The sanitary towel is selected from the aspects of dryness, absorption, ventilation and the like, the use of the sanitary towel is closely related to the gynecological health, the physiological structure of a woman is special, bacteria in the vagina in a physiological period are increased exponentially compared with the ordinary state, microorganisms are easy to breed and propagate in the sanitary towel, the resistance of reproductive organs is reduced, the infection is easy to occur, the body health of the woman is affected, and related gynecological diseases are easily caused due to improper use of the sanitary towel in the menstrual period.
The existing sanitary towels have a plurality of defects in the bacteriostatic aspect and are poor in female experience when in use, so that the problem is solved by providing a preparation method of the bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel.

s1: preparation of surface fast-permeation layer
And (2) placing the non-woven fabric in 40-45wt% of hydrophilic finishing liquid, soaking for 1-2h, controlling the liquid carrying rate at 50-70%, and baking at 180-200 ℃ for 20-45s to obtain the surface rapid-permeation layer.
S2: preparation of antibacterial chip
Firstly, preparing a plant antibacterial liquid, and spraying the plant antibacterial liquid on the bamboo charcoal fiber to obtain an antibacterial chip;
s3: preparation of an intermediate absorbent core
Placing the intermediate absorption core layer material in a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for soaking, washing and drying to obtain a pretreated intermediate absorption core layer material, then placing the pretreated intermediate absorption core layer material in a ceric ammonium nitrate aqueous solution for soaking, drying to obtain a modified intermediate absorption core layer material, then placing the modified intermediate absorption core layer material in a bacterial cellulose compound aqueous solution for soaking, and drying to obtain an intermediate absorption core layer;
s4: preparation of a leakproof bottom layer
Selecting an anti-leakage breathable basement membrane to prepare an anti-leakage bottom layer;
s5: bonding
Cutting the surface rapid-permeation layer, the antibacterial chip, the middle absorption core layer and the leakage-proof bottom layer prepared in the steps according to the size, and then sequentially bonding the cut surface rapid-permeation layer, the antibacterial chip, the middle absorption core layer and the leakage-proof bottom layer together by using hot melt adhesive to prepare the antibacterial breathable sanitary towel.
Further, the nonwoven fabric and the hydrophilic finishing liquid in the step S1 are mixed according to a ratio of 1g: (20-30) mL.

Further, the preparation method of the antibacterial chip in the step S2 specifically includes the following steps:
s2.1 raw material pretreatment
Preparing high-quality origanum vulgaris, cinnamon, thyme and tea tree leaves, selecting, cleaning and drying;
s2.2 crushing
Respectively crushing oregano, cinnamon, thyme and tea leaves, and sieving with a 20-60-mesh sieve to obtain oregano coarse powder, cinnamon coarse powder, thyme coarse powder and tea leaf coarse powder;
s2.3: extraction of
Respectively putting the oregano coarse powder, the cinnamon coarse powder, the thyme coarse powder and the tea leaf coarse powder obtained in the previous steps into a container, respectively adding 95% ethanol with the weight of 3-5 times of the weight of the oregano coarse powder, the cinnamon coarse powder, the thyme coarse powder and the tea leaf coarse powder into the container, then carrying out reflux extraction in water bath for three times, each time for 30-45min, and combining the three extracting solutions to obtain oregano extracting solution, cinnamon extracting solution, thyme extracting solution and tea leaf extracting solution;
s2.4: dewatering and drying
Adding anhydrous sodium sulfate into the oregano extracting solution, the cinnamon extracting solution, the thyme extracting solution and the tea leaf extracting solution obtained in the step (a) for drying;
s2.5: filtration
Filtering the dried oregano extract, cinnamon extract, thyme extract and tea tree leaf extract, and separating filtrate and filter residue;
s2.6: concentrating
Centrifuging the above filtrates respectively, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain Oregano concentrate, cortex Cinnamomi concentrate, herba Thymi concentrate and folium Camelliae sinensis concentrate;
s2.7: mixing
Mixing 4-10 parts of oregano concentrated solution, 3-5 parts of cinnamon concentrated solution, 6-12 parts of thyme concentrated solution and 1-5 parts of tea leaf concentrated solution obtained in the previous step with 5-8 parts of litsea cubeba essential oil and 4-7 parts of clove essential oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain plant antibacterial liquid;
s2.8: spraying coating
And (3) uniformly spraying the plant antibacterial liquid obtained in the step on the bamboo charcoal fiber to obtain the antibacterial chip.
Further, the concentration of the oregano concentrated solution, the cinnamon concentrated solution, the thyme concentrated solution and the tea leaf concentrated solution obtained in the step S2.6 is 20-35%.
Further, the spraying amount in the step S2.8 is 2-8 g of plant antibacterial liquid sprayed on per square meter of bamboo charcoal fiber.
Further, the preparation of the intermediate absorbent core layer in the step S3 specifically includes the following steps:
s3.1: soaking the intermediate absorption core layer material in 15-25wt% sodium hydroxide water solution for 10-15nin, raising the temperature to 115-130 ℃, stirring, taking out the intermediate absorption core layer material, washing and drying to obtain an alkali-treated intermediate absorption core layer material;
s3.2: carrying out normal pressure plasma jet treatment on the intermediate absorption core layer material subjected to the alkaline treatment for 2-3min to obtain a pretreated intermediate absorption core layer material;
s3.3: placing the pretreated intermediate absorption core layer material in a 2-6wt% ammonium ceric nitrate aqueous solution to be soaked for 1.5-2h, controlling the liquid carrying rate to be 60-90%, and drying at 80-120 ℃ for 30-45min to obtain a modified intermediate absorption core layer material;
s3.4: and (3) soaking the modified intermediate absorption core layer material in 4-9wt% of bacterial cellulose compound aqueous solution for 1.5-2h, controlling the liquid carrying rate to be 60-90%, and drying at 80-120 ℃ for 30-45min to obtain the intermediate absorption core layer.

