Detailed Description
Referring to the drawings, wherein like reference numbers refer to like elements, the principles of the present application are illustrated as being implemented in a suitable computing environment. The following description is based on illustrated embodiments of the application and should not be taken as limiting the application with respect to other embodiments that are not detailed herein.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a first flowchart of a detergent dispensing control method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The control method for detergent feeding of this embodiment is applied to a washing machine, and the washing machine may be classified into a drum washing machine, a pulsator washing machine, an agitator washing machine, a jet washing machine, or a vibration washing machine, for example, and the control method for detergent feeding of this embodiment does not limit the kind of the washing machine, and includes:
in 101, a first power consumption value of a washing machine operating from a first speed to a second speed is obtained.
When the washing machine is used, a user may put a certain weight of laundry into the washing machine, and then start the washing machine, and the embodiment may obtain a first power consumption value of the washing machine from a first rotation speed to a second rotation speed, for example. The first rotation speed ratio may be 90 revolutions, and the second rotation speed ratio may be 150 revolutions, for example, it should be noted that the first rotation speed and the second rotation speed are not limited in this embodiment, and may be set according to the performance of the washing machine itself.
It can be understood that the difference of the weight of the laundry in the washing machine results in the difference of the first power consumption value consumed by the motor of the washing machine from the first rotation speed to the second rotation speed, and thus the first power consumption value consumed by the motor has a corresponding relationship with the weight of the laundry.
At 102, the material of the laundry is obtained.
The material of clothing on the market is various, for example has materials such as cotton, chemical fibre, silk, cowboy, wool, eiderdown, and washing machine can the automatic identification in this embodiment wait to wash the material of clothing, and exemplarily, washing machine can pass through the material information of camera device discernment clothing label. In another example, the washing machine may obtain the washing program selected by the user to determine the material information of the laundry, for example, if the washing program selected by the user is wool washing, the laundry may be considered as wool material; if the washing program selected by the user is cotton and linen washing, the clothes can be considered as cotton and linen materials; if the washing program selected by the user is chemical fiber washing, the clothes can be considered to be made of chemical fiber materials.
At 103, a target mapping relationship is determined from the plurality of mapping relationships according to the material, the mapping relationship being a correspondence between the power consumption value and the washing weight.
At 104, a target wash weight is derived from the target map based on the first power consumption value.
In this embodiment, it is considered that the water inflow amount of the clothes made of different materials is different when the clothes are washed, for example, the water absorbability of the clothes made of cotton and linen is different, and the water absorbability of the clothes made of cotton and linen is higher than the water absorbability of the clothes made of chemical fiber, so that even if the weight of the clothes before the clothes are filled with water is the same in the washing machine, after the clothes are filled with water, because the water absorbability of the clothes made of cotton and linen is strong, compared with the clothes made of chemical fiber, the water level of the washing machine can reach the preset rinsing water level only by filling more water into the washing machine, and therefore, for the clothes made of different materials, when the clothes made of the same weight but different materials are washed by the washing machine, the actual washing weight of the washing machine is different, the washing weight can be understood as the sum of the weight of the clothes and the water inflow weight, it should be noted that the clothes made of different materials are different in water absorbability, and also can be easily washed by using other different materials, for example, some materials are difficult to wash the clothes.
In this embodiment, the target mapping relationship may be determined from a plurality of mapping relationships according to the material, different materials correspond to different mapping relationships, and the corresponding relationships between the power consumption value and the washing weight are different in different mapping relationships. Therefore, even if the first power consumption value consumed by the washing machine when the washing machine operates from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed is the same, the corresponding washing weight is different due to different mapping relations and different clothes materials.
In 105, a target dose of detergent is determined according to the target washing weight, and the laundry to be washed is washed using the target dose of detergent.
In the embodiment, when the washing machine washes the laundry with the same weight and different materials, the water inflow required to be provided by the washing machine is different, for example, the water inflow required by the washing machine for the laundry with high water absorption is more than that required by the laundry with low water absorption, so that the washing weight corresponding to the laundry with high water absorption is greater than that corresponding to the laundry with low water absorption; for example, the water inflow required by the washing machine made of the clothes difficult to clean is more than that of the clothes easy to clean, so that the washing weight corresponding to the clothes difficult to clean is larger than that corresponding to the clothes easy to clean.
If the doses of the added detergents are the same, when the washing machine washes clothes with the same weight and different materials, the concentrations of the detergents are different due to different water inflow amounts, but the optimal decontamination effect of the detergents can be achieved only if the concentrations of the detergents are within a proper range, so that if the same dose of detergents is added to the clothes to be washed which are the same in weight and different in materials, the added dose of the detergents is unreasonable, for example, for the clothes which are not easy to be washed, the washing effect is not good due to the fact that the added dose of the detergents is possibly insufficient due to the fact that the water inflow amount of the washing machine is large, and for the clothes which are easy to be washed, the added dose of the detergents is possibly too large, so that excessive foam is caused due to the fact that the water inflow amount of the washing machine is small, and rinsing is not clean.
