The viscous flow turbulence phenomenon results in the thickness change of the melt, and after the melt is stretched and cooled to form fibers, a non-uniform structure similar to hemp fibers can be generated. Meanwhile, another result brought by the viscous flow turbulence phenomenon is that the stress on a fiber shaft is uneven, the stress of a thick fiber part is small, the stress of a thin fiber part is large, when the fiber is heated, the fiber is not uniformly contracted, the fiber is in a curling state, the capillary phenomenon can be generated, the surface area of the fiber is increased, the moisture absorption and water absorption of the fabric are improved, and the application range of the FDY is greatly expanded.
The yarn unevenness U% or CV% value reflects unevenness of the long and short fiber pieces. The evenness of the FDY is reflected to a certain extent, the dyeing property of the final FDY product is obviously influenced, and the fabric can show obvious uneven dyeing, the thick fiber part is deeply dyed, and the thin fiber part is lightly dyed. The fabric surface presents point-like uneven dyeing of the fibrilia fabric. The imitation linen fabric has a surface style of rough and rough texture and the performance of the moisture-absorbing and breathable fabric, and meanwhile, the imitation linen fabric has good shape retention and skirt wrinkle resistance, and the defects of prickling feeling, easiness in wrinkling and the like of the traditional pure linen fabric are overcome.
Referring to fig. 4, the invention also provides an asymmetric double hollow curled polyester prepared by the preparation method of the asymmetric double hollow curled polyester. The asymmetric double-hollow curled terylene with the bamboo joint shape, namely the linen-like terylene integrating the characteristics of profile, hollowness and curling, is prepared by using a special spinneret plate and utilizing the difference of the hole puffing effect and the shearing rate. The yarn evenness value is high, and specifically, the yarn evenness value CV is 4.5-6.0%, and the yarn evenness value U is 3.0-6.5%. The yarn unevenness CV value is 0.7-1.1% and the yarn unevenness U value is 0.8-1.5% as compared with conventional FDY. The asymmetric double-hollow curled polyester obtained by the invention has the style of linen-like fabric.
The fineness of the asymmetric double-hollow curled polyester monofilament is 4.5-7.0dtex, and the performance is excellent. The fineness of the asymmetric double-hollow curled terylene is 80-170dtex, the breaking strength is more than or equal to 3.1cN/dtex, the elongation at break is 45.0 +/-6.0%, the boiling water shrinkage is 10.0-15.0%, the oil content is 0.90 +/-0.20%, and the hollowness is 5-10%.
When the asymmetric double-hollow curled terylene is heated, the curled shape can be generated, the capillary phenomenon can be generated, and meanwhile, the surface area of the terylene is increased, so that the prepared fabric has fluffy feeling, the gloss effect and the hand feeling are improved, the air permeability of the fabric is improved, and the application range of FDY is greatly expanded. The cross section of the fabric is of a 9-like asymmetric double-hollow structure, so that a continuous cavity is formed in the terylene, the quality of the terylene is reduced, and the lightweight degree of the fabric is improved.
The above-mentioned preparation process is described in detail below with specific examples.
Example one
The central angle of a first arc-shaped long hole of a spinneret orifice of the spinneret plate is 200 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.50mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.39mm; the central angle of the second arc-shaped long hole is 180 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.65mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.52mm; the central angle of the third arc-shaped long hole is 120 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.88mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.60mm. The vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the first arc-shaped long hole is 0.04mm; the vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the second arc-shaped long hole is 0.07mm; the vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.15mm. The shortest distance between the first arc-shaped long hole and the second arc-shaped long hole is 0.07mm; the shortest distance between the second arc-shaped long hole and the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.08mm.
The spinneret plate is used, and an FDY process is adopted to meter, extrude, cool, oil, stretch, heat-set and wind the polyester melt to prepare the asymmetric double-hollow curled terylene.
The parameters of the FDY process are as follows:
spinning temperature: 280 ℃;
cooling temperature: 20 ℃;
network pressure: 0.20MPa;
a roll speed: 1500m/min;
first roll temperature: 80 ℃;
two roll speed: 3700m/min;
two-roll temperature: 105 ℃;
speed of winding: 3650m/min.
The asymmetric double-hollow crimped terylene obtained by the steps has the yarn evenness CV value of 6.0 percent, the yarn evenness U value of 6.5 percent, the single fiber fineness of 5.5dtex, the terylene fineness of 150dtex, the breaking strength of 3.3cN/dtex, the elongation at break of 51 percent, the boiling water shrinkage of 15 percent, the oil content of 0.90 percent and the hollowness of 8 percent.
