本申请提供一种通信方法及装置,涉及通信技术领域,能够灵活地为数据调度分配时域资源。该方法包括:终端设备通过第一物理下行控制信道PDCCH接收来自网络设备的第一下行控制信息DCI。其中,第一DCI包括第一时域资源分配TDRA指示域,第一TDRA指示域用于指示第一时域资源。终端设备根据第一PDCCH的时域位置和第一时域资源,确定第二时域资源之后,在第二时域资源上接收或发送数据。其中,第一时域资源与第二时域资源不同。该方法应用在数据调度的时域资源分配过程中。