In this embodiment, different materials are preset to correspond to different mapping relationships, a target mapping relationship is determined from a plurality of mapping relationships according to the materials, a target washing weight is obtained from the target mapping relationship according to the first power consumption value, and a target dosage of the detergent is determined according to the target washing weight, wherein the heavier the target washing weight is, the larger the target dosage of the detergent is.
Even if the first power consumption value of the washing machine from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed is the same, different materials correspond to different mapping relations, actual target washing weights of the clothes to be washed of different materials can be obtained according to the mapping relations corresponding to the materials, and then the target dosage of the detergent is determined according to the target washing weights of the clothes to be washed, so that the target dosage of the detergent not only considers the weight of the clothes to be washed, but also considers that the materials of the clothes to be washed can cause different water inflow of the washing machine, the target dosage of the detergent is more accurate and reasonable, and the concentration of the detergent is in a proper range when the washing machine washes the clothes no matter what the materials are, so that the clothes to be washed can achieve the best washing effect.
After the target dosage is determined, the washing machine controls the detergent with the target dosage to be put into the washing box through the valve, the detergent is flushed into a washing drum of the washing machine through the washing box when water is controlled to enter, the detergent with the target dosage is fully fused with water in the washing machine, and clothes to be washed are washed.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a first flowchart of a detergent dispensing control method according to an embodiment of the present application.
In 201, a first power consumption value of a washing machine operating from a first speed to a second speed is obtained.
When the washing machine is used, a user can put a certain weight of clothes to be washed into the washing machine, and then the washing machine is started. For example, the first rotational speed may be 90 revolutions, and the second rotational speed may be 150 revolutions.
It can be understood that the different weights of the laundry in the washing machine may cause the different first power consumption values consumed by the motor to operate from the first rotation speed to the second rotation speed in the washing machine, so that the first power consumption values consumed by the motor have a corresponding relationship with the weights of the laundry.
In one example, the embodiment controls the washing machine to rotate at a first rotation speed, obtains an eccentricity value, and obtains a first power consumption value of the washing machine from the first rotation speed to a second rotation speed if the eccentricity value is smaller than a preset threshold value. If the obtained eccentricity value is larger than the preset threshold value when the washing machine rotates at the first rotating speed, the problems of overlarge vibration and noise and displacement and impact on the shell easily occur when the washing machine accelerates the rotating speed, the washing machine is influenced to normally operate from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed, and the obtained first power consumption value from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed is not accurate, so that when the eccentricity value is smaller than the preset threshold value, the washing machine is in a normal working state, and the first power consumption value from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed can be obtained. If the obtained eccentricity value is larger than the preset threshold value, the motor can be controlled to shake off the clothes firstly, so that the eccentricity value is smaller than the preset threshold value.
At 202, program instructions selected by a user are obtained.
At 203, the material of the laundry is obtained according to the program instruction.
The materials of clothes on the market are various, for example, the materials include all cotton, chemical fiber, silk, jean, wool, down feather and the like, the washing machine can obtain the washing program selected by the user to judge the material information of the washed clothes, for example, if the washing program selected by the user is wool washing, the clothes can be considered as wool materials; if the washing program selected by the user is cotton and linen washing, the clothes can be considered as cotton and linen materials; if the washing program selected by the user is chemical fiber washing, the clothes can be considered to be made of chemical fiber materials; if the standard washing is selected by the user, the clothes are considered to be made of the mixed materials.
At 204, a target mapping relationship is determined from the plurality of mapping relationships based on material, the mapping relationship being a correspondence between the power consumption value and the wash weight.
At 205, a target wash weight is derived from the target map based on the first power consumption value.
In this embodiment, it is considered that the water inflow amount of the clothes made of different materials, which need to be provided by the washing machine, is different when the clothes are washed, for example, the water absorptions made of different materials are different, so that even if the weight of the clothes to be washed before the washing machine is filled with water is the same, after the water is filled, because the water absorptions of the clothes made of cotton and linen are strong, compared with the clothes made of chemical fiber, more water needs to be filled to enable the water level of the washing machine to reach the preset water level, therefore, when the washing machine is used for washing the clothes made of the same weight but different materials, the water amount required to be filled is different, and the corresponding target washing weight of the corresponding clothes to be washed is different. The actual washing weight of the washing machine is different, and the washing weight can be understood to include the sum of the weight of the laundry and the weight of the inlet water. It should be noted that, besides different water absorption, different materials of the clothes can also provide different water amounts for cleaning due to different properties, such as easy cleaning of some materials and difficult cleaning of some materials.
