Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is further described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in combination with specific embodiments.
It should be noted that technical terms or scientific terms used in the embodiments of the present application should have a general meaning as understood by those having ordinary skill in the art to which the present application belongs, unless otherwise defined. The word "comprising" or "comprises", and the like, means that the element or item listed before the word covers the element or item listed after the word and its equivalents, but does not exclude other elements or items. The terms "connected" or "coupled" and the like are not restricted to physical or mechanical connections, but may include electrical connections, whether direct or indirect.
In a discrete manufacturing production line in the aerospace and military industries, the produced products are mainly used in important and precise equipment, so that strict requirements, strict standards and high safety are required for quality management of the products. In the production process of the product, the technical requirements on machining, assembly, debugging and inspection are extremely high, the production is finished in a specified time, and the safety and reliability are extremely high, namely the data in the production process of the product must be managed in a full life cycle, and the quality data can be completely traced. In the delivery process of the product, the product needs to be delivered together with report files such as a matched quality tracking book, a certificate, a process report, envelope analysis, a packing list, a quality inspection list, a military inspection list, a qualification certificate and the like.
In most current production lines, the report files need to be manually completed by a large amount of time and energy consumed by process personnel, the workload is very complicated and huge, and errors are easy to occur in the process. In order to guarantee the correctness and reliability of delivery report data, corresponding inspectors are added to carry out secondary confirmation on report files.
In part of production lines, a production report template is formulated, and product data is automatically filled in the production report template to obtain a production report. However, the production report template needs to be customized and programmed for each product to obtain the production report template, and in a discrete manufacturing production line of the aerospace and military industries, the types and the types of the produced products are many, the corresponding production report file templates are different, the customized programming needs to be performed for each production report file template of each product, the workload is large, and a large amount of time and energy of workers need to be consumed.
Based on the fact that the workload of the customized programming production report template in the related art is too large, the embodiment of the application provides a production report template establishing method and a production report generating method.
According to the production report template establishing method and the production report generating method, when the product is replaced, the production report template corresponding to the new product can be obtained only by establishing the data item according to the product data of the new product and connecting the data item with the task item, reprogramming is not needed, and the workload for manufacturing the production report template is greatly reduced.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for creating a production report template according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present application provides a production report template establishing method, including:
s1, determining product data for establishing a production report template. The product data is stored in the database by the technologist according to the actual condition of the produced product, and the product data can include information such as process requirements, qualified range, and superior range.
In specific implementation, the product data may be determined according to process data in the production process of the product, which needs to be recorded in the production report, and may include, for example, room temperature during production, humidity during production, ingredient calculation during production, process time during production, shape parameters of the product, and other data.
And S2, establishing a data item in a database according to the product data. Wherein the attributes of the data item include a data name and a data value.
In specific implementation, the name of the product data may be used as a data name, and the attribute of the data item may further include other information related to the product data, such as technical requirements, data units, and the like.
Therefore, structured storage of product data is achieved, the data values of the obtained product data are stored in the data values of the data items in production, and the data values can be directly called to complete production report generation when a production report is generated.
And S3, determining a task item corresponding to a target production task stored in the database in advance, wherein the attribute of the task item comprises a task name and task execution node information. Responsive to determining that the data name matches the task name, the data item is connected with the task item.
In the production process of the product, the whole production process can be decomposed into a plurality of production tasks, the production can be processes or work steps, the name of product data obtained by each production task can be used as a task name, the task execution node information can comprise the name of the processes or the work steps and departments or personnel in charge of the task execution node, and the task execution node can be a lower computer or a terminal.
During specific implementation, all task items which can be performed by all production lines can be stored in a database in advance, and the task items can be newly added or changed along with a new production task, so that the task items always correspond to actual production.
