Preferably, the warp and weft density of the polyester warp yarns and the polyester weft yarns is 21 +/-5% in the warp direction and 19 +/-5% in the weft direction.
Preferably, the polyester coated yarn comprises 20-30% of polyester fiber yarn and 70-80% of PVC coating layer.
Preferably, the PVC coating layer is formed by fusing matt PVC colloidal particles.
Preferably, the polyester fiber thread is a dark color fiber thread with a color larger than that of the 1/12 standard depth sample card of the knitted product, and the PVC coating layer is a light color coating layer with a color smaller than that of the 1/12 standard depth sample card of the knitted product.
Preferably, a color difference Δ E is formed between the polyester fiber yarn and the PVC coating layer, and the value of Δ E is greater than 1.0.
Another technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a high-definition perspective curtain fabric, comprising the following steps:
preparing polyester coating yarns;
weaving the prepared polyester coating yarn as polyester warp yarn and polyester weft yarn;
the warp and weft density of the weaving is 21 +/-5% in the warp direction and 19 +/-5% in the weft direction;
the woven void coefficient is 1-10%;
and obtaining the high-definition perspective curtain fabric by plain weaving.
Preferably, the manufacturing method of the polyester coating yarn comprises the following steps:
the polyester fiber wire passes through a die head of a wire coating machine through traction equipment;
forming a coating layer by fusing matt PVC colloidal particles to coat the polyester fiber wire;
cooling the coated polyester fiber yarn by using water;
and obtaining the polyester coating yarn.
Preferably, the polyester fiber thread with the mass ratio of 20-30% is coated by a PVC coating layer formed by 70-80% of matte PVC colloidal particles.
The invention also provides an application of the high-definition perspective curtain cloth in roller blinds, ceiling blinds, roman blinds, vertical blinds and tension roller blinds.
The beneficial effects of the invention are:
the curtain adopts the core wire with deeper chroma and adopts the means of matte PVC threshing and coating, so that the gap of the curtain has obvious independent visual sense instead of being blended with external scenery to form fuzzy visual sense, and the gap distributed in an array and the gap coefficient of 1-10 percent are adopted in the other direction, so that the external scenery can form a plurality of clear pixel points arranged in the array, and the whole visual sense has high clearness after all the pixel points are spliced, thereby realizing the purpose of a high-definition lens.
