Abstract
一种水泥窑系统及方法,系统包括烟室(1)、回转窑(2)、冷却机(3)、第一生料预热预分解系统和第二生料预热预分解系统,烟室(1)、回转窑(2)、冷却机(3)依次连通,第一生料预热预分解系统、第二生料预热预分解系统分别与烟室(1)连通,第二生料预热预分解系统的顶端旋风分离器的下料管与第一生料预热预分解系统的顶端旋风分离器的进料口连通。解决现有水泥窑系统由于烟气中CO 2浓度偏低,造成CO 2的提纯操作流程复杂,以及因生料采用劣质原料,引起进CO 2提纯系统的烟气中SO 2含量偏高,使得CO 2提纯系统需要对烟气进行脱硫处理,从而大大提高CO 2提纯系统的投资成本和运行成本的技术问题。
