The controller 4 and the travel switch 5 are both positioned in the box body 1, the controller 4 is respectively connected with the travel switch 5 and the fan box 21, and the travel switch 5 is positioned at the opening 11.
The travel switch 5 is located in the direction that the controller 4 is far away from the fan box 21, the travel switch 5 is set to be in a contact type, the plane where the contact of the travel switch 5 is located is consistent with the plane of the opening 11 on one side of the box body 1, the controller 4 and the travel switch 5 are both connected with the box body 1, one ends of a power line and a signal line of the controller 4 are connected with the fan box 21, and the other ends of the power line and the signal line of the controller 4 are connected with the travel switch 5.
The controller 4 and the travel switch 5 are both used for controlling the fan box 21 of the explosion-proof box to operate, and the negative pressure component 2 does not work under the state that the box door 12 is opened. After the door 12 is closed, the door 12 contacts with a contact of the travel switch 5 near the door 12, the travel switch 5 is activated, a signal is transmitted to the controller 4 through a power line and a signal line, and the controller 4 sends a command to operate the fan box 21. The automation of explosion-proof box has been improved, the space occupancy that reduces has improved explosion-proof box's integrated level.

Claims (10)

1. An explosion-proof box is characterized by comprising a box body (1) and a negative pressure component (2);
negative pressure subassembly (2) include fan case (21) and pipe (22), fan case (21) are located in box (1), the one end of pipe (22) with the air outlet of fan case (21) links to each other, the other end of pipe (22) runs through the lateral wall of box (1), and is located outside box (1).
2. Explosion-proof tank according to claim 1, characterized in that the conduit (22) comprises a first conduit section (221), a second conduit section (222) and a one-way valve (223);
one end of the first pipe section (221) is connected with an air outlet of the fan box (21), and the other end of the first pipe section (221) is connected with an air inlet of the one-way valve (223);
one end of the second pipe section (222) is connected with the air outlet of the one-way valve (223), and the other end of the second pipe section (222) is positioned outside the box body (1).
3. Explosion-proof tank according to claim 2, characterized in that the negative pressure assembly (2) further comprises a dust-blocking tank (23) and a dust screen (24);
the dust screen (24) is positioned in the dust blocking box (23) and covers an air outlet of the dust blocking box (23);
the dust blocking box (23) is connected with the outer wall of the box body (1), and an air inlet of the dust blocking box (23) is connected with one end, away from the one-way valve (223), of the second pipe section (222).
4. Explosion-proof tank according to claim 3, characterized in that it further comprises a reservoir (3);
the liquid storage tank (3) is provided with a notch (31), and the liquid storage tank (3) is connected with the outer wall of the box body (1);
the conduit (22) further comprises a third conduit section (224);
one end of the third pipe section (224) is connected with an air outlet of the dust blocking box (23), and the other end of the third pipe section (224) is positioned in the liquid storage tank (3).
5. Explosion-proof tank as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the negative pressure assembly (2) further comprises a pressure relief tube (25);
the wall of the pressure relief pipe (25) is provided with a plurality of groups of pressure relief holes (251), the pressure relief pipe (25) is connected with one end, away from the fan box (21), of the third pipe section (224), and the pressure relief pipe (25) is located in the liquid storage tank (3).
6. Explosion proof tank as claimed in claim 5, characterized in that the pressure relief tube (25) is close to the bottom surface of the reservoir (3) and that the pressure relief tube (25) extends along the bottom surface of the reservoir (3).

The explosion-proof box according to claim 5, wherein a plurality of the pressure relief holes (251) in one group of the pressure relief holes (251) are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the outer wall of the pressure relief pipe (25), and a plurality of groups of the pressure relief holes (251) are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the pressure relief pipe (25), respectively.
8. The explosion-proof tank as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the negative pressure assembly (2) further comprises a ventilator (26), and the outer wall of the ventilator (26) is inserted into the dust-blocking tank (23).
9. Explosion proof box according to claim 3, characterized in that the dust box (23) comprises a dust exhaust (231), the dust exhaust (231) being located at the bottom of the dust box (23).
10. Explosion proof box according to any of claims 1 to 9 characterized in that the box (1) has an opening (11) on one side, where the opening (11) has a box door (12), where the box door (12) can open or close the opening (11) of the box (1);
the explosion-proof box also comprises a controller (4) and a travel switch (5);
the controller (4) and the travel switch (5) are located in the box body (1), the controller (4) is connected with the travel switch (5) and the fan box (21) respectively, and the travel switch (5) is located at the opening (11).
