Background
In a communication network, an operator may develop a capability opening platform based on existing communication resources, thereby opening corresponding communication capabilities to an enterprise, an organization, or an individual using the platform. However, since the software development capability of the operator itself is weak, the coverage capability of the capability open platform is limited, and the communication capability cannot be provided to local areas such as city level and county level.
In the related art, an operator usually chooses to let service providers in various local areas develop the communication resources and provide the communication resources to local customers for use, so that the operator needs to interface a large number of service providers, and the difficulty of accessing and controlling the whole communication resources is greatly increased.

The central control device 101 uses edge cloud nodes (such as edge cloud node 102, edge cloud node 103, and edge cloud node 104) as control objects, and performs unified control on at least one edge cloud node in the network system in aspects of resource scheduling, mirror image management, instance control, operation and maintenance, network, security, and the like, so as to place cloud computing services into each edge cloud node for processing. In deployment implementation, the central management apparatus 101 may be deployed in one or more cloud computing data centers, or may be deployed in one or more conventional data centers, and the central management apparatus 101 may also form an edge cloud together with at least one edge cloud node managed by the central management apparatus 101.
In the network architecture, tasks such as network forwarding, storage, computing and intelligent data analysis can be placed in each edge cloud node (such as the edge cloud node 102, the edge cloud node 103 and the edge cloud node 104) for processing, and as each edge cloud node is closer to a terminal, response delay can be reduced, pressure of a central cloud or a traditional cloud computing platform is reduced, and bandwidth cost is reduced.
For an edge cloud node, various resources, such as computing resources like a CPU and a GPU, storage resources like a memory and a hard disk, network resources like a bandwidth, and the like, may be provided externally. In addition, the edge cloud node 102 may also create a corresponding instance according to the mirror image, and provide various cloud computing services to the outside through the instance. The mirror image is a basic file required for creating an instance in the edge cloud node, and may be, for example, an image file such as an operating system, an application, or an operation configuration required for providing a cloud computing service for a user, and may be a file that meets the computing deployment requirement of the edge cloud node and is manufactured according to a certain format according to a specific series of files. In addition, the image may be various forms, such as a Virtual Machine (VM) image file, a container (Docker) image file, or various types of application package files, and the image form may be related to a virtualization technology that needs to be used by the cloud computing service, which is not limited in this embodiment. Corresponding to mirroring, the implementation of an instance may be a virtual machine, a container, an application, or the like.
A communication service system implemented based on the cloud edge network architecture in this specification is described below with reference to fig. 2, and fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of a communication service system shown in an exemplary embodiment of this specification. The communication service system comprises a center management and control device and at least one edge cloud node.
The central management and control device may be connected to the source device below. In the system operation process, the central management and control device may be configured to determine, in response to a communication service request initiated for a destination device, a target edge cloud node corresponding to the destination device in the at least one edge cloud node according to a preset resource scheduling policy, and schedule the communication service request to the target edge cloud node.
The target edge cloud node may be connected to the destination device through an operator network of the at least one edge cloud node (i.e., the edge infrastructure). In the system operation process, the target edge cloud node may be configured to forward the received communication service request to an operator network, so that the operator network establishes a communication connection between the central management and control device and the destination device based on the communication service request.
The source device may be determined based on the actual conditions of the client (i.e., the user of the source device). For example: when the client belongs to an enterprise or an organization, the source device may be an electronic device that carries a client function platform facing the group, and the electronic device may be a physical server that includes an independent host, or may be a virtual server carried by a host cluster, which is not limited in one or more embodiments of the present specification; when the client belongs to an individual, the source device may be an electronic device owned by the client itself, such as a mobile phone, a tablet device, a notebook computer, a palm top computer (PDAs), a wearable device (e.g., smart glasses, a smart watch, etc.), and one or more embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto. The destination device may be determined as a conference terminal, a mobile phone, a telephone set, or a sound box according to a communication mode provided by an end user (i.e., a user of the destination device), which is not limited in this specification.
Of course, in order to ensure the security of the communication between the central management and control device and the at least one edge cloud node, a secure acceleration network channel may be established between the central management and control device and the at least one edge cloud node, as shown in fig. 2, the secure acceleration network channel may send data of the central management and control device or the at least one edge cloud node to another side. Specifically, the secure acceleration network channel may be represented as a physical transmission channel implemented based on a dedicated line, or a network transmission channel implemented based on an internet technology, or a hybrid channel formed based on the above two channels, which is not limited in this specification.
