"upper", "lower", "left", "right", and the like are used merely to indicate relative positional relationships, and when the absolute position of the object being described is changed, the relative positional relationships may also be changed accordingly.
As described in the background section, the related grid frequency modulation method for the new energy farm is also difficult to meet the actual frequency modulation requirement of the new energy farm on the grid during operation.
In the process of implementing the present application, the applicant finds that the related grid frequency modulation method for the new energy electric field has the main problems that: in the process of frequency modulation of a power grid by a new energy electric field, the purpose of frequency modulation is achieved by performing power adjustment on the power grid generally, and in a related frequency modulation mode, when power adjustment is performed, power adjustment is often performed only by using a generator set, so that the mode has the problems that the adjustment capacity is insufficient or the adjustment sensitivity is difficult to meet the requirement of higher sensitivity.
Based on the above, one or more embodiments in the application provide a grid frequency modulation method based on a new energy electric field of an energy storage system.
In the embodiment of the present application, a new energy power plant as a specific example includes a power generation regulation and control system, an energy storage EMS (energy storage management system), an energy storage system, and a generator set.
The power generation regulation and control system is composed of an AGC (automatic generation control) system for controlling the energy storage system and a coordination control strategy system for making a decision for controlling the energy storage system.
Further, the automatic power generation regulation and control system is used for receiving an instruction sent from the outside of the new energy electric field, such as a regulation and control instruction, and controlling the generator set and the energy storage system; the energy storage EMS is used for communicating with the power generation regulation and control system and managing the SOC (residual charge) capacity in the energy storage system; the energy storage system stores and provides electric energy through charging and discharging points; the generator set is used for generating electric energy for the new energy electric field and performing energy replacement with the energy storage system.
Further, the operation of the energy storage system may be operated in two modes, and the operation mode of the energy storage system may specifically include a remote direct-tuning mode and a local tuning mode.
In the remote direct-adjusting mode, the energy storage system directly executes an external instruction without participating in the adjustment and control of the interior of the new energy electric field.
Further, in the local tuning mode, the work of the energy storage system will participate in the control of the power generation regulation and control system in the new energy electric field, and the specific application scenarios thereof may include: and performing frequency modulation on the power grid, stabilizing output fluctuation of the new energy electric field, compensating power prediction errors, adjusting charge and discharge strategies of the energy storage system and the like.
Further, in the local tuning mode, when the current actual frequency of the power grid deviates from the rated frequency of the power grid, the new energy farm needs to adjust the autonomous response, and specifically, the current actual frequency of the power grid can be adjusted by adjusting the current actual power of the new energy farm.
In some specific examples, due to different specific conditions of each power grid, different clipping requirements during frequency modulation are different, and the power change caused by frequency fluctuation may be, for example, 10% or 6% of the clipping rated power when power is added; 10% or 20% of the amplitude limiting rated power when the active power is reduced; the adjustment coefficient may be, for example, 2%, 5%, or 6%, etc.
Wherein, the maximum adjusting amount of the power caused by the frequency fluctuation can be 20% of the full-field rated power.
Further, in the new energy electric field, the proportion of the energy storage system in the new energy electric field may be, for example, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, etc., and the energy storage time may be, for example, 2 hours.
Embodiments of the present application are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for modulating a frequency of a power grid of a new energy farm based on an energy storage system according to an embodiment of the present application includes the following steps:
step S101, judging whether the current actual frequency of the power grid accords with a preset rated frequency, responding to the fact that the current actual frequency does not accord with the rated frequency, and determining that the actual frequency exceeds the frequency exceeding amount of a preset frequency modulation dead zone.
In the embodiment of the application, the new energy power plant judges whether the power grid needs frequency modulation or not by detecting whether the current actual frequency of the power grid meets the preset rated frequency or not in real time.
Further, a frequency modulation dead zone can be set for the power grid, when the actual frequency is in the frequency modulation dead zone, the actual frequency can be considered to be in a difference range meeting the requirement, and the actual frequency at the moment is considered to meet the preset rated frequency.
Further, when the current actual frequency of the power grid exceeds the range of the frequency modulation dead zone, the actual frequency is considered not to be within the difference range meeting the requirement, and the current actual frequency is considered not to meet the rated frequency of the power grid.
Further, when it is determined that the current actual frequency does not meet the rated frequency, a specific value of the frequency modulation dead zone that the current actual frequency exceeds may be further determined, and the specific value is used as a frequency exceeding amount, in this embodiment, the frequency exceeding amount may be a positive value or a negative value, for example, when the actual frequency is higher than the maximum value of the frequency modulation dead zone interval, the positive value may represent a difference between the actual frequency and the maximum value; when the actual frequency is below the minimum value of the frequency modulation dead zone interval, a negative value may indicate the difference between the actual frequency and the minimum value.
And S102, determining a power regulating quantity for regulating the current actual power of the power grid according to a preset difference regulating coefficient by utilizing the proportional relation between the actual frequency and the frequency exceeding quantity.
