Abstract

本申请提供一种上行控制信息的传输方法,该方法包括:网络设备在第一小区上向终端设备发送第一信令。根据该第一信令,终端设备可以在第二小区上发送上行控制信息,其中该上行控制信息可以是对应第一小区的上行控制信息和/或对应第三小区的上行控制信息,所述第三小区为除第一小区和第二小区以外的小区。采用本申请提供的方法,可以动态地为终端设备配置发送上行控制信息的小区,一旦原本配置用于发送上行控制信息的小区上不能发送上行控制信息或者发送上行控制信息的网络质量差时,可以在第一信令动态指示的小区上进行发送,从而提高通信效率。