Therefore, the information of all production tasks on the production line is recorded through the task items, the production process of the product corresponds to part of the production tasks, the data items of the product are connected with the corresponding task items, the task execution node information corresponding to one item of product data of the product can be determined and obtained, when the production task occurs, the corresponding task execution node information issues the data acquisition task, and the data value corresponding to the product data can be obtained in the production process. And when the production report template is established for other products, the data value corresponding to the product data of the new product can be obtained in the production process only by connecting the corresponding task item according to the data item of the new product.
As an alternative embodiment, the data name may include a name body part and a code part. The name body portion is the same as one of the task names of the task items, and the data items linked by different production report templates include different encoded portions. And matching the data item with the name main part and the task item with the same name main part and the same task name.
Thus, confusion of a plurality of data of the same name of the same product is prevented. For example, a rework task is generated in the production of a product, the rework task is the same as the main part of the name of the data item of the normal task, but the rework task and the normal task have different production report templates, so that the same name data in different processes can be distinguished by adding different encoding parts according to different production report templates.
As an alternative embodiment, the attribute of the data item may further include a data item number, and different data items include different data item numbers.
In this way, the distinction between different data items is increased, and confusion between different data items is prevented.
Optionally, the data item number may include a number body portion and a sequence number portion.
The data items corresponding to the product data of different products include different number body parts. The sequence number is generated based in part on a preset generation rule.
In specific implementation, the main numbering part may be an abbreviation of a product, and the content of the main numbering part is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
In this way, confusion of data of the same name of different products is prevented. For example, the data names of the data items in the same production report templates of different products are the same, but the data item numbers of different data items are different, so that the product to which the data item belongs can be determined according to the data item numbers, and errors of the same-name data among different products can be prevented.
As an alternative embodiment, the sequence number part may also be generated by the following method:
the sequence number portion is generated according to the order established by the data items, with the sequence number portion later in time of establishment being greater than the sequence number portion earlier in time of establishment. Wherein the sequence number portion may be a number.
In this way, the order of creation of the data items can be determined by the size of the numbers, and each data item number is ensured to have uniqueness without generating identical serial number portions.
As an alternative embodiment, before generating the sequence number portion, the number of bits of the sequence number portion may also be set.
In specific implementation, the number of digits of the serial number part can be set according to the number of product data of the product. For example, when the number of product data is less than 1000, the number of digits of the number part may be set to 3, i.e., number part is 001 to 999, and when the number of product data is less than 10000, the number of digits of the number part may be set to 4, i.e., number part is 0001 to 9999.
Thus, the number of product data is prevented from exceeding the numerical range of the serial number portion, and an error is prevented from being generated.
And S4, establishing a production report template according to the product data, and linking the product data position in the production report template with the data value of the corresponding data item. The production report template can be transmitted to the task execution node according to the task execution node information.
In specific implementation, the product data location may be blank, a default value, a data item name, or a data item number, and the content of the product data location is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Therefore, the production report can be obtained according to the production report template only by transmitting the production report template to the task execution node, storing the product data as a data value into the data item by the task execution node, and replacing the position of the product data by the data value through a link.

and M1, transmitting the production report template to a task execution node, so that the task execution node stores the obtained actual numerical value of the product data as a data value into a data item.
Thus, by transmitting the production report template to the task execution node that obtains the data values of the data items in the production report template, the department or personnel in charge of the task execution node can control the task execution node to store the actual values as data values into the data items according to the actual values of the product data obtained in the production process.
And M2, replacing the product data position in the production report template with the data value of the linked data item to obtain the production report.
In this way, the product data position in the production report template is automatically replaced by the data value through the program, and the production report with the product data information is obtained.
As an alternative embodiment, transmitting the production report template to the task execution node includes:
and transmitting the production report template to a production management system so that the production management system transmits the production report template to the corresponding task execution node according to the task execution node information of the task item.
Therefore, the production report template and the production task can be simultaneously transmitted to the task execution node through the unified transmission of the production management system, the task execution node is ensured to store the product data into the data item as a data value, and data storage omission is prevented.
As an alternative embodiment, the actual value of the product data can also be obtained in the production task by the following method:
automatically collecting device data, manually entering or calling data values of other data items.
