The livestock and poultry farming industry needs to take various measures for controlling the occurrence and the epidemic of livestock and poultry infectious diseases, wherein disinfection is an important measure. The disinfection of the farm can stop the epidemic disease from spreading continuously by killing pathogenic microorganisms in the environment and cutting off the transmission path. The farm should establish a practical disinfection system to disinfect the farm housing, the farm equipment, the chicken coops, the slaughter houses and the like regularly.
The traditional cleaning and disinfecting method has the defects of high labor intensity, long cleaning time and low disinfectant utilization rate, and can not effectively remove diarrhea excreted adhesion, grease, biological films and the like in a hurdle; the foam type cleaning disinfectant has high removal rate for the refractory adherends, has the advantages of good adhesion and permeability, high cleaning and disinfecting efficiency, good observability and operability and the like, and is a novel product with increasingly wide application at present. The foam disinfectant is adhered to the surface of an object in a mode of converting liquid disinfectant into gas-phase foam through the foam generating device, and biological films on the surface of the object are removed through the actions of wetting, emulsifying, penetrating, dispersing and solubilizing after the foam disinfectant contacts with the surface to be disinfected, so that the aim of deep cleaning and disinfection is fulfilled.
The foam can be covered on the surface of an object for a long time, and an operator can completely and clearly know which parts are cleaned and disinfected (foam-beating areas) and which parts are not cleaned and disinfected (foam-beating areas) in the house according to the covering condition of the foam, so that the situation that the process of the traditional method cannot be judged after the traditional method is used for disinfection is effectively improved. Meanwhile, foam multiple overlapping can be formed on the edges, the trough, the corners and other parts of the fence according to the foam thickness, key cleaning and disinfection are carried out, quantitative and controllable indexes are provided for cleaning and disinfection, the intuitiveness is stronger, and the aim of visual disinfection is fulfilled.
The invention patent with the publication number of CN 105925395B discloses a foam cleaning agent for animals, which has good foaming effect, rich and fine foam, strong adhesiveness and long adhesion time; meanwhile, the detergent has excellent decontamination effect, and can effectively remove various intractable stains such as dry feces, grease, blood, biological films and the like. However, the foam cleaning agent for animals is a foam cleaning disinfectant with strong alkalinity, is easy to burn the skin of a user, does not contain active ingredients of the disinfectant, and does not have the effect of visual disinfection.
The invention patent with the application publication number of CN 106135202A discloses a foam disinfectant, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-30% of trimethoprim, 0.5-1% of high-efficiency penetrating agent, 40-60% of foaming agent, 1-1.5% of nonionic surfactant and 100% of purified water, and has broad-spectrum, high-efficiency and rapid sterilization and disinfection effects, but the requirements of stable foam are not fully considered in the prescription, and the effective contact time of the disinfectant and the surface to be disinfected is insufficient.
In recent years, more and more farms have chosen to boost the resistance of farms to pathogenic microorganisms through biosafety measures. In the construction of a plant biosafety system, two operation steps of cleaning and sterilizing are indispensable. The cleaning can remove dirt and organic matters in the culture environment and equipment and facilities to different degrees, thereby improving the contact degree of the disinfectant and pathogens and achieving the aim of disinfection.
Therefore, the foam disinfectant which has good disinfection effect, good foam stability, fine foam and no skin irritation to users is developed, and has important significance in production practice of the breeding industry.

The foam disinfectant products of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were diluted 200 times to the use concentration, and ATP detection data before and after washing were compared, and the results are shown in Table 1. As can be seen from Table 1, the cleaning rates of examples 1 to 4 were not very different; the cleaning rate of comparative examples 1 to 4 was significantly lowered. Therefore, reasonable proportion of each component in the invention has important influence on the cleaning rate.
TABLE 1 comparison of ATP detection data (Unit: RLU)
Experimental example 2: foaming force and foam stabilizing performance test
After foam formation, the surface is adhered, and organic biological films on the surface of the object are decomposed through complex physical and chemical actions such as wetting, infiltration, emulsification, suspension, deflocculation, dispersion and solubilization and the like, and the adhesion force between objects and the surface tension between solid and liquid are reduced; meanwhile, bacteria and viruses on the surface and in the gaps are killed and disinfected by the disinfecting component. The foaming power of the foam disinfectant plays a key role in sterilizing effect.
Foam disinfectant products of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were diluted 200 times to use concentrations, and foaming force test was performed according to the surfactant detergent test method (GB/T13173-2021), and the results are shown in FIG. 1.
As can be seen from fig. 1, the foaming forces and foam stabilizing properties of examples 1 to 4 are not greatly different; the foaming power and foam stabilizing performance of comparative examples 1 to 4 were significantly lowered. Therefore, the reasonable proportion of each component in the invention has important influence on the foaming force and the foam stabilizing performance.
Experimental example 3: anti-freezing effect test
The winter climate in northern China is cold, especially northwest and northeast, such as Heilongjiang, inner Mongolian autonomous region, xinjiang and the like, and the winter is long. The disinfectant can be inconvenient to use due to icing.
100ML of each of the foam disinfectant products for visual disinfection of examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was taken, placed in a reagent bottle, capped and screwed up, placed in an ultralow temperature refrigerator, the refrigerator was started, the temperature was gradually lowered from room temperature, and the anti-freezing effect was recorded as shown in Table 2.
As can be seen from table 2, the antifreeze effects of examples 1 to 4 differ considerably; the antifreeze effect of the comparative examples 1 to 3 is lower than the antifreeze effect of the examples 1 to 4; the antifreeze effect of the comparative example 4 is significantly reduced. Therefore, reasonable proportion of each component in the invention has important influence on the antifreezing effect.