1. according to the antibacterial breathable sanitary towel prepared by the invention, active substances such as carvacrol and thymol in origanum vulgaris, active substances such as cinnamic aldehyde in cinnamon, active substances such as linalool and linalyl acetate in thyme, active substances such as tea polyphenol, amino acid, tea polysaccharide and caffeine in tea tree leaves and the like are extracted, so that the prepared antibacterial breathable sanitary towel contains the active substances in the traditional Chinese medicines, and the active substances have synergistic effect, can inhibit the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, simultaneously has a protective effect on skin mucosa, reduces irritation and avoids skin itch.
2. According to the bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel prepared by the invention, the litsea cubeba essential oil and the clove essential oil are added, and active substances in the litsea cubeba essential oil and the clove essential oil can destroy the structural integrity of staphylococcus aureus, interfere energy metabolism and oxidize damage, so that the prepared bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel has the function of inhibiting specific staphylococcus aureus.
3. According to the antibacterial breathable sanitary towel prepared by the invention, the intermediate absorption core layer material is subjected to alkali washing treatment, normal-pressure plasma jet treatment, modification treatment and bacterial cellulose treatment, so that the firmness of the intermediate absorption core layer material is improved, fluff and flock are not easy to fall off, pruritus and discomfort can be caused, the bacterial cellulose has good air permeability and hydrophilicity, and the water absorption and air permeability of the prepared sanitary towel are improved.
4. The bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel prepared by the invention realizes the bacteriostatic effect of the sanitary towel by using the extracts of natural plants, has the advantages of bacteriostatic and breathable property, no influence on the vaginal skin of women, simple preparation method, low cost and convenient operation.

In the invention, all parts and percentages are mass units, and the adopted equipment, raw materials and the like can be purchased from the market or are commonly used in the field. The methods in the following examples are all conventional in the art unless otherwise specified.

