Claims (8)
1. A preparation device of medicinal dried Chinese yam slices comprises:
a frame (1);
a dryer (2), wherein the dryer (2) for drying the Chinese yam is arranged on the upper side in the rack (1);
the slicing mechanism (3) is arranged at the upper part of the rack (1) and used for slicing the Chinese yam;
the upper part of the slicing mechanism (3) is provided with the color protection liquid spraying mechanism (4) for protecting the color of the Chinese yam.
2. The apparatus for preparing dried yam slices for medicinal use according to claim 1, wherein the dryer (2) comprises:
an outer box body (21), wherein the outer box body (21) is connected with the upper side in the rack (1) in a sliding way;
the inner drying box (22) is connected with the inner drying box (22) inside the outer box body (21);
the inner drying box (22) is internally connected with a drying plate (23) in a sliding manner;
the upper part of the inner drying box (22) is connected with a drawing plate (24) in a sliding way, and the drawing plate (24) is pulled forwards to be drawn away from the inner drying box (22);
roof (25), take out board (24) middle part and be connected with roof (25), start interior stoving case (22), interior stoving case (22) is dried the chinese yam on stoving board (23).
3. The device for preparing the dry Chinese yam slices as claimed in claim 2, wherein the slicing mechanism (3) comprises:
the upper part of the rack (1) is connected with a slicing box (31);
the front side and the rear side of the slicing box (31) are both connected with the fixing rods (33);
the blade (32) is connected between the fixing rods (33) at the front side and the rear side in a sliding manner;
the slicing machine comprises an air cylinder (34), wherein the air cylinder (34) is connected to the middle of the lower portion of a rack (1), the upper side of a piston rod of the air cylinder (34) is connected with the middle of the bottom of an outer box body (21), the air cylinder (34) is started, the piston rod of the air cylinder (34) drives the outer box body (21) to move upwards, and the outer box body (21) drives a top plate (25) to move upwards to be in contact with a blade (32) to slice.
4. The device for preparing the dried medicinal Chinese yam slices according to claim 3, wherein the color protection liquid spraying mechanism (4) comprises:
the middle of the top of the slicing box (31) is connected with a slide rail (42);
the sprinkler (41) is connected with the front side of the sliding rail (42) in a sliding way;
a hose (43), the hose (43) is communicated with the right side of the sprayer (41);
the color protection liquid box (44) is connected to the right side of the slicing box (31), and color protection liquid for protecting the original white color of the Chinese yam is filled in the color protection liquid box (44);
the water pump (45) is connected with the lower portion of the color protection liquid box (44), the water pump (45) is connected with the sprayer (41) through the hose (43), the water pump (45) is started, the water pump (45) extracts color protection liquid of the color protection liquid box (44) and sprays out of the sprayer (41) through the hose (43), and color protection liquid adhesion is carried out on the surfaces of the root-shaped Chinese yams and the blades (32).
5. The device for preparing the dry Chinese yam slices for the medicine as claimed in claim 4, further comprising an anti-sticking mechanism (5), wherein the anti-sticking mechanism (5) comprises:
the left side and the right side of the lower part of the rack (1) are both connected with an air suction box (53);
the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the air suction box (53) are both connected with the ventilating duct (52);
go out bellows (51), both sides all are connected with out bellows (51) around section case (31), and air-out case (53) are connected through air pipe (52) with air suction case (51), start air suction case (53), and wind blows off from air-out case (51), blows off the yam piece of adhesion on blade (32).
6. The device for preparing the dry medicinal Chinese yam slices according to claim 5, further comprising a limiting push plate mechanism (6), wherein the limiting push plate mechanism (6) comprises:
a baffle (61), wherein the upper part of the outer box body (21) is connected with the baffle (61) in a sliding way;
the left side and the right side of the front part of the baffle plate (61) are both connected with the sliding rods (62);
the rotating rod (63) is rotatably connected to the front side of the sliding rod (62), the upper portion of the rotating rod (63) is rotatably connected with the upper side of the front portion of the rack (1), the drawing plate (24) moves forwards, and the yam slices are driven to move forwards and are scraped.
7. The device for preparing the dry medicinal yam slices as claimed in claim 6, further comprising a spacing adjusting mechanism (7), wherein the spacing adjusting mechanism (7) comprises:
the front side and the rear side of the top of the slicing box (31) are uniformly provided with clamping grooves, and the left side and the right side of each fixed rod (33) are connected with the compression plate (71) in a sliding manner;
the clamping blocks (73) are clamped on the inner sides of the front part and the rear part of the compression plate (71), and the clamping blocks (73) are clamped with the clamping grooves and used for fixing the compression plate (71);
first spring (72), all be connected with first spring (72) between per two blade 32, first spring (72) cover is on dead lever (33), first spring (72) left end is connected with left compression plate (71) right side, first spring (72) right end is connected with compression plate (71) left side on right side, manual inside removal compression plate (71), compression plate (71) drive first spring (72) and blade (32) inwardly movable for adjust the interval between blade (32).
8. The device for preparing the dry medicinal Chinese yam slices according to claim 7, further comprising a uniformly-spreading mechanism (8), wherein the uniformly-spreading mechanism (8) comprises:
the left side and the right side of the lower part of the top plate (25) are uniformly connected with the downward-pressing sliding blocks (81);
the left side and the right side of the upper part of the drying plate (23) are uniformly connected with the upper ejection sliding blocks (82), and the upper ejection sliding blocks (82) are staggered with the lower pressing sliding blocks (81);
the telescopic rods (83) are connected to the left side and the right side of the inner drying box (22), and the drying plate (23) is connected with the telescopic rods (83) in a sliding mode;
a second spring (84) is wound on the telescopic rod (83), two ends of the second spring (84) are respectively connected with the upper part of the telescopic rod (83) and the upper part of the drying plate (23), and when the top plate (25) moves, the top plate pushes against the upper part of the drying plate (23)
The plate (25) drives the lower pressing slide block (81) to move, the lower pressing slide block (81) extrudes the upper jacking slide block (82),
used for shaking the drying plate (23) up and down.
