Technical Field
The present invention relates to an oil dispersion stick-like cosmetic composition containing a vegetable butter having improved spreadability and excellent viscous feeling.
Background
The oil-dispersed stick cosmetic composition can be easily applied to the skin without using an additional product such as a puff, and has convenience and an excellent moisturizing feeling, and thus has recently been receiving wide attention from consumers.
Generally, stick cosmetic compositions are prepared by including a vegetable wax or a synthetic wax having a high melting point (e.g., 70 ℃ to 80 ℃) in such a manner as to improve the stability of the product due to the characteristics of the product prepared in a solid form. However, the stick-type cosmetic composition has high molding stability at high temperature, but has disadvantages in that spreadability is not good due to the use of a large amount of vegetable wax or synthetic wax, and the stick-type cosmetic composition is viscous due to the use of a large amount of oil.
On the other hand, when the Vegetable butter (Vegetable butter) has a form of a solid or a solid analog according to temperature, the spreadability of the cosmetic is improved due to a property that it is easily pushed away even with a small force as the hardness changes with temperature. Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, the present inventors have made intensive studies to develop an oil dispersion stick-type cosmetic composition, and have found that a coating feel and a viscous feel, which are disadvantages of the conventional oil dispersion stick-type cosmetic composition, are improved by including a plant butter, and a precipitation phenomenon caused by a low melting point of the plant butter is improved. As a result, it was confirmed that an oil dispersion stick-like cosmetic composition containing a plant butter, a hydrocarbon oil and a wax, a plant oil and a wax, an ester oil and a fatty alcohol at an appropriate weight ratio does not cause precipitation of the plant butter from the product, and shows a non-viscous and refreshing feeling in use.