Example two
The central angle of a first arc-shaped long hole of a spinneret orifice of the spinneret plate is 205 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.51mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.40mm; the central angle of the second arc-shaped long hole is 190 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.66mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.53mm; the central angle of the third arc-shaped long hole is 130 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.90mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.62mm. The vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the first arc-shaped long hole is 0.05mm; the vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the second arc-shaped long hole is 0.08mm; the vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.16mm. The shortest distance between the first arc-shaped long hole and the second arc-shaped long hole is 0.08mm; the shortest distance between the second arc-shaped long hole and the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.08mm.
The asymmetric double-hollow crimped terylene is prepared by using the spinneret plate and adopting an FDY process to meter, extrude, cool, oil, stretch, thermally set and wind a polyester melt.
The parameters of the FDY process are as follows:
spinning temperature: 290 ℃;
cooling temperature: 25 ℃;
network pressure: 0.30MPa;
a roll speed: 1700m/min;
first roll temperature: 85 ℃;
two roll speed: 3800m/min;
two-roll temperature: 115 ℃ is carried out;
speed of winding: 3740m/min.
The asymmetric double-hollow crimped terylene obtained by the steps has the yarn evenness CV value of 5.0 percent, the yarn evenness U value of 4.5 percent, the single fiber fineness of 4.5dtex, the terylene fineness of 80dtex, the breaking strength of 3.4cN/dtex, the elongation at break of 48 percent, the boiling water shrinkage of 13 percent, the oil content of 1.10 percent and the hollowness of 5 percent.
EXAMPLE III
The central angle of a first arc-shaped long hole of a spinneret orifice of the spinneret plate is 203 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.51mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.40mm; the central angle of the second arc-shaped long hole is 185 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.66mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.52mm; the central angle of the third arc-shaped long hole is 125 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.89mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.62mm. The vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the first arc-shaped long hole is 0.05mm; the vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the second arc-shaped long hole is 0.07mm; the vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.15mm. The shortest distance between the first arc-shaped long hole and the second arc-shaped long hole is 0.07mm; the shortest distance between the second arc-shaped long hole and the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.09mm.
The asymmetric double-hollow crimped terylene is prepared by using the spinneret plate and adopting an FDY process to meter, extrude, cool, oil, stretch, thermally set and wind a polyester melt.
The parameters of the FDY process are as follows:
spinning temperature: 285 ℃;
cooling temperature: 23 ℃;
network pressure: 0.25MPa;
a roll speed: 1650m/min;
first roll temperature: at 84 ℃;
two roll speed: 3800m/min;
temperature of the two rolls: 115 ℃ of carbon dioxide;
speed of winding: 3700m/min.
The asymmetric double-hollow crimped polyester obtained by the steps has the yarn evenness CV value of 6.0 percent, the yarn evenness U value of 6.5 percent, the single fiber fineness of 7.0dtex, the polyester fineness of 170dtex, the breaking strength of 3.3cN/dtex, the elongation at break of 39 percent, the boiling water shrinkage of 10 percent, the oil content of 0.80 percent and the hollowness of 7 percent.
Example four
The central angle of a first arc-shaped long hole of a spinneret orifice of the spinneret plate is 205 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.51mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.39mm; the central angle of the second arc-shaped long hole is 185 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.65mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.52mm; the central angle of the third arc-shaped long hole is 120 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.89mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.62mm. The vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the first arc-shaped long hole is 0.04mm; the vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the second arc-shaped long hole is 0.08mm; the vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.15mm. The shortest distance between the first arc-shaped long hole and the second arc-shaped long hole is 0.08mm; the shortest distance between the second arc-shaped long hole and the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.09mm.
The asymmetric double-hollow crimped terylene is prepared by using the spinneret plate and adopting an FDY process to meter, extrude, cool, oil, stretch, thermally set and wind a polyester melt.
The parameters of the FDY process are as follows:
spinning temperature: 288 ℃;
cooling temperature: 25 ℃;
network pressure: 0.30MPa;
a roll speed: 1700m/min;
a roll temperature: 85 ℃;
two roll speed: 3800m/min;
two-roll temperature: 115 ℃ is carried out;
speed of winding: 3730m/min.
The asymmetric double hollow crimp polyester obtained by the above steps has a yarn evenness value CV of 5.8%, a yarn evenness value U of 6.0%, a single filament fineness of 6.0dtex, a polyester fineness of 160dtex, a breaking strength of 3.5cN/dtex, an elongation at break of 41%, a boiling water shrinkage of 13%, an oil content of 0.80% and a hollowness of 6%.
