The method for automatically cleaning and disinfecting the elevator 1 comprises the following steps:
(1) When a camera in the elevator 1 recognizes that the interior of the elevator 1 needs to be cleaned through AI recognition, or when a set time such as no person is available at midnight is reached, the elevator 1 is automatically controlled by the system to descend to the bottommost part of the elevator shaft 2, namely, the end part of the first conveying pipe 35 presses the conveying plate 131 to the conveying groove 134 to a set position, the value of the pressure sensor reaches a set value, the pressure sensor determines that the elevator 1 reaches the set position at the bottom of the elevator shaft 2, and at the moment, the first conveying pipe 35 is communicated with the second conveying pipe 612;

meanwhile, water in the clean water tank 31 also enters the second conveying pipe 612 through the first conveying pipe 35 so as to enter the disinfection spray head, and rotary spraying is carried out on the upper surface of the elevator 1 opposite to the interior of the elevator 1 through the disinfection spray head so as to flush foam on the inner wall of the elevator 1; the interior of the elevator 1 can be cleaned more thoroughly by a mode of synchronously flushing up and down, and the cleaned liquid enters a waste liquid tank through a waste liquid groove 11 and then enters a sewage pipe through a pipeline to be discharged in time; in addition, when the elevator is cleaned, the door of the elevator 1 can be closed as much as possible, and the width of the first hydraulic rod 41 at the door of the elevator 1 is reduced as much as possible, so that the liquid loss is reduced as much as possible when the spraying and flushing are carried out, and the liquid is prevented from entering the elevator shaft 2 to cause the overstock of the water at the bottom of the elevator shaft 2;
(4) After the cleaning is finished, the electromagnetic valve at the first cleaning pipe 34 is closed, so that the tap water is conveyed to the liquid storage tank 61, the tap water enters the disinfection sprayer through the first pipe 611 to wash out foams in the liquid storage tank 61, then the electromagnetic valve on the first pipe 611 is closed, the tap water can extrude the first push plate 613 along with the continuous entering of water pressure, so that the tap water is stored in the liquid storage tank 61 at a certain pressure, and after the tap water in the liquid storage tank 61 is filled up, the cleaning pump 33 is closed, so that the automatic replenishment of the liquid in the liquid storage tank 61 can be realized, and after the elevator 1 rises, the conveying plate 131 automatically moves downwards under the extrusion of the water pressure and the sixth spring 135 along with the separation of the first conveying pipe 35 and the conveying groove 13, so that the conveying plate 131 seals and fixes the outlet of the conveying groove 13; in the cleaning process, different cleaning modes can be selected according to different conditions, the cleaning mode is large cleaning and very thorough cleaning, for simple cleaning, the cleaning plate 5 can be used for spraying and wiping back and forth, or the cleaning mode is used for spraying tap water by using a disinfection sprayer, and different cleaning modes can be adopted according to the specific conditions of the elevator 1; the cleaning time can be generally set at midnight, and the use of a user is not influenced; in the washing process, prompting words such as 'normal use after 5 minutes in the cleaning of the elevator 1' can be displayed on the display screen 21 at the door of each floor of the elevator 1 through the system, and the user is reminded in time;
(5) When the elevator 1 needs to be disinfected, after the electromagnetic valve on the first pipe 611 is opened, the electromagnetic valve on the second pipe 621 is opened, so that tap water and disinfectant are automatically conveyed to the disinfection spray head according to a set proportion, automatic spraying is performed through the disinfection spray head, automatic disinfection spraying is performed on the interior of the elevator 1, and therefore the elevator 1 is automatically disinfected;

Claims (10)

1. An elevator signal control method integrating automatic disinfection and cleaning is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) A cleaning instruction is input through a control system, after a cleaning signal is received, the elevator is controlled to automatically sink to the bottommost part of the elevator shaft through the system, and a door of the elevator is opened;
(2) When the elevator reaches the bottommost part of the elevator shaft, the control system controls the cleaning mechanism to move into the elevator and horizontally place the elevator on the ground in the elevator, then the cleaning pump uniformly sprays and washes cleaning liquid into the elevator through the cleaning mechanism, and the cleaning mechanism is controlled to move back and forth to wipe the ground;
(3) The disinfection instruction is input through the control system, and after the disinfection signal is received, the disinfection mechanism above the elevator is controlled to enable disinfectant in the disinfection mechanism to be conveyed to the spraying mechanism in the elevator through a pipeline, so that the elevator is uniformly sprayed and disinfected.

The automatic disinfection and cleaning integrated elevator signal control method according to claim 1, characterized in that: and (2) the input mode of the cleaning instruction in the step (1) comprises manual input, an elevator interior camera AI for identifying the cleanliness of the elevator and setting a fixed cleaning time period.
3. The elevator signal control method integrating automatic disinfection and cleaning according to claim 1, characterized in that: when the elevator moves to the bottommost part of the elevator shaft, the pressure value of the pressure sensor at the bottom of the elevator reaches a set value.

The elevator signal control method integrating automatic disinfection and cleaning according to claim 1, characterized in that: the cleaning mechanism comprises a cleaning plate and a cleaning box in the step (2), one end of the cleaning plate is provided with a first hydraulic rod fixedly connected, the end part of the first hydraulic rod is connected with the side wall of the elevator shaft in a rotating mode, a second hydraulic rod used for driving the first hydraulic rod to rotate is arranged on the side wall of the elevator shaft, a cleaning cotton layer used for cleaning the elevator ground is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning plate, a plurality of first spraying holes used for spraying cleaning liquid are formed in the cleaning plate, and cleaning liquid in the first spraying holes is stored in the cleaning box and used for conveying.