The central control device may be configured with an Application Program Interface (API) so that the source device may control a corresponding component in the central control device through the open Interface.
The resource scheduling policy may be formulated based on a dimension of a geographic location to help the center management and control device determine a target edge cloud node.
In an embodiment, the central management and control device may query a user attribution corresponding to the destination device, and select an edge cloud node, which is matched with the user attribution, from the at least one edge cloud node, as the target edge cloud node. In other words, the target edge cloud node may be a node of the at least one edge cloud node that is close to the location of the target end device. Therefore, the destination device can more efficiently assist the operator network connected to the target edge cloud node to establish the communication connection by virtue of the advantage of the distance between the destination device and the target edge cloud node.
Of course, if the communication service request already carries specific edge cloud node information, the central management and control device may ignore the resource scheduling policy, and directly establish the communication connection with the target device through the edge cloud node corresponding to the edge cloud node information.
It is understood that the creation of the communication connection is accompanied by cancellation, so in the case of interruption of the communication connection, the target edge cloud node may receive communication completion information returned by the operator network and send the communication completion information to the central management and control device, and at the same time, the central management and control device may send the received communication completion information to the source device, so that a customer may determine in time that the communication service is completed. Of course, according to different occasions of interrupting the communication connection, the communication completion information may be subdivided into situations of complete communication ending or unexpected communication ending in the middle of the communication, and therefore, the communication completion information may carry description information about the situations, so that the source device determines a subsequent execution policy according to the description information, for example: when the central management and control device receives the communication completion information indicating that the communication is completed in the midway, the central management and control device may initiate the communication service request to the destination device again.
The communication connection is usually applicable to a scene of communication service between a real user and a central control device, but under some special conditions, the real user needs to communicate with the real user when a problem that the central control device cannot answer exists, and at this time, the central control device can establish connection with the source device on the basis of the communication connection, so that the communication connection is changed from original 'central control device-target edge cloud node-operator network-target device' into 'source device-central control device-target edge cloud node-operator network-target device', so that the client can directly perform communication connection with the user through the source device, and further, successful completion of related communication service is ensured.
In order to ensure that the operator network and the target edge cloud node are interconnected, a communication hardware device may be deployed in the target edge cloud node or in a local network where the target edge cloud node is located, and the communication hardware device may be configured to establish a communication connection between the target edge cloud node and the operator network. On one hand, the communication gateway can be used for converting the communication data between a traditional communication protocol and an IP network related protocol so as to ensure the normal transmission of the communication data between a communication service system and an operator network; on the other hand, the private line switch may be used as a device uniquely connected to a communication gateway in the target edge cloud node, so as to uniformly receive or send communication data for the communication gateway or other aggregation switches (corresponding to aggregation switches 1 to n in fig. 2, where n is a positive integer) in the target edge cloud node.
The communication hardware device in the application can perform corresponding targeted adjustment based on an actual application scenario.
In an embodiment, since the specific service included in the communication service may be determined according to a communication resource that can be actually provided by an operator network, when the operator network provides a resource related to a voice call, the communication service may be a voice service, and the communication connection may be a voice call connection. Correspondingly, the communication hardware device may be a voice hardware device, and the voice hardware device may include a voice gateway and a private line switch, where the voice gateway may be configured to convert a corresponding protocol of voice data in an operator network and an edge cloud network.
Next, this specification will explain respective groups of the target edge cloud node and the above-described center management and control device shown in fig. 2 in turn. Any component may be regarded as a functional logic implemented by a virtual machine or a server deployed in a device (i.e., the central management and control device or any edge cloud node) in which the component is located through a programming technology, or may be an independent physical module storing a corresponding functional logic, which is not limited in this specification.

Meanwhile, the target edge cloud node may be deployed with an edge communication service component cluster to improve the communication service execution efficiency of the corresponding edge cloud node, and of course, similar technologies may also be applied to other components in the edge cloud node or the central management and control device, which is not described again in this specification.
In addition, in different communication service scenarios, the specific operations implemented by the central communication service component and the edge communication service component are different. Taking the voice service as an example, the central management and control device is deployed with a central communication service component, and the target edge cloud node may be deployed with an edge voice service component, where the central voice service component and/or the edge voice service component may include a load balancing subcomponent, a signaling control subcomponent, a media processing subcomponent, a log management subcomponent, and a security encryption subcomponent. The load balancing subassembly can perform load balancing on the voice service request received by the device where the component is located, so as to suggest to improve the reaction speed and the overall performance of the voice service system for the voice service request. The secure encryption subcomponent may further encrypt the contents of the voice service request to ensure the security of the voice call connection.

