Abstract
The invention discloses a coating method for combining colored Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and liquid silica gel, relating to the technical field of garment processing; the method comprises the following steps: pre-coating for the first time, spraying a JX-AD001 treating agent on the surface of a color polyurethane base material to enable the polyurethane surface layer to be silicon-type treated, drying the sprayed JX-AD001 treating agent by using a drying tunnel, and adopting a JX-AD002 treating agent; the surface layer of the color polyurethane forms an intermediate which can be fused with the liquid silica gel, so that the liquid silica gel and the TPU polyurethane are not layered. According to the invention, the JX-AD001 and JX-AD002 treating agents are adopted, and the two spraying and drying processes are combined, so that the combination effect of the coating and the color polyurethane is good, and the color polyurethane with the same color as the garment fabric can be selected as the base material, so that the finally formed label has the same color as the garment and is more attractive.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of garment processing, in particular to a coating method for combining colored Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and liquid silica gel.
Background
In the industries of garment accessories, trademarks LOGO, shoe materials, silica gel lettering films, sports clothing articles and the like, trademarks of the clothing labels are basically formed by means of matching thermoplastic polyurethane with silica gel coatings, and the Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) is a preferred material for clothing trademark labels because of high bonding strength, high heat resistance and high crystallization speed to clothing fabrics due to the characteristics of TPU, and has great advantages compared with the traditional silica gel labels matched with ironing or heat transfer printing to be combined with the clothing fabrics.
When the garment is used, the thermoplastic polyurethane and the silica gel coating are generally sequentially sprayed on the surface of the garment, and after the garment is cured and qualified, required information such as patterns, characters, LOGO and the like is formed on the garment through processes such as cutting or laser marking.
However, in the prior art, most of the transparent polyurethane is combined with silica gel, the final product is transparent, and the back of the product is mostly milky white or semitransparent, which affects the overall beauty of the trademark.

s3: pre-coating for the second time by adopting a JX-AD002 treating agent; forming an intermediate on the surface layer of the color polyurethane, and fusing the intermediate with the liquid silica gel to ensure that the liquid silica gel and the TPU polyurethane are not layered;
s4: drying, namely drying the JX-AD002 treating agent by using the drying tunnel again;
in the S1, the JX-AD001 treating agent is 51852-81-4 polyurethane, and the viscosity of the JX-AD001 treating agent is 1000-1500mpa.s;
in the S2, the JX-AD002 treating agent comprises 70% -80% of 68951-99-5, 20% -30% of 10279-57-9 and 1% -10% of 2530-83-8.
Preferably: in the S1, 5% of curing agent is mixed in the JX-AD001 treating agent.

In the S2, the JX-AD002 treating agent comprises 68951-99-5 monovinyl-terminated dimethyl and methyl vinyl in 70-80%, 10279-57-9 white carbon black in 20-30% and 2530-83-8 gamma- (2, 3-epoxypropoxy) propyl trimethoxy silane in 1-10%.
In the S1, 5% of curing agent is mixed in the JX-AD001 treating agent.
In the S2, 6 percent of curing agent is mixed in the JX-AD002 treating agent.

In the steps S1 and S2, the drying temperature can influence the drying performance of the coating, so that the final binding force of the finished product is influenced, in the step S1, the drying tunnel temperature is 130 ℃, and in the step S2, the binding force of the finished product and the clothes is stronger and the finished product is not easy to fall off under the condition that the drying tunnel temperature is 120 ℃.

in the S1, the JX-AD001 treating agent is 51852-81-4 polyurethane, and the viscosity of the JX-AD001 treating agent is 1000-1500mpa.s;
in the S2, the JX-AD002 treating agent comprises 70% -80% of 68951-99-5, 20% -30% of 10279-57-9 and 1% -10% of 2530-83-8.

4. A method for coating a colored Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) with liquid silicone rubber according to claim 1 wherein an arch bridge type coating machine is used for each of S1 and S2.
5. The process for coating a combination of a colored Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and a liquid silicone rubber according to claim 4, wherein in step S1, the drying tunnel temperature is 120 to 140 ℃ and the mechanical speed is 5 to 6m/min.
6. The process for coating a combination of a colored Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) and a liquid silicone rubber according to claim 4, wherein in step S2, the drying tunnel temperature is 110 to 130 ℃ and the mechanical speed is 4 to 5m/min.
7. The process for coating a colored Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) in combination with a liquid silicone rubber according to claim 4 wherein in step S1 the tunnel temperature is 130 ℃.
8. The process for coating a colored Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) in combination with a liquid silicone rubber according to claim 4 wherein in step S2 the tunnel temperature is 120 ℃.
9. A coating process of coloured Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) in combination with liquid silicone rubber according to claim 1, characterised in that in S2 the JX-AD002 treatment agent comprises 75% of 68951-99-5, 20% of 10279-57-9, 5% of 2530-83-8.