In conclusion, the spinneret orifice of the spinneret plate is of a structure similar to a shape like a Chinese character '9', the asymmetric double-hollow curled terylene with the bamboo joint shape, namely the linen-like terylene integrating the characteristics of special shape, hollow and curling, is prepared by using the spinneret plate and utilizing the difference between the orifice swelling effect and the shearing rate, has higher unevenness of evenness, can generate the curling shape when being heated, can generate the capillary phenomenon, and simultaneously increases the surface area of the fiber, so that the prepared fabric has fluffy feeling, improves the gloss effect and the hand feeling, improves the air permeability of the fabric, and greatly improves the application range of FDY. In addition, the asymmetric double-hollow crimped terylene has a hollow structure, so that a continuous cavity is formed in the fiber, the quality of the fiber is reduced, and the lightweight degree of the fabric is improved.
All possible combinations of the technical features in the above embodiments may not be described for the sake of brevity, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present disclosure as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.

Claims (9)

The spinneret plate is characterized by comprising a spinneret plate body and a plurality of spinneret holes formed in the spinneret plate body, wherein the spinneret holes are of a structure similar to a shape like a Chinese character '9', the spinneret holes comprise a first arc-shaped long hole, a second arc-shaped long hole and a third arc-shaped long hole which are not connected with each other and are sequentially arranged, the first arc-shaped long hole, the second arc-shaped long hole and the third arc-shaped long hole are of a structure similar to a shape like a Chinese character 'C', the first arc-shaped long hole and the second arc-shaped long hole are in the same direction, and the second arc-shaped long hole and the third arc-shaped long hole are in the opposite direction.
2. The spinneret plate according to claim 1 wherein the central angle of said first arcuate slot is 200 ° to 205 °, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.50 to 0.51mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.39 to 0.40mm; the central angle of the second arc-shaped long hole is 180-190 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.65-0.66mm, and the diameter of the inner ring is 0.52-0.53mm; the central angle of the third arc-shaped long hole is 120-130 degrees, the diameter of the outer ring is 0.88-0.90mm, the diameter of the inner ring is 0.60-0.62mm, and the outer ring and the inner ring are respectively an outer ring and an inner ring of the corresponding arc-shaped long hole.
3. The spinneret plate according to claim 2, wherein the vertical spacing between the upper and lower interruptions of said first elongated arcuate slot is in the range of 0.04 to 0.05mm; the vertical distance between the upper fracture and the lower fracture of the second arc-shaped long hole is 0.07-0.08mm; and the vertical distance between an upper fracture and a lower fracture of the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.15-0.16mm, wherein the upper fracture and the lower fracture are respectively the intersection points of a straight line where the fractures are located and the outer ring and the inner ring.
4. The spinneret plate according to claim 1 wherein the shortest distance between said first elongated arcuate slot and said second elongated arcuate slot is between 0.07 and 0.08mm; the shortest distance between the second arc-shaped long hole and the third arc-shaped long hole is 0.08-0.09mm.
5. A preparation method of asymmetric double hollow curled terylene, characterized in that the spinneret plate as claimed in any one of claims 1-4 is used, and FDY process is adopted, and the asymmetric double hollow curled terylene is prepared by metering, extruding, cooling, oiling, stretching, heat setting and winding of polyester melt.
6. The method for preparing asymmetric double-hollow curled terylene according to claim 5, wherein the parameters of the FDY process are as follows:
spinning temperature: 280-290 ℃;
cooling temperature: 20-25 ℃;
network pressure: 0.20MPa to 0.30MPa;
a roll speed: 1500m/min-1700m/min;
first roll temperature: 80-85 ℃;
two roll speed: 3700m/min-3800m/min;
temperature of the two rolls: 105-115 ℃;
speed of winding: 3650m/min-3740m/min.
7. An asymmetric double-hollow curled polyester prepared by the method for preparing the asymmetric double-hollow curled polyester according to any one of claims 5 to 6, wherein the cross section of the asymmetric double-hollow curled polyester is of a 9-like asymmetric double-hollow structure, the yarn evenness CV value of the asymmetric double-hollow curled polyester is 4.5 to 6.0 percent, and the yarn evenness U value of the asymmetric double-hollow curled polyester is 3.0 to 6.5 percent.
8. The asymmetric double hollow crimped polyester fiber according to claim 7, wherein the fineness of the monofilament of said asymmetric double hollow crimped polyester fiber is 4.5-7.0dtex.
9. The asymmetric double hollow crimped polyester as claimed in claim 7, wherein the fineness of the asymmetric double hollow crimped polyester is 80-170dtex, the breaking strength is not less than 3.1cN/dtex, the elongation at break is 45.0 + -6.0%, the boiling water shrinkage is 10.0-15.0%, the oil content is 0.90 + -0.20%, and the hollowness is 5-10%.