A central log service component deployed on the central management and control device and an edge log service component deployed on at least one edge cloud node: the edge log service component can be used for collecting edge component data of each component in an edge cloud node where the edge log service component is located and sending the edge component data to the center log service component; the central log service component may be configured to analyze the received edge component data to obtain statistical information of each component in the corresponding edge cloud node. It should be noted that, because the source device may control each component in the central management and control device according to the development interface, and each component in the central management and control device is connected to a component in a target edge cloud node through the secure acceleration network channel, the source device may indirectly control a corresponding component in the target edge cloud node through the component of the central management and control device, so that the source device achieves a capability of managing any component in the overall communication service system.

S317, the operator network notifies the target device to hang up the voice call.
In an embodiment, after the user a finishes listening to the notification content and confirms knowing, the central management and control device may select to actively hang up the voice call connection, so that the hang-up notification is transmitted to the operator network through the edge cloud node a, and the operator network hangs up the voice call connection with the target device.
S318, the central control device informs the source device of the completion of the voice notification.
In an embodiment, after the voice call connection is successfully suspended, the client function platform may receive a voice completion notification from a central control device because the notification content has been played completely.
The technical solution of the present specification is explained below with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a method for implementing a communication service according to an exemplary embodiment of the present specification, where as shown in fig. 4, the method is applied to a central control device, and may include the following steps:
s401, a communication service request initiated by the destination terminal equipment is received.
S402, determining a target edge cloud node corresponding to the destination end device in at least one edge cloud node according to a preset resource scheduling strategy, and sending the communication service request to the target edge cloud node, so that the target edge cloud node forwards the received communication service request to an operator network, and the operator network triggers and establishes a call connection between the central control device and the destination end device based on the communication service request.
As described above, the determining a target edge cloud node corresponding to the destination device in the at least one edge cloud node according to a preset resource scheduling policy includes:
inquiring a user attribution corresponding to the destination terminal equipment;
and selecting an edge cloud node matched with the user attribution from the at least one edge cloud node as the target edge cloud node.
As mentioned above, the communication service is a voice service, and the communication connection is a voice call connection.
As described above, a voice hardware device is deployed in the target edge cloud node or in the local network where the target edge cloud node is located, and the voice hardware device is configured to establish a voice call connection between the target edge cloud node and the operator network.
As described above, the central management and control device is deployed with a central communication service component, and the target edge cloud node is deployed with an edge communication service component;
the central communication service component is configured to: establishing a first communication segment between the central management and control device and the target edge cloud node in the communication connection with the edge communication service component, and sending communication content provided by a source device initiating the communication service request or communication content generated according to original content provided by the source device to the target edge cloud node through the first communication segment;
the edge communication service component is configured to: establishing the first communication segment in cooperation with the central communication service component, and receiving the communication content through the first communication segment; and establishing a second communication segment between the edge cloud node where the edge cloud node is located and the operator network in the communication connection with the operator network, and sending the communication content to the operator network through the second communication segment so as to be forwarded to the destination device by the operator network.
As described above, the at least one edge cloud node is deployed with a communication regulation component; the communication management and control component is used for:
under the condition that the edge cloud node where the edge cloud node is located is disconnected with the central control equipment, locally controlling the edge cloud node, and recording offline data; and the number of the first and second groups,
and under the condition that the connection with the central management and control equipment is recovered, synchronizing the offline data to the central management and control equipment.
As described above, the central management and control device is deployed with a central monitoring service component, and the at least one edge cloud node is deployed with an edge monitoring service component;
the edge monitoring service component is configured to: executing corresponding alarm operation under the condition that any component in the edge cloud node where the component is located is abnormal, and sending generated alarm information to the central control equipment;
the central monitoring service component is used for: and analyzing the received alarm information, and controlling corresponding edge cloud nodes to execute corresponding abnormal solving measures according to the analysis result.
The above description refers to the contents of the embodiments in fig. 2-3, and the description is not repeated herein.
The technical solution of the present specification is explained below with reference to the embodiment shown in fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating another implementation method of a communication service according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, where as shown in fig. 5, the method is applied to a target edge cloud node, where the target edge cloud node is a node corresponding to a destination device in at least one edge cloud node determined according to a preset resource scheduling policy, and may include the following steps:
s501, the receiving center management and control equipment sends a communication service request aiming at the destination end equipment.