In the present invention, the oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition may comprise vegetable butter, hydrocarbon oil and wax, vegetable oil and wax, ester oil and fatty alcohol.
In the present invention, the weight ratio of the vegetable butter, hydrocarbon oil and wax, vegetable oil and wax, ester oil and fatty alcohol may be 1 to 0.1 to 0.5.
In the present invention, the vegetable Butter may be one or more selected from the group consisting of shea Butter (sheabutton), mango Seed Butter (mango Seed Butter), cupuacu Butter (Cupuacu Seed Butter), cacao Seed Butter (Cacao Seed Butter), mukuwang fruit palm Seed Butter (Astrocaryum Murumuru Seed Butter), indian vine Seed Butter (Garcinia Indica Seed Butter), and buckeye double Seed Butter (horse Robusta Seed Butter), but is not limited thereto.
In the present invention, the content of the vegetable butter may be 1.0 to 10.0 weight percent, 1.0 to 7.0 weight percent, 1.0 to 5.0 weight percent, 3.0 to 10.0 weight percent, 3.0 to 7.0 weight percent, 3.0 to 5.0 weight percent, for example, 5.0 weight percent, relative to the total weight of the cosmetic composition, but is not limited thereto.
In the present invention, the hydrocarbon Oil and Wax may be one or more selected from the group consisting of hexadecane (exotexadecane), squalane (squalane), hydrogenated Polydecene (Hydrogenated and Polydecene), polybutene (Polybutene), siloxine (Ceresin), microcrystalline Wax (Microcrystalline Wax and Wax), mineral Oil (Mineral Oil), paraffin Wax (parafin), petrolatum (petroleum) and Ozokerite (Ozokerite), but not limited thereto.
In the present invention, the hydrocarbon oil and the wax may be contained in an amount of 0.5 to 5.0 weight percent, 0.5 to 4.5 weight percent, 0.5 to 4.0 weight percent, 0.5 to 3.5 weight percent, 0.5 to 3.0 weight percent, 0.5 to 2.5 weight percent, 0.5 to 2.0 weight percent, 1.0 to 5.0 weight percent, 1.0 to 4.5 weight percent, 1.0 to 4.0 weight percent, 1.0 to 3.5 weight percent, 1.0 to 3.0 weight percent, 1.0 to 2.5 weight percent, 1.0 to 2.0 weight percent, for example, 1.5 weight percent, with respect to the total weight of the cosmetic composition, but not limited thereto.
In the present invention, the vegetable Oil and Wax may be selected from the group consisting of Sunflower Oil (Sunflower Oil) Seed Oil (Oil), macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil (Macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil), apple Seed Oil (apple Seed Oil), camellia Oil (Camellia Oil), olive Oil (Olive Oil), meadowfoam Seed Oil (Meadowfoam Seed Oil), sunflower Wax (Sunflower Oil) Seed Oil (Sunflower Seed Oil), candelilla Wax (Candelilla Wax), beeswax (beewax), carnauba Wax (Carnauba) Wax, coconut Oil (Coconut Oil), canola Oil (Canola Oil), apricot Oil (Apricot Oil), corn Oil (Corn Oil), corn Oil (maize Oil), corn Oil (Corn Oil), corn Oil (Grape Seed Oil (maize Oil), corn Oil (Corn Oil ), corn Oil (Corn Oil, corn Oil (Corn Oil).
In the present invention, the content of the vegetable oil and the wax may be 20.0 to 60.0 weight percent, 20.0 to 55.0 weight percent, 20.0 to 50.0 weight percent, 20.0 to 45.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 60.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 55.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 50.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 45.0 weight percent, 30.0 to 60.0 weight percent, 30.0 to 55.0 weight percent, 30.0 to 50.0 weight percent, 30.0 to 45.0 weight percent, 35.0 to 60.0 weight percent, 35.0 to 55.0 weight percent, 35.0 to 50.0 weight percent, 35.0 to 45.0 weight percent, 40.0 to 60.0 weight percent, 40.0 to 55.0 weight percent, 40.0 to 50.0 weight percent, 40.0 to 45.0 weight percent, such as but not limited to the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
In the present invention, the ester-based oil may be one or more selected from the group consisting of Cetyl Ethylhexanoate (cethyl ethyl hexanoate), phytosterol/octyldodecanol Lauroyl Glutamate (Phytosteryl/octyldocyclyl Lauroyl Glutamate), isostearyl Isostearate (Isostearyl Isostearate), diisostearyl Malate (Diisostearyl and maleate), triisocaprylic glyceride (Triethylhexanoin), polyglyceryl-2Triisostearate (Polyglyceryl-2 Triisostearate), pentaerythritol Tetraisostearate (Pentaerythrityl Tetraisostearate), ethylhexyl Palmitate (Ethylhexyl Palmitate), dioctyl Carbonate (dicapryl Carbonate), and Isopropyl Palmitate (Isopropyl Palmitate), but is not limited thereto.
In the present invention, the content of the ester oil may be 10.0 to 50.0 weight percent, 10.0 to 45.0 weight percent, 10.0 to 40.0 weight percent, 10.0 to 35.0 weight percent, 10.0 to 30.0 weight percent, 15.0 to 50.0 weight percent, 15.0 to 45.0 weight percent, 15.0 to 40.0 weight percent, 15.0 to 35.0 weight percent, 15.0 to 30.0 weight percent, 20.0 to 50.0 weight percent, 20.0 to 45.0 weight percent, 20.0 to 40.0 weight percent, 20.0 to 35.0 weight percent, 20.0 to 30.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 50.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 45.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 40.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 35.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 30.0 weight percent, such as but not limited to 0 weight percent, relative to the total weight of the cosmetic composition, for example, 0 to 45.0 weight percent, 0 to 40.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 35.0 weight percent, 25.0 to 30.0 weight percent, 0 to 30.0 weight percent, 0 weight percent, such as 0 to 30.0 weight percent, 0 to 30.0 weight percent.
In the present invention, the fatty Alcohol may be one or more selected from the group consisting of Octyldodecanol (Octyldodecanol), stearyl Alcohol (Stearyl Alcohol), cetearyl Alcohol (Cetearyl Alcohol), and Cetyl Alcohol (Cetyl Alcohol), but is not limited thereto.
In the present invention, the content of the fatty alcohol may be 0.5 weight percent to 10.0 weight percent, for example, 5.0 weight percent, with respect to the total weight of the cosmetic composition, but is not limited thereto.
In the present invention, the oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition may further include an antioxidant and a thickener, but is not limited thereto.
The present invention relates to an oil-dispersible stick-type cosmetic composition containing a vegetable butter, which is a stable solid formulation obtained by mixing a vegetable butter, a hydrocarbon oil and a wax, a vegetable oil and a wax, an ester oil and a fatty alcohol at an appropriate mixing ratio, and which can provide an excellent coating feel and an effect of improving a sticky feel, and has an excellent effect of preventing the vegetable butter from being deposited.
Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the following examples. However, these examples are only for illustrating the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these examples.
Preparation example 1: preparation of examples
Examples 1 to 3 were prepared according to the ingredients and contents described in table 1 below.

All raw materials were metered into a beaker according to the respective components and contents described in table 1 above, followed by uniformly mixing at 25rpm for 5 minutes using a vacuum emulsifier (Agi-Mixer) while heating at 75 to 85 ℃. Next, the cosmetic compositions of examples 1 to 3 were prepared by removing air bubbles and cooling.
Preparation example 1: preparation of comparative example
Comparative examples 1 to 5 were prepared according to the components and contents described in table 2 below.

