Example 1

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a perspective view of a device with a housing according to embodiment 1 of the present invention, and fig. 2 is a perspective view of a first portion according to embodiment 1 of the present invention; the device with a housing 100 comprises a first part 1, a second part 2 and a side key 3 which are connected with each other, a catching groove 22 is arranged on the housing of the second part 2, the side key 3 comprises a pressing block 30 and a side key catching buckle 31, wherein: the side key 3 is connected to the first part 1; the side key catch 31 is snapped into the catch groove 22 (see fig. 11) to connect the first part 1 and the second part 2; when the side key 3 is pressed inward of the device, the side key catch 31 is disengaged from the catch groove 22, thereby allowing the first part 1 and the second part 2 to be separated from each other. The side key 3 is one or more.

In embodiment 1 of the present invention, the first part 1 and the second part 2 are fixed and detached by the side key 3. As shown in fig. 3 to 7 and 12 to 14, the fixing member of the device with housing includes a first rotation shaft 34, a second rotation shaft 37 (see fig. 12) provided at both sides of one end of the side key 3, a side key fixing hole provided at the first part 1, the first part 1 including an upper case 5 and a lower case 6 coupled to each other; the side key fixing holes include a first side key fixing hole 52 (see fig. 2) provided in the upper case 5 and a second side key fixing hole 62 (see fig. 5) provided in the lower case 6; the first side key fixing hole 52 and the second side key fixing hole 62 are respectively sleeved outside the first rotating shaft 34 and the second rotating shaft 37. After the first rotating shaft 34 and the second rotating shaft 37 are respectively inserted into the first side key fixing hole 52 and the second side key fixing hole 62, the side key 3 can only rotate around the first rotating shaft 34 and the second rotating shaft 37, so that the fixing in other directions is realized, and the stable connection between the side key 3 and the first part 1 is realized.

The fixing assembly further includes a side key flange 32 (see fig. 12), a first side key limit boss 51 (see fig. 2), and a second side key limit boss 61 (see fig. 5). The two sides of the side key 3 are provided with side key flanges 32, the upper shell 5 is provided with a first side key limiting boss 51, the lower shell 6 is provided with a second side key limiting boss 61, and the first side key limiting boss 51 and the second side key limiting boss 61 block the outer sides of the side key flanges 32.

Referring to fig. 14, the side surface of the side key 3 is trapezoidal, i.e. the upper part is thick and the lower part is thin, so that when a finger is attached to the side key pressing surface 35 to press down the pressing block 30, the side key catch 31 can move inwards (i.e. to the right in the figure) of the device.

Referring to fig. 1, in embodiment 1 of the present invention, the device with a housing may be a flat shape having a set of opposing front faces 9 with a larger area and a set of opposing side faces 10 with a smaller area; as shown in fig. 8 and 10, the side 10 of the second part 2 has a guiding protrusion 23 extending towards the first part 1 and tapering towards the first part 1, and the first part 1 is provided with a corresponding guiding groove 54, which guides the second part 2 to be inserted onto the first part 1 in the correct direction. In embodiment 1, the side key 3 is located on the side 10, and the catching groove 22 is located in the guiding protrusion 23.

The device with a housing of embodiment 1 of the invention may be an infusion pump; the first part 1 is a pump body, and the second part 2 is a medicine storage device. An O-shaped ring is sleeved on the outer edge of the top of the pump body; in the description of embodiment 1 of the present invention, one side of the medicine storage device is a top, and one side of the pump body is a bottom.

As shown in fig. 9, the outer edge of the first part 1 near one end of the second part 2 is provided with an outer skirt 53 extending in the direction of the second part 2. The side key 3 bounces open towards two sides of the first part 1 under the action of the spring force until the side key flange 32 is blocked by the first side key limiting boss 51 and the second side key limiting boss 61, namely the initial position of the side key 3 and the working position for clamping the second part 2; when the side key pressing surface 35 is pressed inwards, the side key 3 rotates inwards towards the first part 1 by taking the rotating shaft 34 as a center, and the side key buckle 31 is opened, so that the second part 2 can be separated from the first part 1, and the disassembly is convenient.

Example 2

As shown in fig. 15 to 18, the basic structure of the device with a housing in embodiment 2 of the invention is the same as the device with a housing 100 in embodiment 1, and embodiment 2 is different from embodiment 1 in that the side key 3 in embodiment 2 is not provided with a rotating shaft, the fixing component is a side key fixing block 63 provided on the first part 1, and the side key fixing block 63 is located between the side key catch 31 and the pressing block 30 of the side key 3 and outside the side key 3 (see fig. 17); during the assembly and disassembly process, the side key fixing block 63 blocks the side key 3 to prevent the side key 3 from being far away from the first part 1. Pressing the spring 8, disengaging the side key buckle 31 from the buckle groove 22, and separating the first part 1 from the second part 2; after the spring 8 rebounds, the side key fixing block 63 blocks the outer side of the side key 3.

The side key fixing block 63 may be provided on the upper case 5 or the lower case 6, integrally with the upper case 5 or the lower case 6.

According to the technical scheme of the embodiment 2 of the invention, the side key fixing block 63 is positioned on one side of the side key 3, which is far away from the first part 1, and the side key fixing block 63 is used for blocking the side key 3 from leaving the first part 1. When the side key 3 is subjected to an upward force, the force can be dispersed to the plurality of side key bearing blocks 55, preventing the side key fixing block 63 from being broken.

the side key (3) is connected to the first part (1);

when the side key buckle (31) is clamped into the buckle groove (22), the first part (1) is connected with the second part (2);

when the pressing block (30) is pressed towards the inner side of the device, the side key buckle (31) is separated from the buckle groove (22), so that the first part (1) and the second part (2) can be separated from each other.

the first end of the spring (8) is connected with the first part (1), and the second end of the spring is connected with the side key (3).

the first side key fixing hole (52) and the second side key fixing hole (62) are respectively sleeved on the first rotating shaft (34) and the second rotating shaft (37).