S502, forward the communication service request to an operator network, so that the operator network triggers establishment of a call connection between the central control device and the destination device based on the communication service request.
As described above, the determining, according to the preset resource scheduling policy, a target edge cloud node corresponding to the destination device in the at least one edge cloud node includes:
inquiring a user attribution corresponding to the destination terminal equipment;
and selecting an edge cloud node matched with the user attribution from the at least one edge cloud node as the target edge cloud node.
As mentioned above, the communication service is a voice service, and the communication connection is a voice call connection.
As described above, a voice hardware device is deployed in the target edge cloud node or in the local network where the target edge cloud node is located, and the voice hardware device is configured to establish a voice call connection between the target edge cloud node and the operator network.
As described above, the central management and control device is deployed with a central communication service component, and the target edge cloud node is deployed with an edge communication service component;
the central communication service component is configured to: establishing a first communication segment between the central management and control device and the target edge cloud node in the communication connection with the edge communication service component, and sending communication content provided by a source device initiating the communication service request or communication content generated according to original content provided by the source device to the target edge cloud node through the first communication segment;
the edge communication service component is configured to: establishing the first communication segment in cooperation with the central communication service component, and receiving the communication content through the first communication segment; and establishing a second communication segment between the edge cloud node where the edge cloud node is located and the operator network in the communication connection with the operator network, and sending the communication content to the operator network through the second communication segment so as to be forwarded to the destination device by the operator network.
As described above, the at least one edge cloud node is deployed with a communication regulation component; the communication regulation and control component is used for:
under the condition that the edge cloud node where the edge cloud node is located is disconnected with the central control equipment, locally controlling the edge cloud node, and recording offline data; and (c) a second step of,
and under the condition of recovering the connection with the central management and control equipment, synchronizing the offline data to the central management and control equipment.
As described above, the central management and control device is deployed with a central monitoring service component, and the at least one edge cloud node is deployed with an edge monitoring service component;
the edge monitoring service component is configured to: executing corresponding alarm operation under the condition that any component in the edge cloud node where the component is located is abnormal, and sending generated alarm information to the central control equipment;
the central monitoring service component is used for: and analyzing the received alarm information, and controlling corresponding edge cloud nodes to execute corresponding abnormal solution measures according to the analysis result.
The above description refers to the contents of the embodiments in fig. 2-3, and the description is not repeated herein.
According to the embodiment, the method for realizing the communication service in the specification makes up for the defect that the coverage capability of the capability open platform provided by an operator is insufficient in a manner of mutually fusing the communication service and the cloud side architecture. Meanwhile, the edge cloud nodes are controlled by the central control equipment, so that the communication resources of the operators can be uniformly controlled by the central control equipment, the central control equipment is used for uniformly butting and controlling customers in various places, the operators are prevented from respectively butting different service providers in various places, and the management, operation and maintenance difficulty of the operators is greatly reduced.
FIG. 6 is a schematic block diagram of an electronic device in an exemplary embodiment. Referring to fig. 6, at the hardware level, the electronic device includes a processor, an internal bus, a network interface, a memory, and a non-volatile memory, but may also include other required hardware. The processor reads the corresponding computer program from the nonvolatile memory into the memory and runs the computer program to form the implementation device of the communication service on the logic level. Of course, besides the software implementation, the present specification does not exclude other implementations, such as logic devices or a combination of software and hardware, and the like, that is, the execution subject of the following processing flow is not limited to each logic unit, and may be hardware or logic devices.
Corresponding to the embodiment of the implementation method of the communication service, the specification also provides an embodiment of an implementation device of the communication service.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for implementing a communication service according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 7, in a software implementation, the apparatus is applied to a central management and control device, and the apparatus may include:
a request receiving unit 701, configured to receive a communication service request initiated for a destination device;
a target edge cloud node determining unit 702, configured to determine, according to a preset resource scheduling policy, a target edge cloud node corresponding to the destination device in at least one edge cloud node, and send the communication service request to the target edge cloud node, so that the target edge cloud node forwards the received communication service request to an operator network, and the operator network triggers, based on the communication service request, establishment of a call connection between the central control device and the destination device.
Optionally, the target edge cloud node determining unit 702 is specifically configured to:
inquiring a user attribution corresponding to the destination terminal equipment;
and selecting an edge cloud node matched with the user attribution from the at least one edge cloud node as the target edge cloud node.