In the embodiment of the present application, according to the frequency exceeding amount determined in the foregoing step, a corresponding relationship between the frequency exceeding amount and the power may be constructed, and the power adjustment amount to be adjusted may be determined according to the corresponding relationship.
Specifically, when the actual frequency does not conform to the rated frequency, that is, when the frequency changes abnormally, the active initial value of the current power grid may be determined, where the active initial value specifically represents the actual power of the power grid at the time when the frequency changes abnormally.
Further, rated power and a difference coefficient can be set for the power grid in advance.
Further, based on the determined frequency overrun amount, a proportional relationship between the nominal frequency and the frequency overrun amount may be determined.
In a specific example, the proportional relationship may be expressed as:
Figure SMS_2
wherein f represents the current actual frequency of the power grid, f d Indicating a set frequency modulation dead zone, f N Representing a rated frequency preset for the grid.
Further, based on the proportional relationship, the power adjustment amount can be further calculated by using the set rated power and the adjustment coefficient.
In a specific example, the power adjustment may be calculated by constructing a polyline function as shown below:
Figure SMS_3
wherein Δ P represents the power adjustment amount, P N Represents the rated power, and delta represents a preset difference adjustment coefficient.
It can be seen that, in the above-mentioned polygonal function, a numerical relationship between the frequency variation and the actual power variation is specifically presented, where the power variation specifically represents: when the current actual frequency is modulated, a specific magnitude for adjusting the current actual power is required corresponding to the frequency exceeding limit for adjustment.
Step S103, enabling the coordination control strategy system to judge whether the current available power of the generator set meets the requirement of the power regulating quantity.
In the embodiment of the application, according to the power adjustment amount determined in the foregoing step, whether the capability of the generator set for adjusting the actual power meets the following requirements can be determined: and carrying out power regulation according to the power regulation quantity.
Specifically, by means of the coordinated control strategy system, the current available power of the generator set can be judged, and the sensitivity of the generator set in power regulation of the actual power is determined, wherein the available power specifically represents the total power which can be provided by the generator set to the power grid.
Wherein, the sensitivity can be regarded as: when the generator set carries out power regulation, the minimum regulating quantity that can realize.
Based on the method, the coordination control strategy system can judge whether the available power of the generator set meets the power regulating variable and judge whether the minimum regulating variable of the generator set meets the power regulating variable.
Specifically, the sum of the current actual power and the power adjustment amount can be calculated by using the power adjustment amount and the active initial value, that is, by using the power adjustment amount and the actual power of the power grid when the current occurrence frequency is abnormal, and the sum is determined as the total target power.
It can be seen that the total target power can be regarded as the target value when the current actual power is adjusted.
Further, whether the current available power of the generator set is greater than or equal to the total target power or not can be judged, when the available power is greater than or equal to the total target power, the requirement of the power regulating quantity on the size can be met only by the operation of the generator set, and when the available power is less than the total target power, the requirement of the power regulating quantity on the size can be difficultly met only by the operation of the generator set.
Further, based on the judgment of whether the minimum adjustment quantity of the generator set meets the power adjustment quantity by the coordination control strategy, when the minimum adjustment quantity is smaller than or equal to the power adjustment quantity, the requirement of the sensitivity of the power adjustment can be met only by the sensitivity which can be adjusted by the generator set, and when the minimum adjustment quantity is larger than the power adjustment quantity, the requirement of the sensitivity of the power adjustment is difficult to meet only by the sensitivity which can be adjusted by the generator set.
And step S104, in response to the fact that the current available power of the generator set does not meet the requirement of the power adjustment quantity, enabling the automatic power generation control system to call the energy storage system to adjust the current actual power of the power grid so as to adjust the actual frequency of the power grid.
In the embodiment of the application, the coordination control strategy system can make the control strategies of the generator set and the energy storage system based on the judgment results of the steps, and send the control strategies to the automatic power generation control system, so that the automatic power generation control system can timely adjust the power of the energy storage system, and the purpose of adjusting the frequency of the power grid is achieved.
Specifically, based on the judgment of the foregoing steps, when the judgment result of the coordination control strategy system indicates that: the requirement of the power regulating variable on the size can be met only by the work of the generator set, the requirement of the sensitivity of the power regulation can be met only by the sensitivity which can be regulated by the generator set, and then a first control strategy can be generated, wherein the first control strategy specifically comprises the following steps: only the genset is invoked for power regulation and is executed by the automatic generation control system.
Specifically, the coordinated control strategy system may synchronize the first control strategy to the automatic power generation control system, and cause the automatic power generation control system to only invoke the generator set, and cause the generator set to perform power adjustment according to the power adjustment amount.
Further, based on the judgment of the foregoing steps, when the judgment result of the coordination control strategy system indicates that: and when the requirement of the power regulating quantity on the size is difficult to meet only by the work of the generator set, or the requirement of the sensitivity of the power regulation is difficult to meet only by the adjustable sensitivity of the generator set, the energy storage system can be called to participate in the power regulation and is executed by the automatic power generation control system.
