Description

Child safety seat
The application is a divisional application of Chinese invention patent application with the application date of 2019, 26 years 04, the application number of 201910345950.0 and the application name of 'child safety seat'.
Technical Field

Background
The child safety seat is used for being installed on a motor vehicle seat, and is used for seating and providing enhanced protection for children, so that the riding safety of the children can be effectively improved. For example, under the condition that an automobile is emergently braked or is collided forwards, the child safety seat can reduce the stamping force on the child and effectively prevent the body of the child from moving forwards and avoid secondary collision; when the vehicle backward collides, the backrest and the headrest of the child safety seat can support the body and the head of a child, so that the neck of the child is prevented from being damaged due to rapid backward movement, the injury to the child is reduced, powerful protection, buffering and restraining effects are provided for the child, and the riding safety of the child is effectively improved. Therefore, it is rapidly accepted by consumers and is slowly popularized all over the world. At present, both sides of a child safety seat are provided with side impact protection mechanisms, each side impact protection mechanism comprises a side impact protection block, the side impact protection blocks are in working states to protect children of the child safety seat from impact of lateral movement of the seat, in order to avoid adverse consequences caused by the fact that people forget to enable the side impact protection blocks not to be in the working states, the side impact protection blocks are often set to be automatically bounced off, for example, the side impact protection blocks are automatically bounced off to be in the working states after children take seats. However, when the child safety seat is mounted on the vehicle, the side impact protection block on the side away from the door is not required to be used, and the side impact protection block automatically bounces, which may cause inconvenience to a person who sits on the vehicle seat.
Therefore, there is a need for a child safety seat that can avoid the unwanted automatic springing-off of the side impact protection block on the side of the seat, to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks.

That is to say, the side impact protection mechanisms 100 and the limiting members 130 are disposed on both sides of the seat body 110, after a child sits on the seat, the side impact protection blocks 10 on both sides of the seat body 110 can automatically spring open and automatically return to the working state from the retracted state, and in the using process of the child safety seat 200, if an accident occurs and a side impact occurs, the side impact protection blocks 10 firstly collide with the vehicle body to buffer the impact force, thereby playing a better protection role. Meanwhile, the limiting member 130 on the seat body 110 can be used to lock the side impact protection block 10 on one side of the two sides of the seat body 110, so that the side impact protection block 10 is positioned in the folded state, and after a child sits on the seat, the side impact protection block 10 cannot automatically bounce, thereby reducing the occupied space and increasing the convenience of use.
Referring to fig. 4-6, in order to make the movement of the side impact protection block 10 and the limiting member 130 more stable and convenient to operate, the side impact protection block 10 is pivotally connected to the seat body 110, and the limiting member 130 is rotatably mounted on the side wing 111. The wing 111 has a positioning recess 1111 and a positioning protrusion 1113, and the stopper 130 has a limiting protrusion 1311 (see fig. 6). When the limiting member 130 is operated to rotate around a rotating shaft (not shown), the limiting protrusion 1311 can be switched between the positioning protrusion 1113 and the positioning groove 1111, and when the limiting protrusion 1311 is located at the positioning protrusion 1113, the limiting member 130 locks the side impact protection block 10 to limit the side impact protection block 10 from automatically moving from the folded state to the working state; when the limiting protrusion 1311 is located in the positioning groove 1111, the limiting member 130 releases the side impact protection block 10 so that the side impact protection block 10 can move from the retracted state to the operating state automatically. That is, the positioning recess 1111 and the positioning protrusion 1113 form a concave-convex structure, and the operation limiting member 130 can be switched between the positioning protrusion 1113 and the positioning recess 1111, so as to lock and unlock the side impact protection block 10. Further, positioning groove 1111 includes a first positioning groove 1115 and a second positioning groove 1117, and positioning protrusion 1113 is disposed between first positioning groove 1115 and second positioning groove 1117. The limiting member 130 can move toward any side of the positioning protrusion 1113 to complete the switching from the positioning protrusion 1113 to the positioning groove 1111, and the operation is convenient and fast. In order to smoothly lock the side impact protection block 10 by the limiting member 130, the limiting member 130 is convexly provided with an abutting convex portion 1313, and when the limiting convex portion 1311 is located in the positioning groove 1111, the abutting convex portion 1313 abuts against the side impact protection block 10. By providing the abutting protrusion 1313 protruding from the limiting member 130, when the limiting member 130 is switched between the positioning protrusion 1113 and the positioning groove 1111, the abutting protrusion 1313 abuts against the side impact protection block 10, so that the rotation of the limiting member 130 is smooth and stable, and the locking of the side impact protection block 10 is smooth and stable. Furthermore, the limiting member 130 is disposed to be gradually wider from the connection point with the side wing 111.