All the raw materials were measured into a beaker according to the respective components and contents described in the above table 2, and then uniformly mixed at 25rpm for 5 minutes using a vacuum emulsifier (Agi-Mixer) while heating at 75 to 85 ℃. Next, the cosmetic compositions of each of comparative examples 1 to 5 were prepared by removing bubbles and cooling.
Experimental example 1: evaluation of dosage form stability
The stability of the dosage forms of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 5 was evaluated. The respective cosmetic compositions were allowed to stand for 1 day, 5 days, 1 week, 2 weeks and 4 weeks under conditions of 4 ℃, room temperature, 37 ℃,45 ℃ and Cycle (Cycle) (the storage temperature was changed to-4 ℃ and 45 ℃ every 24 hours, and 3 times), and the stability of the formulations was evaluated, and the results are shown in table 3 below. The evaluation criteria are as follows.

From table 3 above, it was confirmed that the dosage forms of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 and 3 still had good stability even after 4 weeks from the preparation. However, the dosage forms of comparative examples 2 and 4 were unstable after 5 days from the preparation, and the stability of the dosage form of comparative example 5 was evaluated as low as the form could not be formed into a rod.
Example 2: sensory evaluation
30 professional female panelists aged 25 to 45 were divided into two groups each appropriately adjusted to examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4 for the face and the back of the hand, after which the spreadability and the sticky feeling were evaluated according to the following evaluations. Comparative example 5 was excluded from sensory evaluation because the formulation stability was unstable and the stick could not be formed.
Among the above evaluation criteria, spreadability was evaluated to determine whether the prepared oil-dispersed stick cosmetic composition was smoothly applied to the face and back of the hand. The sticky feeling was evaluated as to whether the prepared oil dispersion stick-like cosmetic composition was applied to the face and back of the hand and the sticky feeling was felt on the hand after the cosmetic composition was absorbed.
The evaluation of each item was performed according to the five-point scale method standard of extremely high (5 points), high (4 points), normal (3 points), low (2 points), and extremely low (1 point), and the higher the score is, the more excellent the spreadability is, and the lower the score is, the less sticky the sticky feeling is. Further, the evaluation results are shown in table 4 below.

From table 4 above, it can be confirmed that examples 1 to 3 each show higher evaluation in the spreadability and the sticky feeling evaluation than comparative examples 1 to 4. In particular, example 2 exhibited the most excellent spreadability and a feeling of use without stickiness. However, the spreadability of comparative examples 1 to 4 was less than 3.0, and it was found that the spreadability was evaluated to be low.
Claims (12)
1. An oil-dispersed stick cosmetic composition comprises vegetable butter, hydrocarbon oil and wax, vegetable oil and wax, ester oil and fatty alcohol.
2. The oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition of claim 1, wherein the weight ratio of the vegetable butter, hydrocarbon oil and wax, vegetable oil and wax, ester oil and fatty alcohol is from 1.1 to 0.5 to 20.
3. The oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the vegetable butter is one or more selected from the group consisting of shea butter, mango seed butter, cupuasu seed butter, cacao seed butter, muruscus seed butter, indian gamboge seed butter and buckeye double seed butter.
4. An oil-dispersing stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the plant butter content is from 1.0 to 10.0 weight percent relative to the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
5. The oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the hydrocarbon oil and wax are one or more selected from the group consisting of exocetyl alkane, squalane, hydrogenated polydecene, polybutene, silodosin, microcrystalline wax, mineral oil, paraffin, petrolatum, and ceresin.
6. An oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the hydrocarbon oil and the wax are contained in an amount of 0.5 to 5.0% by weight relative to the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
7. The oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil and wax are one or more selected from the group consisting of sunflower seed oil, macadamia integrifolia seed oil, apple seed oil, camellia oil, olive oil, meadowfoam seed oil, sunflower seed wax, candelilla wax, beeswax, carnauba wax, coconut oil, canola oil, almond oil, sweet almond oil, corn oil, grape seed oil, castor bean oil, avocado oil, jojoba seed oil, and acanthaceae seed oil.
8. An oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the vegetable oil and the wax are contained in an amount of 20.0 to 60.0 wt% based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
9. An oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the ester oil is one or more selected from the group consisting of cetyl ethylhexanoate, phytosterol/octyldodecanol lauroyl glutamate, isostearyl isostearate, diisostearyl malate, triisocaprylic glyceride, polyglyceryl-2triisostearate, pentaerythritol tetraisostearate, ethylhexyl palmitate, dioctyl carbonate, and isopropyl palmitate.
10. An oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the ester oil is contained in an amount of 10.0 to 50.0 wt% based on the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
11. An oil-dispersing stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the fatty alcohol is one or more selected from the group consisting of octyldodecanol, stearyl alcohol, cetearyl alcohol and cetyl alcohol.
12. The oil dispersion stick cosmetic composition according to claim 1, wherein the fatty alcohol is contained in an amount of 0.5 to 10.0% by weight, relative to the total weight of the cosmetic composition.