Example 1

s1: preparation of surface Rapid penetration layer
And (2) placing the non-woven fabric in 45wt% of hydrophilic finishing liquid for soaking for 2 hours, wherein the mass ratio of the non-woven fabric to the hydrophilic finishing liquid is 1g:25mL, using DP-1001 hydrophilic finishing agent as hydrophilic finishing liquid, controlling the liquid carrying rate at 65%, and baking at 180 ℃ for 45s to obtain a surface rapid-permeation layer;
s2: preparation of antibacterial chip
Preparing oregano, cinnamon, thyme and tea leaves which are good in quality, selecting, cleaning and drying, respectively crushing the dried oregano, cinnamon, thyme and tea leaves, sieving by a 40-mesh sieve to obtain oregano coarse powder, cinnamon coarse powder, thyme coarse powder and tea leaf coarse powder, respectively putting the oregano coarse powder, cinnamon coarse powder, thyme coarse powder and tea leaf coarse powder into a container, respectively adding 4 times of 95% ethanol by weight into the container, carrying out reflux extraction in water bath for three times, carrying out 45min each time, combining the extracting solutions obtained in the three times to obtain oregano extracting solution, cinnamon extracting solution, thyme extracting solution and tea leaf extracting solution, respectively drying and filtering the oregano extracting solution, cinnamon extracting solution, thyme extracting solution and tea leaf extracting solution by anhydrous sodium sulfate, respectively centrifuging the filtrate, taking the supernatant, concentrating until the concentration is 28%, the oregano concentrated solution, the cinnamon concentrated solution, the thyme concentrated solution and the tea leaf concentrated solution are obtained, the oregano concentrated solution contains active substances of carvacrol and thymol, the active substances have antibacterial property, drug resistance is not easy to generate, adverse reaction is small, the immunity of organisms is enhanced, and the like, the cinnamon concentrated solution contains active substances of cinnamaldehyde, cinnamyl acetate, cinnamic acid, phenylpropyl acetate, and the like, the active substances have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, blood vessel dilating, antioxidant and anti-tumor effects, the thyme concentrated solution contains active substances of linalool and linalyl acetate, the active substances have the effects of resisting virus, resisting parasite, resisting bacteria, resisting microorganism, resisting mildew, killing parasite, maintaining uterus, caring skin, and the like, the tea leaf concentrated solution contains active substances of tea polyphenol, amino acid, tea polysaccharide, caffeine, and the like, and the active substances have the effects of resisting oxidation and removing free radicals, 6 parts of origanum vulgaris concentrated solution, 3 parts of cinnamon concentrated solution, 7 parts of thyme concentrated solution and 2 parts of tea leaf concentrated solution are mixed with 5 parts of litsea cubeba essential oil and 5 parts of clove essential oil and stirred uniformly to obtain plant antibacterial solution, the litsea cubeba essential oil contains active substances of citral, limonene, methyl heptenone, linalool, geraniol, pinene and the like, the active substances have wide antibacterial and antioxidant activities, the clove essential oil contains active substances of eugenol, caryophyllene, eugenol acetate and methyl amyl ketone, the active substances have the effects of resisting bacteria, resisting fungi, resisting viruses and the like, the plant antibacterial solution is uniformly sprayed on bamboo charcoal fibers, the spraying amount is 6 g of the plant antibacterial solution sprayed on per square meter of the bamboo charcoal fibers, the antibacterial chip is obtained, the prepared antibacterial chip contains the active substances in the traditional Chinese medicines, the traditional Chinese medicine substances have synergistic effect, the growth and reproduction of microorganisms can be inhibited, the skin is protected, the skin irritation is reduced, and the pruritus is avoided;
s3: preparation of an intermediate absorbent core
And (2) soaking the intermediate absorption core layer material in 25wt% of sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for 15nin, wherein the intermediate absorption core layer material is prepared from modal fibers and chitin fibers according to the weight ratio of 70:15, heating to 120 ℃, stirring, fishing out the intermediate absorption core layer material, washing and drying to obtain the intermediate absorption core layer material subjected to alkaline treatment, performing normal-pressure plasma jet treatment on the intermediate absorption core layer material subjected to alkaline treatment for 3min, wherein helium is used as a carrier in the normal-pressure plasma jet, oxygen is used as a reaction gas, and the volume ratio of the helium to the oxygen is 97:3, mixing to obtain a pretreated middle absorption core layer material, placing the pretreated middle absorption core layer material in a 5wt% ammonium ceric nitrate aqueous solution for soaking for 2 hours, controlling the liquid carrying rate to be 75%, drying at 90 ℃ for 45 minutes to obtain a modified middle absorption core layer material, placing the modified middle absorption core layer material in an 8wt% bacterial cellulose composite aqueous solution for soaking for 2 hours, controlling the liquid carrying rate to be 85%, drying at 90 ℃ for 45 minutes to obtain a middle absorption core layer, and performing alkali washing treatment, normal-pressure plasma jet treatment, modification treatment and bacterial cellulose treatment to improve the firmness of the middle absorption core layer material, prevent hair and flock from falling off, cause pruritus and discomfort, ensure that the bacterial cellulose has good air permeability and hydrophilicity, and improve the water absorption and air permeability of the prepared sanitary towel;
s4: preparation of a leakproof bottom layer
Preparing a leakage-proof bottom layer by selecting a leakage-proof breathable basement membrane;
s5: bonding
Cutting the surface rapid-permeation layer, the antibacterial chip, the middle absorption core layer and the leakage-proof bottom layer prepared in the steps according to the size, and then sequentially bonding the cut surface rapid-permeation layer, the antibacterial chip, the middle absorption core layer and the leakage-proof bottom layer together by using hot melt adhesive to prepare the antibacterial breathable sanitary towel.
Example 2
A method for preparing a bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, comprises the following steps:
s1: preparation of surface Rapid penetration layer
And (2) placing the non-woven fabric in 45wt% of hydrophilic finishing liquid for soaking for 2 hours, wherein the mass ratio of the non-woven fabric to the hydrophilic finishing liquid is 1g:25mL, taking DP-1001 as hydrophilic finishing agent as hydrophilic finishing liquid, controlling the liquid carrying rate at 65%, and baking at 180 ℃ for 45s to obtain a surface rapid-permeation layer;
s2: preparation of antibacterial chip