Optionally, the communication service is a voice service, and the communication connection is a voice call connection.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
a central communication service unit 703 is configured to establish, with the central management and control device, a second communication segment located between the central management and control device and the target edge cloud node in the communication connection.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
and the central monitoring service unit 704 is configured to analyze the received alarm information, and control a corresponding edge cloud node to execute a corresponding exception resolution measure according to an analysis result, where the alarm information is generated by any edge cloud node when any component of the edge cloud node is abnormal.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the central log service unit 705 is configured to analyze the received edge component data to obtain statistical information of each component in the corresponding edge cloud node, where the edge component data is obtained by collecting each component for the at least one edge cloud node.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the central security service unit 706 is configured to determine a security policy according to the received detection result, and issue the security policy to a corresponding edge cloud node, where the detection result is obtained by detecting a network security state of each component of the at least one edge cloud node.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for implementing another communication service according to an exemplary embodiment. As shown in fig. 8, in a software implementation, the apparatus is applied to a target edge cloud node, where the target edge cloud node is a node corresponding to a destination device in at least one edge cloud node determined according to a preset resource scheduling policy, and the apparatus may include:
a request receiving unit 801, configured to receive a communication service request sent by a central control device for the destination device;
a request forwarding unit 802, configured to forward the communication service request to an operator network, so that the operator network triggers, based on the communication service request, establishment of a call connection between the center management and control device and the destination device.
Optionally, the communication service is a voice service, and the communication connection is a voice call connection.
Optionally, a voice hardware device is deployed in the target edge cloud node or in a local network where the target edge cloud node is located, where the voice hardware device is configured to establish a voice call connection between the target edge cloud node and the operator network.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
an edge communication service unit 803, configured to establish, with the central management and control device, a second communication segment located between the central management and control device and the target edge cloud node in the communication connection; and establishing a third communication section between the edge cloud node where the third communication section is located and the operator network in the communication connection.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the communication control unit 804 is configured to, when an edge cloud node where the edge cloud node is located is disconnected from the central control device, perform local control on the edge cloud node, and record offline data; and (c) a second step of,
and under the condition that the connection with the central management and control equipment is recovered, synchronizing the offline data to the central management and control equipment.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the edge monitoring service unit 805 is configured to, when an abnormality occurs in any component in an edge cloud node where the edge monitoring service unit is located, execute a corresponding alarm operation, and send generated alarm information to the central control device, so that the central control device analyzes the received alarm information, and controls the corresponding edge cloud node to execute a corresponding abnormality solution according to an analysis result.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the edge log service unit 806 is configured to collect edge component data of each component in an edge cloud node where the edge log service unit is located, and send the edge component data to a central control device, so that the central control device analyzes the edge component data to obtain statistical information of each component in a corresponding edge cloud node.
Optionally, the apparatus further comprises:
the edge security service unit 807 is configured to detect a network security state of each component in an edge cloud node where the edge security service unit is located, and send a detection result to the central control device, so that the central control device determines a security policy according to the received detection result, and sends the security policy to the edge security service unit.
The implementation process of the functions and actions of each unit in the above device is specifically described in the implementation process of the corresponding step in the above method, and is not described herein again.
For the device embodiment, since it basically corresponds to the method embodiment, reference may be made to the partial description of the method embodiment for relevant points. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and the units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of network units. Some or all of the modules can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution in the specification. One of ordinary skill in the art can understand and implement it without inventive effort.
Embodiments of the subject matter and the functional operations described in this specification can be implemented in: digital electronic circuitry, tangibly embodied computer software or firmware, computer hardware comprising the structures disclosed in this specification and their structural equivalents, or a combination of one or more of them. The processes and logic flows described in this specification can be performed by one or more programmable computers executing one or more computer programs to perform corresponding functions by operating on input data and generating output. Computer-readable media suitable for storing computer program instructions and data include all forms of non-volatile memory, media and memory devices, including by way of example semiconductor memory devices (e.g., EPROM, EEPROM, and flash memory devices), magnetic disks (e.g., an internal hard disk or a removable disk), magneto-optical disks, and CD ROM and DVD-ROM disks. The processor and the memory can be supplemented by, or incorporated in, special purpose logic circuitry.
