Hereinafter, a multi-stage
1 and 2 , the multi-stage
The
The
When such a damper is installed, when the fine dust emission source is located on the left and right sides of the place where the multi-stage
The pollutant gas introduced into the
In addition, in the multi-stage
Meanwhile, referring to FIG. 3 , the multi-stage
Here, the capacity of the polluting gas capable of being processed by one
In addition, when the oil droplets or particulate matter generating sources are dispersed rather than collected, the
That is, when the size of the cleaning device is large, a large installation space is required, but when the size of the cleaning device is small, if only a small installation space is secured, it is possible to treat the polluting gas by installing several devices in each space. 6 and 7, in the multi-stage
Referring to FIG. 8 , the contaminant gas introduced through each of the pair of
As shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 , when five

On the other hand, the plurality of baffles constituting the
Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , the
In addition, a first
In addition, a lower portion of the
The
As shown in FIG. 8 , the polluting gas discharged to the
Here, in the

In order to evaluate the removal efficiency of particulate matter through the multi-stage
Particulate matter emitted during the roasting process of pork belly was measured in real time by the concentration of PM 10 through DUSTTRACK TM II AEROSOL MONITOR 8530 (TSI Inc., MN, USA). At this time, the gas was sucked by firmly fixing the measuring instrument to the sampling port located at the rear end of the multi-stage
In addition, the degree of vortex formation was evaluated by photographing the fluid flow in the vicinity of a plurality of baffles while operating the multi-stage
In addition, a blue dye was added to the cleaning liquid to observe the degree of vortex formation in the cleaning liquid, and a surfactant was added to the cleaning liquid to improve the particulate matter removal efficiency of the multi-stage and parallel cleaning apparatus.