s4: preparation of a leakproof bottom layer

s4: preparation of a leakproof bottom layer
Preparing a leakage-proof bottom layer by selecting a leakage-proof breathable basement membrane;
s5: bonding
Cutting the surface rapid-permeation layer, the antibacterial chip, the middle absorption core layer and the leakage-proof bottom layer prepared in the steps according to the size, and then sequentially bonding the cut surface rapid-permeation layer, the antibacterial chip, the middle absorption core layer and the leakage-proof bottom layer together by using hot melt adhesive to prepare the antibacterial breathable sanitary towel.

1. A preparation method of an antibacterial breathable sanitary towel is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s1: preparation of surface Rapid penetration layer
Placing the non-woven fabric in 40-45wt% of hydrophilic finishing liquid, soaking for 1-2h, controlling the liquid carrying rate at 50-70%, and baking at 180-200 ℃ for 20-45s to obtain a surface rapid-permeation layer;
s2: preparation of antibacterial chip
Firstly, preparing plant antibacterial liquid, and spraying the plant antibacterial liquid on the bamboo charcoal fiber to obtain an antibacterial chip;
s3: preparation of intermediate absorbent core layer
Placing the intermediate absorption core layer material in a sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for soaking, washing and drying to obtain a pretreated intermediate absorption core layer material, then placing the pretreated intermediate absorption core layer material in a ceric ammonium nitrate aqueous solution for soaking, drying to obtain a modified intermediate absorption core layer material, then placing the modified intermediate absorption core layer material in a bacterial cellulose compound aqueous solution for soaking, and drying to obtain an intermediate absorption core layer;
s4: preparation of leakproof bottom layer
Preparing a leakage-proof bottom layer by selecting a leakage-proof breathable basement membrane;
s5: bonding of
Cutting the surface quick-penetration layer, the antibacterial chip, the middle absorption core layer and the leakage-proof bottom layer according to the size, and bonding the cut parts together by using hot melt adhesive in sequence to obtain the antibacterial breathable sanitary towel.
2. The method for preparing a bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel according to claim 1, wherein the non-woven fabrics and the hydrophilic finishing liquid in the step S1 are mixed according to the ratio of 1g: (20-30) mL.
3. The method for preparing a bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel according to claim 1, wherein the hydrophilic finishing liquid in step S1 is a DP-1001 hydrophilic finishing agent.
4. The method for preparing a bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel according to claim 1, wherein the method for preparing the bacteriostatic chip in the step S2 specifically comprises the following steps:
s2.1 raw material pretreatment
Preparing high-quality origanum vulgaris, cinnamon, thyme and tea tree leaves, selecting, cleaning and drying; s2.2 crushing
Respectively crushing oregano, cinnamon, thyme and tea tree leaves, and sieving with a 20-60-mesh sieve to obtain oregano coarse powder, cinnamon coarse powder, thyme coarse powder and tea tree leaf coarse powder;
s2.3: extraction of
Respectively putting the oregano coarse powder, the cinnamon coarse powder, the thyme coarse powder and the tea leaf coarse powder obtained in the previous steps into a container, respectively adding 95% ethanol with the weight of 3-5 times of the weight of the oregano coarse powder, the cinnamon coarse powder, the thyme coarse powder and the tea leaf coarse powder into the container, then carrying out reflux extraction in water bath for three times, each time for 30-45min, and combining the three extracting solutions to obtain oregano extracting solution, cinnamon extracting solution, thyme extracting solution and tea leaf extracting solution;
