the labeling manipulator 301 comprises a mounting bracket 3011, a driving motor 3012, a movement mechanism 3013 and a grabbing mechanism 3014; the driving motor 3012 is fixed at one end of the mounting bracket 3011, a rotating shaft 3015 is installed at the other end of the mounting bracket 3011, a motor shaft of the driving motor 3012 is connected with the rotating shaft 3015 through a toothed belt, the moving mechanism 3013 is installed on the toothed belt, and the moving mechanism 3013 is driven to move back and forth on the mounting bracket 3011 through the toothed belt; a pneumatic device 3016 is installed between the grabbing mechanism 3014 and the moving mechanism 3013, and the grabbing mechanism 3014 is driven by the pneumatic device 3016 to be lifted and lowered on the moving mechanism 3013.
The picking robot 302 is similar in structure to the labeling robot 301 except that the gripping structure for gripping the label carrying tray 201 is slightly different.
Referring to fig. 5, the length counting device 4 comprises a floor stand 401, a U-shaped mounting rack 402 mounted on the top of the floor stand, and a worm gear screw lifter 403 mounted below the U-shaped mounting rack 402, wherein a guide wheel 403, a width adjusting mechanism 404 and a pinch roller assembly 405 are mounted inside the U-shaped mounting rack 402;
the two guide wheels 403 are respectively arranged at two ends of the U-shaped mounting frame 402, and a meter counter for monitoring the number of turns is arranged on a rotating shaft of one guide wheel;
the width adjusting mechanism 404 comprises two distance adjusting bases 4041 arranged on the U-shaped mounting frame 402, a stop pillar 4042 arranged on the distance adjusting bases and a rotary hand wheel 4043, the rotary hand wheel 4043 is connected with a screw rod, the screw rod is connected with the distance adjusting bases 4041 through threads, and the relative distance between the two distance adjusting bases 4041 is adjusted by rotating the hand wheel;
