening, the bottom of the raised block 22e is also provided with an opening 223e, and the raised block 22e is integrally formed into a hollow configuration. The arrangement of the spherical structure can play a role in guiding when the elastic module is installed.
Fig. 7A-7F illustrate an assembly process of an elastic pad, in some embodiments. The elastic pad shown in fig. 7A to 7F is a rectangular parallelepiped elastic pad, and the top surface and the bottom surface of the rectangular parallelepiped can be configured substantially in a square shape. In this assembly process, the mounting layer 20 on which the plurality of bumps 22 are arranged is first placed on the top surface of the flexible base layer 30 (see fig. 7A), and then the plurality of elastic modules 10 are mounted one-to-one down to the bumps 22 such that each bump 22 enters the inside of the elastic module 10 from the bottom opening 11a thereof, and the elastic module 10 and the bump 22 are engaged in a substantially interference fit (see fig. 7B, 7C). After all the elastic modules 10 are installed, the elastic balance net 50 is disposed at the top positions of the plurality of elastic modules 10, and the through holes 51 on the elastic balance net 50 are correspondingly sleeved on the top sections of the elastic modules 10 (see fig. 7D). Preferably, an elastic cushion 60 can be further placed on the top side of the elastic balancing net 50 (see fig. 7E). The flexible cover 70 is then wrapped around the inner structure of the cushion, for example, the side barriers 73 of the flexible cover 70 can be attached to the flexible cover bottom layer 72, and the flexible cover top layer 71 can be attached to the flexible cover side barriers 73 (see fig. 7F). Specifically, the side wall 73 and the flexible sleeve bottom layer 72 are connected with the flexible sleeve top layer 71 through a connecting member, such as a zipper or an adhesive fastener.
Fig. 8A-8D illustrate an assembly process of an elastic pad in further embodiments. The elastic pad shown in fig. 8A to 8D is an elastic pad of a rectangular parallelepiped, and the top surface and the bottom surface of the rectangular parallelepiped may be configured substantially as a non-rectangular rectangle. In this assembly process, the mounting layer 200 with the plurality of bosses 220 arranged thereon is first placed on the top surface of the flexible base layer 300 (see fig. 8A), and then the plurality of elastic modules 100 are mounted one-to-one down to the bosses 220 such that each boss 220 enters the interior of the elastic module 100 from the bottom opening of the corresponding elastic module 100, and the elastic module 100 and the bosses 220 are engaged in a substantially interference fit (see fig. 8B). After all the elastic modules 100 are installed, the elastic balancing net 500 is placed at the top position of the plurality of elastic modules 100. Preferably, an elastic cushion layer 600 can be further placed on the top side of the elastic balance net 500 (see fig. 8C). The flexible cover 700 is then wrapped around the inner structure of the resilient pad, for example, the side rails of the flexible cover can be attached to the bottom layer of the flexible cover, and the top layer of the flexible cover can be attached to the side rails of the flexible cover (see fig. 8D).
In the above embodiments, the elastic modules each include a conical spring support, but in some embodiments, the elastic modules may include only a conical spring, that is, the conical spring can be directly sleeved on the convex block. In addition, it should be noted that, since the mounting layer can be integrated with the flexible cover substrate (or the flexible substrate) in the present invention, "fixing the bump to the mounting layer" can also be understood as "fixing the bump to the flexible cover substrate or the flexible substrate". It is to be understood that the various embodiments of the invention can be combined with each other and the combination can still be made without departing from the invention.
The elastic pad of the present invention, in addition to being applied to furniture, may have other uses. For example, the elastic pad of the present invention can be used alone as a floor mat, a cold-proof mat in camping outdoors.
The elastic cushion provided by the invention is internally provided with a plurality of elastic modules, and the bottom layer structure of the elastic cushion is provided with a plurality of upward bulges, so that the elastic modules can be fixed on the bottom layer structure of the elastic cushion by inserting the elastic modules into the bulges in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The installation mode of the elastic pad is convenient and easy to realize, and the extra rigid structures such as the track for installing the elastic module can be omitted, so that the weight of the elastic pad can be reduced. Further, compared with the mode of installing the elastic modules by arranging the sliding grooves, the installation mode of the elastic modules of the invention ensures that the installation of each elastic module is independent, for example, when one elastic module is damaged, the elastic module can be only taken down and repaired without removing other elastic modules.
The installation mode of the elastic cushion of the invention allows a user to quickly assemble and disassemble the elastic cushion by himself, which can provide the following convenience for the user: 1. the daily carrying and storing requirements are met; 2. if part of the structure of the detachable elastic cushion is aged, a user can purchase corresponding accessories by himself, and the detachable elastic cushion can be continuously used only by replacing the aged structure; 3. the user can select the corresponding accessories according to the use requirement to pertinently produce the detachable elastic cushion which is more in line with the use requirement of the user.
The foregoing description of various embodiments of the invention is provided for the purpose of illustration to one of ordinary skill in the relevant art. It is not intended that the invention be limited to a single disclosed embodiment. As noted above, many alternatives and modifications of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art of the above teachings. Thus, while some alternative embodiments are specifically described, other embodiments will be apparent to, or relatively easily developed by, those of ordinary skill in the art. The invention is intended to embrace all such alternatives, modifications and variances of the invention described herein, as well as other embodiments that fall within the spirit and scope of the invention described above.