s2.4: dewatering and drying
Adding anhydrous sodium sulfate into the oregano extracting solution, the cinnamon extracting solution, the thyme extracting solution and the tea leaf extracting solution obtained in the step (a) for drying;
s2.5: filtration
Filtering the dried oregano extract, cinnamon extract, thyme extract and tea tree leaf extract, and separating filtrate and filter residue;
s2.6: concentrating
Centrifuging the above filtrates respectively, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain Oregano concentrate, cortex Cinnamomi concentrate, herba Thymi concentrate and folium Camelliae sinensis concentrate;
s2.7: mixing
Mixing 4-10 parts of oregano concentrated solution, 3-5 parts of cinnamon concentrated solution, 6-12 parts of thyme concentrated solution and 1-5 parts of tea leaf concentrated solution obtained in the previous step with 5-8 parts of litsea cubeba essential oil and 4-7 parts of clove essential oil, and uniformly stirring to obtain plant antibacterial liquid;
s2.8: spraying coating
And (3) uniformly spraying the plant antibacterial liquid obtained in the step on the bamboo charcoal fiber to obtain the antibacterial chip.
5. The method for preparing a bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel according to claim 4, wherein the concentration of the oregano concentrate, cinnamon concentrate, thyme concentrate and tea tree leaf concentrate obtained in step S2.6 is 20-35%.
6. The method for preparing a bacteriostatic breathable sanitary napkin according to claim 4, wherein the spraying amount in step S2.8 is 2-8 g of plant bacteriostatic liquid sprayed on per square meter of bamboo charcoal fiber.
7. The method for preparing a bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel according to claim 1, wherein the step of preparing the intermediate absorbent core layer in step S3 specifically comprises the following steps:
s3.1: soaking the intermediate absorption core layer material in 15-25wt% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution for 10-15nin, raising the temperature to 115-130 ℃, stirring, fishing out the intermediate absorption core layer material, washing and drying to obtain the alkali-treated intermediate absorption core layer material;
s3.2: carrying out normal pressure plasma jet treatment on the intermediate absorption core layer material subjected to the alkaline treatment for 2-3min to obtain a pretreated intermediate absorption core layer material;
s3.3: placing the pretreated intermediate absorption core layer material in a 2-6wt% ammonium ceric nitrate aqueous solution to be soaked for 1.5-2h, controlling the liquid carrying rate to be 60-90%, and drying at 80-120 ℃ for 30-45min to obtain a modified intermediate absorption core layer material;
s3.4: and (3) soaking the modified intermediate absorption core layer material in 4-9wt% of bacterial cellulose compound aqueous solution for 1.5-2h, controlling the liquid carrying rate to be 60-90%, and drying at 80-120 ℃ for 30-45min to obtain the intermediate absorption core layer.
8. The method for preparing a bacteriostatic breathable sanitary napkin according to claim 7, wherein in the atmospheric plasma jet in step S3.2, helium is used as a carrier, oxygen is used as a reaction gas, and the volume ratio of helium to oxygen is (96-99): (1-3) mixing.
9. The method for preparing a bacteriostatic breathable sanitary towel according to claim 1, wherein the intermediate absorbent core layer material prepared in step S3 is prepared from modal fibers and chitin fibers according to the following ratio of (60-90): (5-20) mixing the components in a mass ratio, and pressing the mixture by a water-punched non-woven fabric production process to obtain the water-punched non-woven fabric.
