The stuffing box in the prior art is characterized in that the water seal ring is arranged at the innermost side, clear water higher than the protruding pressure of the pump is injected to seal the stuffing box, slurry dilution can be caused by permeation of the clear water, meanwhile, large particles in the slurry enter the sealing side to cause abrasion, the sealing service time of the slurry pump is short, and the stuffing needs to be replaced frequently.

The invention provides a wear-reducing protection device for a rear guard plate of a slurry pump, which aims to solve the problems of poor sealing performance and short service time of the slurry pump.
A wear-reducing protection device for a rear guard plate of a slurry pump comprises a rear guard plate, wherein an impeller is arranged on the right side of the rear guard plate, a front boss is arranged at the front of the rear guard plate, a sealing ring is arranged at a hub at the rear of the impeller, the front boss is matched with the sealing ring for sealing, an auxiliary impeller is arranged on the left side of the rear guard plate, two bosses I are protruded at the rear of the rear guard plate to form a groove structure, a boss II is protruded at the front of the auxiliary impeller, and the two bosses I and the boss II are matched to form sealing.
The auxiliary impeller is characterized in that a stuffing box is arranged on the left side of the auxiliary impeller, a gap is reserved between the stuffing box and the auxiliary impeller, a rotating shaft sleeve is arranged on the inner side of the stuffing box, 2-5 packing rings are arranged between the stuffing box and the rotating shaft sleeve, a water seal ring is arranged at a second packing ring position far away from the direction of the auxiliary impeller, a packing ring is arranged on the right side of the water seal ring, a gland is arranged on the left side of the stuffing box, and the gland is in contact with and tightly pressed with the leftmost packing ring.
Further, three lip-shaped sealing rings are arranged on the right side of the packing, the lip-shaped sealing rings are sleeved on the rotating shaft sleeve and are sequentially arranged, and the outer sides of the lip-shaped sealing rings are in sealing connection with the stuffing box.
Further, the outer side of the rear guard plate is provided with a shell, the rear guard plate is fixed with the shell through bolts, and the impeller and the auxiliary impeller are all wound on the rotating shaft and rotate along with the rotating shaft.
In summary, the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

The invention improves the structure of the rear guard plate, the front boss of the rear guard plate is sealed with the impeller sealing ring, the fit clearance between the rear guard plate and the impeller hub is controlled, large particles in slurry are reduced to enter the side of the auxiliary impeller, the flow rate of the slurry entering the auxiliary impeller cavity is reduced, two bosses are formed at the rear part of the rear guard plate, the end face of the auxiliary impeller is provided with the bosses, and the bosses are matched with the grooves of the rear guard plate to form a sealing structure, so that the problem of insufficient sealing is solved, the time interval for stopping and overhauling is prolonged, and the slurry pump is more economical and more convenient to use.
2. 2-5 Packing is arranged between the packing box and the rotating shaft sleeve, one packing is arranged on the inner side of the water seal ring, and large particles in slurry are reduced to enter the sealing side through multi-seal, so that abrasion is reduced, the protection effect on the packing and the rotating shaft sleeve is achieved, and the packing replacement speed is reduced.
3. The lip-shaped sealing ring further seals the slurry, has good sealing performance in a certain pressure and temperature range, can automatically improve the sealing degree along with the increase of pressure, and ensures good sealing.

Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, the abrasion reducing protection device for the rear guard plate of the slurry pump comprises a rear guard plate 1, wherein an impeller 2 is arranged on the right side of the rear guard plate 1, a front boss 3 is arranged at the front part of the rear guard plate 1, a sealing ring 4 is arranged at a hub of the rear part of the impeller 2, the front boss 3 is matched with the sealing ring 4 for sealing, an auxiliary impeller 5 is arranged on the left side of the rear guard plate 1, two bosses 6 are protruded on the rear part of the rear guard plate 1 to form a groove structure, a boss two 7 is protruded on the front part of the auxiliary impeller 5, and the two bosses 6 and the boss two 7 are matched to form sealing.
Referring to fig. 2, a stuffing box 11 is arranged on the left side of the auxiliary impeller 5, a gap exists between the stuffing box 11 and the auxiliary impeller 5, a rotating shaft sleeve 8 is arranged on the inner side of the stuffing box 11, 2-5 packing rings 12 are arranged between the stuffing box 11 and the rotating shaft sleeve 8, a water seal ring 13 is arranged at a second packing ring 12 far away from the auxiliary impeller 5, a packing ring 12 is arranged on the right side of the water seal ring 13, a gland 14 is arranged on the left side of the stuffing box 11, and the gland 14 is in contact compression with the leftmost packing ring 12. Common filler materials include asbestos fabrics, carbon fibers, rubber, flexible graphite, engineering plastics, and the like, and are prefabricated into the form of packing 12 by using a multi-ring or spiral multi-layer structure.
Referring to fig. 2, three lip-shaped sealing rings 9 are arranged on the right side of the packing 12, the lip-shaped sealing rings 9 are sleeved on the rotating shaft sleeve 8, the lip-shaped sealing rings 9 are sequentially arranged, and the outer sides of the lip-shaped sealing rings 9 are in sealing connection with a stuffing box 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the casing 10 is arranged outside the rear guard plate 1, the rear guard plate 1 and the casing 10 are fixed through bolts 15, and the impeller 2 and the auxiliary impeller 5 are both wound on a rotating shaft 16 and rotate along with the rotating shaft 16.
In the prior art, a water seal ring 13 is arranged at the front side of a packing 12, a water inlet hole is communicated with the upper side of the water seal ring 13, and the water inlet hole obliquely penetrates through a stuffing box 11 to be communicated with the outside. Clear water enters from the water inlet hole and flows into a gap formed by the auxiliary impeller 5, the stuffing box 11 and the rear guard plate 1, so that slurry is diluted, meanwhile, the slurry is insufficiently sealed, large particles in the slurry enter a sealing side, and abrasion is improved. In the embodiment of the invention, the water seal ring 13 is arranged at the second packing 12 in the direction away from the auxiliary impeller 5, clean water enters from the upper part of the water seal ring 13, the packing 12 is arranged at the front side of the water seal ring 13 to separate the clean water from slurry, and the three lip seal rings 9 are further sealed.
