A wool line washing process comprises the following steps:
the first step, the pressing plate 3 is driven by external force to be positioned above the liquid level at the top of the washing box 1, and the wire body penetrates into the bottom of the pressing plate 3 from the wire inlet box 101 and penetrates out from the wire collecting box 102 after passing through the collar 4;
step two, driving the pressing plate 3 to move downwards through external force, wherein the bottom driving wire body is positioned in the liquid in the washing box 1 for soaking and washing;
step three, driving the pressing plate 3 to move upwards by external force, and enabling the bottom stripping line body to move upwards in a reciprocating manner along the width direction of the washing tank 1 and shake washing liquid in the washing tank 1;
fourthly, the pressing plate 3 moves back and forth along the width direction of the washing box 1 and intermittently extrudes and adheres to the wire body hung on the inner wall of the washing box 1;
and fifthly, driving the lantern ring 4 to reciprocate along the plate length direction of the pressing plate 3 by external force so as to mix and wash the wire body in the washing box 1.