While this specification contains many specific implementation details, these should not be construed as limitations on the scope of any invention or of what may be claimed, but rather as descriptions of features specific to particular embodiments of particular inventions. Certain features that are described in this specification in the context of separate embodiments can also be implemented in combination in a single embodiment. Claims (13)

1. A communication service system, comprising: the system comprises a central control device and at least one edge cloud node; wherein:
the central control device is configured to, in response to a communication service request initiated for a destination device, determine a target edge cloud node, which corresponds to the destination device, in the at least one edge cloud node according to a preset resource scheduling policy, and schedule the communication service request to the target edge cloud node;
the target edge cloud node is configured to forward the received communication service request to an operator network, so that the operator network triggers establishment of a communication connection between the central management and control device and the destination device based on the communication service request.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the determining a target edge cloud node corresponding to the destination device in the at least one edge cloud node according to a preset resource scheduling policy comprises:
inquiring a user attribution corresponding to the destination terminal equipment;
and selecting an edge cloud node matched with the user attribution from the at least one edge cloud node as the target edge cloud node.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the communication service is a voice service and the communication connection is a voice call connection.
4. The system of claim 3, wherein a voice hardware device is deployed in the target edge cloud node or in a local network where the target edge cloud node is located, and wherein the voice hardware device is configured to establish a voice call connection between the target edge cloud node and the operator network.
5. The system according to claim 1, wherein the central management and control device is deployed with a central communication service component, and the target edge cloud node is deployed with an edge communication service component;
the central communication service component is configured to: establishing a first communication segment between the central management and control device and the target edge cloud node in the communication connection with the edge communication service component, and sending communication content provided by a source device initiating the communication service request or communication content generated according to original content provided by the source device to the target edge cloud node through the first communication segment;
the edge communication service component is configured to: establishing the first communication segment in cooperation with the central communication service component, and receiving the communication content through the first communication segment; and establishing a second communication segment between the edge cloud node where the edge cloud node is located and the operator network in the communication connection with the operator network, and sending the communication content to the operator network through the second communication segment so as to be forwarded to the destination device by the operator network.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the at least one edge cloud node is deployed with a communication regulation component; the communication management and control component is used for:
under the condition that the edge cloud node where the edge cloud node is located is disconnected with the central control equipment, the edge cloud node is locally controlled, and offline data are recorded; and (c) a second step of,
and under the condition of recovering the connection with the central management and control equipment, synchronizing the offline data to the central management and control equipment.
7. The system according to claim 1, wherein the central management and control device is deployed with a central monitoring service component, and the at least one edge cloud node is deployed with an edge monitoring service component;
the edge monitoring service component is configured to: executing corresponding alarm operation under the condition that any component in the edge cloud node where the component is located is abnormal, and sending generated alarm information to the central control equipment;
the central monitoring service component is used for: and analyzing the received alarm information, and controlling corresponding edge cloud nodes to execute corresponding abnormal solving measures according to the analysis result.
8. The system according to claim 1, wherein the central management and control device is deployed with a central log service component, and the at least one edge cloud node is deployed with an edge log service component;
the edge log service component is to: collecting edge component data of each component in an edge cloud node where the self is located and sending the edge component data to the central log service component;
the central log service component is to: and analyzing the received edge component data to acquire the statistical information of each component in the corresponding edge cloud node.
9. The system according to claim 1, wherein the central management and control device is deployed with a central security service component, and the at least one edge cloud node is deployed with an edge security service component;
the edge security service component is to: detecting the network security state of each component in the edge cloud node where the edge cloud node is located, and sending a detection result to the central security service component;
the central security services component is to: and determining a security policy according to the received detection result, and sending the security policy to the edge security service component.
10. A method for realizing communication service is characterized in that the method is applied to a central control device and comprises the following steps:
receiving a communication service request initiated aiming at destination terminal equipment;
determining a target edge cloud node corresponding to the destination end device in at least one edge cloud node according to a preset resource scheduling strategy, and sending the communication service request to the target edge cloud node, so that the target edge cloud node forwards the received communication service request to an operator network, and the operator network triggers and establishes a call connection between the central control device and the destination end device based on the communication service request.
11. A method for implementing communication service is applied to a target edge cloud node, wherein the target edge cloud node is a node corresponding to destination end equipment in at least one edge cloud node determined according to a preset resource scheduling policy, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a communication service request sent by a central management and control device and aiming at the destination terminal device;
and forwarding the communication service request to an operator network so that the operator network triggers and establishes a call connection between the central control device and the destination device based on the communication service request.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 10 to 11.
13. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the steps of the method according to any of claims 10 to 11 are implemented when the processor executes the program.
