Abstract

In the embodiment of the invention, the business transactions are integrated and summarized, the freezing control table is set based on the integrated and summarized result, the information registration of the business transaction freezing control request is carried out by utilizing the freezing control table, the freezing control processing of the business transactions is carried out according to the freezing control table registered by the information, the freezing control table contains the association among the business transactions, hard coding is not needed to be carried out aiming at each business transaction, the freezing control table can be shared by the business transactions, and the freezing control efficiency is effectively improved; furthermore, based on the freezing control table, the code is prevented from being easy to be abnormal and difficult to read, understand and maintain; moreover, when the business transaction changes or a new business transaction is added, the parameter configuration in the freezing control table can be adjusted according to the requirement without modifying codes or suspending the business transaction, so that the flexibility and the efficiency of business transaction processing are improved; in addition, by presetting the limitation type parameters corresponding to the limitation types, when business transaction is carried out, the corresponding limitation type parameters can be called through a unified transaction flow, the validity check of the corresponding business transaction is carried out, and the processing of the business transaction which does not pass the validity check is avoided; furthermore, the applicability of the freezing control table is wide, and the freezing control table can be adapted to most market requirements; meanwhile, the freezing and the control of the business transaction are distinguished, and the effective management and control of the business transaction can be realized.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram illustrating a freezing control device for business transaction according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the apparatus includes:
a parameter extraction module 301, configured to receive a service transaction freezing control request, and extract a limitation type parameter included in the service transaction freezing control request according to a preset limitation type parameter table;
in the embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the limitation types include but are not limited to: the method comprises the following steps of money freezing control, payment stop freezing, closed freezing, money control, payment only and payment not control, closed control, payment only and payment not control, error temporary control, proof payment stop, guarantee control, pre-authorization, proof control, pledge control, start control, financing and purchasing control, electronic national debt purchasing control, batch account opening control, long-term unused control and loss reporting control.
A service type determining module 302, configured to determine a service type according to information of a requestor who initiated the service freezing control request;
in this embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the service type determining module 302 includes:
the first judging unit is used for determining that the service type is a judicial agency freezing type if the requester information is the judicial agency;
and the second judgment unit is used for determining that the service type is the bank control type if the freezing control request is artificially a non-judicial agency.
The authority determining module 303 is configured to query a preset service type preprocessing table according to the determined service type, and determine an execution authority corresponding to the determined service type;
in the embodiment of the invention, the service types comprise: a judicial organization freezing class and a bank control class.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the permission determining module 303 is specifically configured to:
if the determined service type is a judicial agency freezing type, inquiring a preset judicial agency permission parameter table, acquiring the law enforcement permission of the judicial agency requesting the freezing, and determining that the law enforcement permission has the permission to execute the service transaction;
if the determined service type is a bank control type, acquiring a current limit type and a historical effective limit type of the service transaction from the service transaction freezing control request, inquiring a preset limit exclusion parameter table, and determining that the current limit type and the historical effective limit type are not mutually exclusive.
And the freezing control processing module 304 is configured to extract information in the service transaction freezing control request according to a preset freezing control table, and fill the extracted information in the freezing control table, so that a bank receiving the service transaction freezing control request performs freezing control processing on the service transaction freezing control request according to the filled freezing control table and the execution authority.
In the embodiment of the invention, as an optional embodiment, the freezing control table is obtained by collecting the information of each transaction service, and performing data and modeling on the collected information.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the freezing control processing of the service transaction according to the filled freezing control table includes:
inquiring the filled freezing control table to obtain the limiting effect corresponding to the determined service type;
and processing the business transaction freezing control request according to the flow corresponding to the limiting effect.
In the embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the limiting effect includes but is not limited to: no payment, no payment and frozen control of money amount.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the apparatus further includes:
and a validity check module (not shown in the figure) for determining that the extracted restriction category parameter passes the validity check.
In an embodiment of the present invention, as an optional embodiment, the validity checking module includes:
and the validity check unit of the time limit difference is used for extracting the expiration date in the business transaction freezing control request, calculating the time limit difference between the expiration date and the current date, and determining that the calculated time limit difference can not exceed the maximum time limit number set in the parameter table of the limitation type.
In this embodiment of the present invention, as another optional embodiment, the validity checking module 302 further includes:
and the frozen amount validity checking unit is used for determining that the limiting effect corresponding to the business transaction is amount freezing control, extracting the frozen amount in the business transaction freezing control request and the available balance of the frozen account, and determining that the frozen amount does not exceed the available balance.
In this embodiment, as a further optional embodiment, the validity checking module further includes:
and the communication transaction validity checking unit is used for acquiring a website for transacting the service transaction from the service transaction freezing control request and determining that the website is not a website except for the account opening website of the frozen account.
In this embodiment, as a further optional embodiment, the validity checking module further includes: and the layer validity checking unit is used for acquiring the current freezing layer from the service transaction freezing control request and determining that the current freezing layer does not exceed the maximum freezing layer set in the restricted type parameter table.
As shown in fig. 4, an embodiment of the present application provides a computer device 400, configured to execute the freezing control method for the business transaction in fig. 1, where the device includes a memory 401, a processor 402 connected to the memory 401 through a bus, and a computer program stored in the memory 401 and executable on the processor 402, where the processor 402 implements the steps of the freezing control method for the business transaction when executing the computer program.