Specifically, when it is difficult to meet the requirement of the power adjustment amount on the size only by relying on the operation of the generator set, a second control strategy may be generated, where the second control strategy specifically includes: and determining a difference value between the available power and the total target power, calling the generator set to output the current available power to the power grid, and calling the energy storage system to output the power of the difference value part to the power grid.
In some other embodiments, the second control strategy may also be set to: the power calling proportion is set for the generator set, for example, the power calling proportion is set to 97%, the difference between the 97% available power and the total target power is determined, and based on the difference, the generator set can be enabled to output power to the power grid according to 97% of the available power, and the energy storage system is called to output the power of the difference portion to the power grid.
Further, the coordination control strategy system may synchronize the second control strategy to the automatic power generation control system, and enable the automatic power generation control system to call the generator set and the energy storage system at the same time, and perform power adjustment according to the power to be output by each.
In another embodiment of the present application, when it is difficult to meet the requirement of the sensitivity of the power regulation depending on only the sensitivity that can be adjusted by the generator set, then a third control strategy may be generated, wherein the third control strategy may include: and only the energy storage system is called to regulate the power, and the power of the generator set currently output to the power grid is kept stable.
Specifically, the coordination control strategy system may synchronize the third control strategy to the automatic power generation control system, and cause the automatic power generation control system to call the energy storage system, so as to cause the energy storage system to perform power adjustment according to the first power adjustment amount.
Further, based on the power adjustment of the power grid according to the power adjustment amount, after the power adjustment of this time is completed, the power adjustment amount can be evaluated by using a polygonal line function according to the actual frequency after the power adjustment.
Further, a power dead zone may be set for the power adjustment amount in advance, and it may be determined whether the power adjustment amount after this evaluation is within the range of the power dead zone.
Further, when the estimated power adjustment amount is within the power dead zone range, the current actual frequency is considered to be in a state of conforming to the rated frequency.
Further, when the estimated power regulating quantity exceeds the power dead zone range, the current actual frequency is considered to be in a state of not meeting the rated frequency, and the actual power of the power grid is regulated again until the power regulating quantity is regulated to the power dead zone range, namely, the actual frequency is in a state of meeting the rated frequency.
In another specific example of the present application, the current actual frequency of the grid is 50Hz, which needs to be tuned to 49.82Hz.
In this scenario, the polyline function in the foregoing embodiment may be used to determine that the power adjustment amount is 9.6MW, and the total target power 113.6MW may be obtained by summing the power adjustment amount and the current actual power of the power grid.
Further, the coordination control strategy system can determine that the available power of the generator set is 111.6WM, and it can be seen that the current available power is smaller than the total target power, and the requirement of the power regulating variable on the size is difficult to meet only by the operation of the generator set.
Further, in this embodiment, the energy storage system can output power of-6 MW to +6MW to the maximum, and it is difficult to satisfy the requirement of the power adjustment amount only by the energy storage system.
Based on this, the cooperative control strategy may generate a second control strategy to enable the generator set and the energy storage system to output power to the power grid at the same time to meet the total target power, and a 97% power calling proportion is preset to enable the generator set to output according to 97% available power.
Further, the actual power of the grid can be stably maintained around the total target power 113.6MW.
In another embodiment of the present application, the actual frequency of the grid is currently 50Hz, which needs to be tuned to 49.93Hz.
In this scenario, the polyline function in the foregoing embodiment may be used to determine that the power adjustment amount is 0.4MW, and the total target power may be obtained by summing the power adjustment amount and the current actual power of the power grid, which is 104.4MW.
Further, the coordination control strategy system may determine that the minimum adjustment amount of the power of the generator set is greater than 0.4MW, and based on this, the coordination control strategy system does not call the generator set to perform power adjustment, but makes the generator set maintain the current output power of the generator set stable, and calls the energy storage system at the same time to perform discharge with the power of 0.4MW, so as to stably maintain the actual power of the power grid at about 104.4MW.
Therefore, according to the power grid frequency modulation method of the new energy electric field based on the energy storage system, based on the frequency exceeding limit amount of the current actual frequency of the power grid exceeding the rated frequency, a proportional relation between the actual frequency and the frequency exceeding limit amount can be utilized, a fold line function for calculating the power regulating quantity can be constructed, based on the fold line function, the power regulating quantity can be calculated, according to the power regulating quantity, the available power and the minimum regulating quantity of the generator set are comprehensively considered to adjust the power, and when the available power of the generator set cannot meet the requirement of the size or sensitivity of the power regulating quantity, the energy storage system is called at the same time to adjust the actual power, so that the frequency modulation of the actual frequency of the power grid is achieved.
It should be noted that the method of the embodiments of the present application may be executed by a single device, such as a computer or a server. The method of the embodiment can also be applied to a distributed scene and completed by the mutual cooperation of a plurality of devices. In such a distributed scenario, one of the devices may only perform one or more steps of the method of the embodiments of the present application, and the devices may interact with each other to complete the method.
