The handle is favorable for rotating the winding rod 33, the nut can fix the winding rod 33, and when the lens 41 observes the organ part subjected to the operation, the cleaning towel 31 is not easy to extend out of the accommodating groove 11.
The use method of the lens cleaner comprises the following steps:
firstly, a minimally invasive incision is formed in the chest of a patient, and the mounting sleeve 1 enters the minimally invasive incision along with the lens 41 of the endoscope. When the endoscope is inserted, the cleaning cloth 31 is held in the holding groove 11, the cold light source interface of the holding endoscope faces to the side away from the operating doctor, and the lens 41 faces to the organ part to be operated in the thoracic cavity of the patient, so that the lens 41 can clearly observe the organ part to be operated. Then, when the lens 41 is contaminated and unclear in the operation process, one of the winding rods 33 is rotated to extend the cleaning cloth 31 out of the accommodating groove 11 to reach the lower side of the lens 41, so that the lens 41 is cleaned. Finally, suction pump 16 is activated to remove fumes generated during the procedure through suction tube 15.
Example two:
as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the cleaning member 3 includes a first plate 34 and a second plate 35, and the first plate 34 and the second plate 35 are each covered with a cleaning pad; the first plate 34 is hinged with one side of the mounting sleeve 1, a reset elastic sheet 5 is arranged at a hinged point, and the second plate 35 is hinged with the other side of the mounting sleeve 1, and a reset elastic sheet 5 is arranged at a hinged point; in the original state of the reset spring 5, the first plate 34 and the second plate 35 form a cover plate capable of covering the lens 41. The fixing member 2 is a connecting sleeve, the connecting sleeve surrounds the port of the mounting sleeve 1, and the connecting sleeve is sleeved on the lens 41 and is in threaded connection with the lens. When the connecting sleeve rotates, the mounting sleeve 1 rotates along with the connecting sleeve, the first plate 34 and the second plate 35 rotate to move upwards, the lens is cleaned by rotating to wipe the lens, and the lens is cleaner. First board 34 and second board 35 rebound, first board 34 and second board 35 overcome respectively and reset shell fragment 5, rotate round the pin joint to accomodate between installation cover 1 and camera lens 41, do benefit to the tip of camera lens 41 and leak the installation cover 1 outside and clearly observe the internal organs position of accepting the operation.
Optionally, both sides of the mounting sleeve 1 are provided with groove-shaped pivot seats 17, the first plate 34 and the second plate 35 are provided with insertion blocks 36, the insertion blocks 36 are inserted into the grooves of the pivot seats 17, and the pivot seats 17 are provided with pivots passing through both sides of the pivot seats 17 and the insertion blocks 36. The reset elastic sheet 5 is composed of a connecting part 51 and a bending part 52 formed by bending one side of the connecting part 51; in the initial state of the reset elastic sheet 5, the connecting portion 51 and the bending portion 52 are perpendicular to each other.
The use method of the lens cleaner comprises the following steps:
firstly, a minimally invasive incision is formed in the chest of a patient, and the mounting sleeve 1 enters the minimally invasive incision along with the lens 41 of the endoscope. When the endoscope is inserted, the first plate 34 and the second plate 35 are kept to be folded and contained in a gap between the mounting sleeve 1 and the lens 41 of the endoscope, the cold light source interface of the endoscope is kept to face the side far away from an operation doctor, and the lens 41 of the endoscope faces the angle of the organ part to be operated in the thoracic cavity of a patient, so that the lens 41 can clearly observe the organ part to be operated. Secondly, during the operation, the lens 41 is polluted and unclear, and the fixing member 2 is rotated clockwise to move the mounting sleeve 1 downwards. After the first plate 34 and the second plate 35 are far away from the lens 41, the first plate 34 and the second plate 35 form a cover plate covering the lens 41 in the original state of the reset spring 5 of the first plate 34 and the second plate 35. Thirdly, the fixing part 2 is rotated anticlockwise, the cover plate contacts the lens 41 of the cavity mirror, and the cleaning pad on the cover plate wipes the end part of the lens 41 of the cavity mirror due to the fact that the mounting sleeve 1 rotates along with the fixing part 2. Then, the fixing element 2 is rotated counterclockwise continuously, the first plate 34 and the second plate 35 are folded and stored in the gap between the mounting sleeve 1 and the lens 41, and the lens 41 can clearly observe the organ part to be operated. Finally, suction pump 16 is activated to remove smoke generated during the procedure through suction tube 15. The cleaning pad can also wipe the lens 41 side of the cavity mirror during folding of the first and second plates 34, 35.
It should be understood that all the above embodiments are illustrative and not restrictive, and that various modifications and changes may be made in the specific embodiments described above by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