In this embodiment, the target mapping relationship may be determined from a plurality of mapping relationships according to the material, different materials correspond to different mapping relationships, and the mapping relationships between the power consumption value and the washing weight are different in different mapping relationships. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, even if the first power consumption value consumed by the washing machine when the washing machine operates from the first rotation speed to the second rotation speed is the same, the mapping relationship is different due to different materials of the laundry, and the corresponding obtained washing weights are also different, for example, the washing weight corresponding to the laundry with high water absorption is relatively heavy and the washing weight corresponding to the laundry with low water absorption is relatively light due to the same first power consumption value. It can be understood that when the washing machine washes the laundry with the same weight and different materials, the water inflow required to be provided by the washing machine is different, for example, the water inflow required by the washing machine for the laundry with high water absorption is greater than that of the laundry with low water absorption, so the washing weight corresponding to the laundry with high water absorption is greater than that of the laundry with low water absorption, and for example, the water inflow required by the washing machine for the laundry with difficult washing is greater than that of the laundry with easy washing, so the washing weight corresponding to the laundry with difficult washing is greater than that of the laundry with easy washing.
For example, the spin-up time or current required for the washing machine to operate from the first speed to the second speed may also be obtained. The different mapping relationships may also be different ramp-up durations or corresponding relationships between current and wash weight, and then the target wash weight is obtained from the target mapping relationship according to the ramp-up duration or current.
In 206, a target dose of detergent is calculated according to the formula S = S1 (W/W1), and the laundry is washed using the target dose of detergent.
If the same detergent dosage is put in the washing machine when the same weight and different materials of the laundry are washed, the concentration of the detergent is different due to different water inflow amounts, and the concentration of the detergent is stabilized within a certain proper range to achieve the optimal decontamination effect of the detergent, so that if the same dosage of the detergent is put in the laundry with the same weight and different materials, the detergent is not in the proper concentration range, so that the dosage of the detergent is unreasonable, for example, for the laundry with high water absorption, the dosage of the detergent may be insufficient to achieve the poor washing effect, and for the laundry with low water absorption, the dosage of the detergent may be too much to cause too much foam, and the rinsing is not clean.
Therefore, in this embodiment, different materials are preset to correspond to different mapping relationships, a target mapping relationship is determined from a plurality of mapping relationships according to the materials, a target washing weight is obtained from the target mapping relationship according to the first power consumption value, and a target dosage of the detergent is determined according to the target washing weight, for example, after the target washing weight is obtained, the target dosage of the detergent may be calculated according to a formula S = S1 (W/W1), where S is the target dosage, W1 is 1kg, W is the target washing weight, and S1 is the dosage of the detergent required by 1kg of the laundry to be washed. For example, if the target washing weight W is 1kg, the target dose of the detergent S = S1, and if the target washing weight W is 8kg, the target dose of the detergent S =8S1, that is, the target washing weight is proportional to the target dose of the detergent, and the heavier the target washing weight is, the larger the target dose of the detergent is. In the embodiment, the target dosage of the detergent according to different materials of the clothes is calculated according to the target washing weight, so that S1 can be a fixed numerical value regardless of the material of the clothes, and the calculation method is simple and accurate.
Even if the first power consumption value of the washing machine from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed is the same, different materials correspond to different mapping relations, actual target washing weights of the clothes to be washed of different materials can be obtained according to the mapping relations corresponding to the materials, and then the target dosage of the detergent is determined according to the target washing weights of the clothes to be washed, so that the target dosage of the fed detergent not only considers the weight of the clothes to be washed, but also considers the materials of the clothes to be washed, the target dosage of the fed detergent is more accurate and reasonable, and the concentration of the detergent is in a proper range when the washing machine washes the clothes no matter what materials are, so that the clothes to be washed can achieve the best decontamination effect.
After the target dosage is determined, the washing machine puts the detergent with the target dosage into the washing box through valve control, the detergent is flushed into a washing drum of the washing machine through the washing box when water is controlled to enter, and the detergent with the target dosage is fully fused with the water in the washing machine to clean clothes to be washed.
For example, if the target washing weight of the laundry to be washed is not obtained, the step of obtaining the first power consumption value when the washing machine is operated from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed is skipped, and if the target washing weight of the laundry to be washed is not obtained, it is indicated that the weighing fails, the operating speed of the washing machine is controlled to be the first rotating speed again, the washing machine is operated from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed again, the first power consumption value when the washing machine is operated from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed is obtained, and the target washing weight of the laundry is recalculated.
Illustratively, before the clothes to be washed are washed by the detergent with the target dosage, namely before the washing machine is washed by water, if the program instruction change selected by the user is acquired, the step of acquiring the first power consumption value of the washing machine from the first rotating speed to the second rotating speed is skipped. If the program instruction selected by the user changes, it indicates that the material of the laundry obtained in the washing machine may have changed, so the operation speed of the washing machine is controlled to be the first rotation speed again, and then the washing machine is operated from the first rotation speed to the second rotation speed, the first power consumption value of the washing machine from the first rotation speed to the second rotation speed is obtained, and the target washing weight of the laundry is recalculated.