Specifically, the memory 401 and the processor 402 can be general-purpose memory and processor, which are not limited in particular, and when the processor 402 runs the computer program stored in the memory 401, the freezing control method for the business transaction can be executed.
Corresponding to the freezing control method for the business transaction in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program is executed by a processor to perform the steps of the freezing control method for the business transaction.
Specifically, the storage medium can be a general-purpose storage medium, such as a removable disk, a hard disk, or the like, and when the computer program on the storage medium is executed, the freezing control method for the business transaction can be executed.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system and method may be implemented in other ways. The above-described system embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one type of logical functional division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, and for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection of systems or units through some communication interfaces, and may be in an electrical, mechanical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and parts displayed as units may or may not be physical units, may be located in one position, or may be distributed on multiple network units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
In addition, functional units in the embodiments provided in the present application may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present application or portions thereof that substantially contribute to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product stored in a storage medium and including instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present application. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: various media capable of storing program codes, such as a usb disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk, or an optical disk.
It should be noted that: like reference numbers and letters refer to like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, it need not be further defined and explained in subsequent figures, and moreover, the terms "first", "second", "third", etc. are used merely to distinguish one description from another and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above-mentioned embodiments are only specific embodiments of the present application, and are used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, but not limiting the same, and the scope of the present application is not limited thereto, and although the present application is described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that: those skilled in the art can still make modifications or changes to the embodiments described in the foregoing embodiments, or make equivalent substitutions for some features, within the technical scope of the present disclosure; such modifications, changes or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present application. Claims (10)
1. A method for freeze control of a business transaction, comprising:
receiving a service transaction freezing control request, and extracting a limitation type parameter contained in the service transaction freezing control request according to a preset limitation type parameter table;
determining the service type according to the information of the requester who initiates the service freezing control request;
inquiring a preset service type preprocessing table according to the determined service type, and determining an execution authority corresponding to the determined service type;
and extracting the information in the business transaction freezing control request according to a preset freezing control table, and filling the extracted information in the freezing control table so that a bank system receiving the business transaction freezing control request performs freezing control processing on the business transaction freezing control request according to the filled freezing control table and the execution authority.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: and determining that the extracted limitation type parameters pass the validity check.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the validity check comprises a deadline difference validity check, and wherein the determining that the extracted limit category parameter passes the validity check comprises:
extracting an expiration date in the business transaction freezing control request, calculating a time limit difference between the expiration date and the current date, and determining that the calculated time limit difference does not exceed the maximum time limit number set in the limitation type parameter table; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the validity check comprises a frozen amount validity check, and the determining that the extracted limitation category parameter passes the validity check comprises:
determining that the limiting effect corresponding to the business transaction is money freezing control, extracting the frozen money in the business transaction freezing control request and the available balance of the frozen account, and determining that the frozen money does not exceed the available balance; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the validity check comprises a clearing check, and the determination that the extracted limitation type parameter passes the validity check comprises:
acquiring a website transacting the service transaction from the service transaction freezing control request, and determining that the website is not a website except for an account opening website of a frozen account; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
the validity check comprises a hierarchical validity check, and the determining that the extracted limitation type parameter passes the validity check comprises:
and acquiring the current freezing level from the service transaction freezing control request, and determining that the current freezing level does not exceed the maximum freezing level set in the limitation type parameter table.
4. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the determining the service type according to the information of the requester who initiates the service transaction freeze control request comprises:
and if the requester information is judicial authority, determining that the service type is judicial authority freezing class, and if the freezing control request is non-judicial authority, determining that the service type is bank control class.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein the querying a preset service type preprocessing table according to the determined service type to determine the execution permission corresponding to the determined service type comprises:
if the determined service type comprises a judicial authority freezing class, inquiring a preset judicial authority parameter table, acquiring the law enforcement authority of the judicial authority requesting to freeze, and determining that the law enforcement authority has the authority to execute the service transaction;
if the determined service type comprises a bank control type, acquiring a current limit type and a historical effective limit type of the service transaction from the service transaction freezing control request, inquiring a preset limit exclusion parameter table, and determining that the current limit type and the historical effective limit type are not mutually exclusive.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein said performing a freeze control process of the transaction freeze control request comprises:
inquiring the filled freezing control table, and acquiring a limiting effect corresponding to the determined service type;
and processing the business transaction freezing control request according to the flow corresponding to the limiting effect.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the priority order number of the judicial freezing class is higher than the priority order number of the bank control class.
8. A freeze control apparatus for transaction transactions, comprising:
the parameter extraction module is used for receiving a business transaction freezing control request and extracting a limitation type parameter contained in the business transaction freezing control request according to a preset limitation type parameter table;
the service type determining module is used for determining the service type according to the information of the requester who initiates the service freezing control request;
the authority determining module is used for inquiring a preset service type preprocessing table according to the determined service type and determining the execution authority corresponding to the determined service type;
and the freezing control processing module is used for extracting the information in the business transaction freezing control request according to a preset freezing control table and filling the extracted information in the freezing control table so that a bank receiving the business transaction freezing control request performs freezing control processing on the business transaction freezing control request according to the filled freezing control table and the execution authority.
9. A computer device, comprising: a processor, a memory and a bus, the memory storing machine-readable instructions executable by the processor, the processor and the memory communicating over the bus when a computer device is running, the machine-readable instructions when executed by the processor performing the steps of the method of freeze control of a transaction according to any of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium has stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, performs the steps of the method for freeze control of a service transaction according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
