The hot-bonding modified asphalt waterproof coating is solid at normal temperature and comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 40-55% of asphalt, 5-15% of modifier, 11-19% of adhesive, 1-6% of bonding compensation agent, 12-21% of softening agent, 1-5% of plasticizer and 3-8% of filler. The working temperature of the asphalt waterproof coating is lower than 160 ℃, and smoke is not generated; the waterproof material has excellent impermeability, low-temperature flexibility (-30 ℃) and fatigue resistance, and also has higher elongation at break and bonding strength, is fully bonded with a base surface and a coiled material, is not cured for a long time, ensures reliable bonding of the lap joint of the coiled material, and improves the reliability and durability of a waterproof system.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of polymers, and particularly relates to a hot-bonding modified asphalt waterproof coating for a waterproof system of a concrete pavement or a bridge deck and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The deck waterproofing system of concrete pavements, especially concrete bridges (including highway bridges and railway bridges), is an important technical means for improving the structural durability. The waterproof system of the concrete road generally adopts the steps of firstly paving a hot-melt modified asphalt waterproof coil material layer on a concrete base layer, and then pouring concrete or asphalt with a certain thickness as a protective layer. The deck waterproofing performance depends on whether the coil is capable of fully bonding to the base and whether there is a strong overlap between the coils, with no gaps. When laying the hot-melt modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, firstly arranging the coiled material, cutting according to the accurate size, rewinding each coil from the end to the middle, melting the isolation film by flame, immediately rolling forwards to lay the coil so as to completely bond the coil on the base layer, and then repeatedly making the other half of the coil. Subsequent webs are staggered where the ends overlap. The laying process causes more lap joints of the coiled materials and has relatively low reliability; and the edge sealing effect of the waterproof wall, the drain hole and other parts is not easy to ensure. Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention provides a hot-bonding modified asphalt waterproof coating. The asphalt waterproof coating is solid at room temperature and is convenient to store and transport. The asphalt waterproof coating and the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material on the asphalt waterproof coating replace the traditional hot-melt modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, and open fire is not needed in a construction site; the solid asphalt waterproof coating in the prior art needs to be heated to over 180 ℃ during construction, and the heating temperature of the asphalt waterproof coating is not higher than 160 ℃ during construction. Therefore, the asphalt waterproof coating does not generate smoke during construction. the adhesive is selected from one or more of rosin resin, terpene resin, petroleum resin, medium molecular weight polyisobutylene with viscosity average molecular weight of 35000-55000, T612 viscosity index improver, T613 viscosity index improver and T614 viscosity index improver;
the softener is selected from one or more of turpentine, chlorinated paraffin, white oil, reduced-trilinear furfural extract oil, naphthenic oil and vegetable oil;
the plasticizer is selected from one or more of cobalt naphthenate, diisobutyl cyclohexanedicarboxylate (DIBCH), trioctyl trimellitate (TOTM), environmentally-friendly n-tributyl citrate (TBC), dioctyl phthalate (DOP) and dioctyl adipate (DOA);

c) Weighing the asphalt in the flowing state obtained in the step b), transferring the asphalt into a container with a heat preservation and stirring device, slowly adding a modifier, a softener and a plasticizer, stirring at a low speed for 1-2 h at 140-160 ℃, keeping the temperature unchanged, and continuously shearing for 1-2 h by using a high-speed shearing machine;
d) Adding the adhesive, the filler and the adhesive compensation agent into the mixed system obtained in the step c), keeping the temperature unchanged, continuously using a high-speed shearing machine, continuously shearing for 1-2 h, cooling, cutting into blocks, sealing, insulating and storing to obtain the adhesive.
Preferably, in the step c), the rotation speed of the low-speed stirring is 50-200 r/min.
Preferably, in said steps c) and d), the high shear rate is 1000 to 2000rpm.

The hot-melt modified asphalt waterproof coating provided by the invention has the synergistic effect of all components. Wherein:

The plasticizer is an asphalt additive, and can effectively improve the flexibility and the stretchability of the material and improve the impact resistance while improving the low-temperature resistance and the high-temperature viscosity of the asphalt. In addition, the plasticizer also has a certain improvement effect on the temperature sensitivity of the asphalt.
The bonding compensation agent further improves the interface bonding force of the material, the waterproof roll and the concrete base surface, and guarantees the integrity and the water permeability resistance of the composite waterproof system.
The filler further improves the high temperature resistance of the material, absorbs small molecule oil substances and reduces the oil permeability of the material.
In a word, the hot-melt modified asphalt waterproof coating provided by the invention has the solid content of more than or equal to 98%, the hot-melt temperature of less than 160 ℃, and no smoke is generated in the heating process. The hot-melt modified asphalt waterproof coating and the modified asphalt waterproof coiled material of the invention replace the traditional hot-melt asphalt waterproof coiled material, can realize open fire-free construction, and has no smoke emission in the construction. The hot-sticking modified asphalt waterproof coating can fully coat and level the rough base surface of the concrete below the hot-sticking modified asphalt waterproof coating, fully stick and penetrate the waterproof coiled material above the hot-sticking modified asphalt waterproof coating, and ensure that a composite waterproof system has good adhesiveness, tightness, weather resistance, extensibility and crack following property.

d) Adding the adhesive, the filler and the adhesive compensator into the mixed system obtained in the step c), keeping the temperature unchanged, continuously using a high-speed shearing machine, continuously shearing at the shearing rate of 1000-2000 rpm for 1-2 h, cooling, cutting into blocks, sealing, insulating and storing to obtain the adhesive.
The specific construction steps of the hot-bonding modified asphalt waterproof coating applied to the waterproof system of the following examples and comparative examples are as follows:

Compared with the comparative example 1, the amount of the filler is less and only 1 percent, and the heat resistance and the low temperature resistance of the coating are greatly reduced; the amount of the filler in comparative example 2 is large, up to 15%, which affects the elongation at break and the bonding strength of the coating; in the comparative example 3, the dosage of the bonding compensation agent is 0.1 percent, and the bonding strength and the impermeability of the coating are lower; in comparative example 4, the amount of asphalt was only 30%, the high temperature resistance and low temperature resistance of the coating were poor, the elongation at break was small, and the ductility of the coating was poor, which was shown to be poor in the bonding strength with concrete.
