When the skin is subjected to local circular cutting sampling, the fixed cylinder is kept fixed, the rack moves downwards along with continuous downward movement of the sliding cylinder, the rotating gear is driven to rotate, the horizontal shaft is further rotated, one end of the pull rope is continuously wound on the horizontal shaft, the top seat is lifted, so that sterilized cotton moves upwards, the sampling seat below the pull rope is kept to rotate and move downwards, the outer diameter of the rotating gear is larger than the outer diameter of the horizontal shaft, the sampling seat moves downwards, the top seat drives the sterilized cotton to move upwards at a slower speed, on the contrary, after the circular cutting edge finishes circular cutting operation on the skin, the sliding cylinder moves upwards under the elastic action of the reset spring, then the rotating gear is driven to rotate reversely through the rack, and then the sterilized cotton moves downwards along with upward movement of the circular cutting edge, until the circular cutting edge is in a completely horizontal state, the sterilized cotton and the top seat are kept in close contact with the circular cutting edge after circular cutting by the elastic action of the auxiliary spring, and the sterilized cotton can be in a tight contact with the circular cutting edge after circular cutting, and the sterilized cotton is in a completely horizontal state, the whole circular cutting edge is required to be cleaned by using the sterilized and the sterilized cotton, and the whole circular cutting edge is manually inserted, and the circular cutting edge is further cleaned.

Claims (6)

1. The clinical skin biopsy circular cutting tool is characterized by comprising a fixed barrel pressed on the surface of human skin, a circular cutting sampling tool holder and a circular cutting tool blade for cutting the human skin, a traction assembly for controlling the circular cutting sampling tool holder to rotate and lift, and a disinfection assembly for disinfecting the circular cutting tool blade after the circular cutting sampling tool holder finishes sampling the skin, wherein the traction assembly comprises a sliding barrel matched with the fixed barrel, and a horizontal column, an extension hole and a guide hole which are matched with each other;
the traction assembly further comprises a sampling seat used for driving the circular cutting sampling tool apron to synchronously rotate and lift, the circular cutting sampling tool apron is in threaded sleeve connection with the sampling seat, the disinfection assembly comprises disinfection cotton positioned above the circular cutting sampling tool apron, disinfection water is soaked in the disinfection cotton, the disinfection assembly further comprises a linkage assembly used for synchronously controlling the disinfection cotton to lift when the sampling seat rotates and lifts, the linkage assembly comprises a pull rope for hoisting the disinfection cotton, and a horizontal shaft used for winding the pull rope, one end of the horizontal shaft is provided with a rotary gear and a rack which are meshed, and the rack is installed on the sliding tube;
the sliding cylinder is sleeved at the top of the fixed cylinder in a sliding manner, the sampling seat is sleeved in the fixed cylinder, two horizontal columns corresponding to the positions are further connected to the outer wall of the sampling seat, two extension holes are formed in the bottom end of the sliding cylinder, and the two horizontal columns are sleeved in the corresponding extension holes respectively;
the fixed cylinder is also provided with two guide holes corresponding to the positions, the two horizontal columns are respectively sleeved in the guide holes on the corresponding sides, and the bottom ends of the two guide holes are respectively provided with a vertical extension hole which is vertically arranged;
two vertical guide grooves corresponding to each other in position are formed in the inner wall of the sliding cylinder, two vertical guide blocks are fixedly mounted on the outer wall of the fixed cylinder, and the vertical guide blocks are slidably clamped in the vertical guide grooves on the corresponding sides;
the two sides of the sampling seat are provided with U-shaped grooves corresponding to each other in position, two limiting columns located at the same height are fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the fixed cylinder, and one end of each limiting column is slidably clamped in the corresponding U-shaped groove.
2. The clinical skin biopsy circular cutting tool according to claim 1, wherein the bottom end of the stationary barrel is further provided with a rubber pad for engaging the skin.
3. The clinical skin biopsy circular cutting tool according to claim 1, wherein the same return spring is connected between the inner wall of the top end of the slide cylinder and the top of the fixed cylinder.

The clinical skin biopsy circular cutting tool according to claim 1, wherein a top seat is further sleeved in the fixed cylinder in a sliding manner, the sterilized cotton is installed in the top seat, the top end of the top seat is connected with a plurality of vertical guide rods sleeved in the top end of the fixed cylinder in a sliding manner, a plurality of auxiliary springs are sleeved on the vertical guide rods, and two ends of the auxiliary springs are respectively connected to the top end of the fixed cylinder and the top seat.
