The cutting unit comprises a cutting motor 24, an insert 25, a second screw 26, a second guide rod 27, a sliding table 28 and a cutter 29; the two side supporting arms of the first supporting beam 2 are fixedly connected with inserts 25, second screw rods 26 are rotatably installed between the inserts 25 on two sides, one end of each second screw rod 26 is rotatably penetrated through the insert 25, the side wall of the insert 25 is fixedly connected with a cutting motor 24, a rotating shaft of the cutting motor 24 is communicated with the second screw rods 26, four corners of the insert 25 on two sides are fixedly connected with second guide rods 27, a sliding table 28 is installed on the outer ring of each second screw rod 26 in a threaded mode, the outer ring of each second guide rod 27 slidably penetrates through four corners of the sliding table 28, the top surface of the sliding table 28 is fixedly connected with a cutting knife 29, and the cutting edge of the cutting knife 29 is in contact with the bottom surface of the opening end of the moisturizing blanket 4; the second screw rod 26 is driven to rotate by the cutting motor 24, so that the sliding table 28 slides along the second guide rod 27, and the cutting knife 29 is driven to slide, thereby realizing the cutting of the moisturizing blanket 4, and meanwhile, the loosening part loosens the moisturizing blanket 4, so that the moisturizing blanket 4 covers the cement product.
The translation structure comprises a translation motor 30, a second screw rod 31, a support table 32, a supporting plate 33 and a guide rail 34; a sliding groove 35 is formed in the middle of the top surface of the base 1, a supporting table 32 is slidably mounted inside the sliding groove 35, a threaded hole is formed in the bottom of the supporting table 32, a second screw rod 31 is rotatably mounted inside the sliding groove 35, one end of the second screw rod 31 rotatably penetrates through the side wall of the base 1, the side wall of the base 1 is fixedly connected with a translation motor 30, a rotating shaft of the translation motor 30 is fixedly connected with the second screw rod 31, the outer ring of the second screw rod 31 is in threaded fit with the inner ring of the threaded hole, a threaded groove is formed in the top of the supporting table 32, the inner ring of the threaded groove is in threaded fit with the outer ring of the first screw rod 5, a supporting plate 33 is fixedly connected to the top surface of the supporting table 32, a cement product is placed on the top surface of the supporting plate 33, guide rails 34 are fixedly connected to two sides of the top surface of the base 1, and the top of the guide rails 34 is in sliding fit with the bottom of the supporting plate 33; when the horizontal moving device works, the second screw rod 31 is driven to rotate by the translation motor 30, so that the supporting plate 33 slides along the guide rail 34, and the cement product can horizontally move; simultaneously, the support table 32 slides along the sliding groove 35, so that the first screw rod 5 rotates along the thread groove, and the work of the blanket covering structure is powered; and, when the supporting bench 32 is close to the carpet structure, the kinetic energy transmission through the power unit makes the clamping unit drive the moisturizing carpet 4 to be horizontally pulled out, when the supporting bench 32 is far away from the carpet structure, the clamping unit is close to the moisturizing carpet 4 to clamp the open end of the moisturizing carpet 4, thereby realizing the linkage work of the translation structure and the carpet structure.
The slurry brushing structure comprises a second supporting beam 36, an electric pushing cylinder 37, a cross beam 38 and a slurry brushing plate 39; a second supporting beam 36 is fixedly connected to the middle of the base 1, an electric pushing cylinder 37 is fixedly connected to the middle of the top surface of the second supporting beam 36, a piston rod of the electric pushing cylinder 37 penetrates through the top of the second supporting beam 36 in a sliding manner, a cross beam 38 is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the piston rod of the electric pushing cylinder 37, and two sides of the cross beam 38 are provided with a brushing plate 39 through bolts; the beam 38 is pushed by the electric pushing cylinder 37 to move downwards, so that the brushing pulp board 39 contacts the surface of the cement product, and the cleaning brushing pulp of the cement product is realized.
The sprinkling structure comprises an air cylinder 40, a push rod 41, a piston 42, a water storage tank 43, a water supply tank 44, a sprinkling seat 45, a sprinkling head 46 and a fixed seat 47; the both sides of base 1 all rigid coupling inflator 40, the one end slidable mounting push rod 41 that inflator 40 is close to the middle part of base 1, the side of one end rigid coupling layer board 33 of push rod 41, the other end rigid coupling piston 42 of push rod 41, the outer lane of piston 42 and the inner circle sliding fit of inflator 40, the both sides bottom of second supporting beam 36 all rigid coupling storage water tank 43, the both sides top surface rigid coupling feed water tank 44 of second supporting beam 36, the one side rigid coupling watering seat 45 that the second supporting beam 36 top is close to the blanket structure, the inside of watering seat 45 is provided with the cavity, a plurality of watering heads 46 are installed to the bottom screw thread of watering seat 45, the outer lane of watering head 46 sets up a plurality of apopores, the other end of inflator 40 connects tracheal one end, the tracheal other end communicates the top of feed water tank 44, storage water tank 43 communicates through first water pipe with feed water tank 44, a first one-way valve is arranged inside the first water pipe, water flow of the first one-way valve faces towards a water supply tank 44, the water supply tank 44 is communicated with a sprinkling seat 45 through a second water pipe, a second one-way valve is arranged inside the second water pipe, water flow of the second one-way valve faces towards the sprinkling seat 45, one surface, close to a blanket covering structure, of the top of a second supporting beam 36 is fixedly connected with a plurality of fixing seats 47, the bottom surfaces of the fixing seats 47 are fixedly connected with the top surface of the sprinkling seat 45, the middle parts of the side surfaces of the fixing seats 47 are rotatably connected with a first screw rod 11, and the side surfaces of the fixing seats 47 are fixedly connected with a first guide rod 13; in operation, when the support plate 33 is close to the carpet covering structure, the push rod 41 is driven to slide outside the air cylinder 40, the piston 42 slides in the air cylinder 40, the air cylinder 40 sucks air, the water supply tank 44 is in a negative pressure state, water in the water storage tank 43 is sucked into the water supply tank 44, when the support plate 33 returns, the push rod 41 is driven to slide in the air cylinder 40, air in the air cylinder 40 is pressed into the water supply tank 44, water in the water supply tank 44 is pressed into the water spraying seat 45, and the water is uniformly sprayed out through the water spraying head 46, so that the water spraying and the moisture preservation of the cement product covered with the moisture preservation carpet 4 are realized.

As shown in fig. 7 to 9, a bullet cone 48 is slidably mounted in an inner cavity of the sprinkler head 46, a thread groove is formed in an outer ring of the bullet cone 48, a first air chamber 49 is formed in an outer ring of a platform of the inner cavity of the sprinkler head 46, a first piston rod 50 is slidably mounted in the first air chamber 49, a top end of the first piston rod 50 is fixedly connected with a bottom surface of the outer ring of the bullet cone 48, a bottom surface of the first piston rod 50 is fixedly connected with a third spring 51, a bottom end of the third spring 51 is fixedly connected with a bottom surface of the first air chamber 49, a plurality of second air chambers 52 are formed in the outer ring of the sprinkler head 46, a second piston rod 53 is slidably mounted in the second air chambers 52, a push rod of the second piston rod 53 slidably penetrates through an outer wall of the sprinkler head 46, the first air chamber 49 is connected with the second air chamber 52 by a pipeline, a plurality of petal plates 54 are hinged to the outer ring of the sprinkler head 46, and an inner wall of the petal plates 54 is in contact with a top end of a push rod of the second piston rod 53, magnets 55 are embedded on two sides of the petal plate 54, and the adjacent magnets 55 attract each other; when water is pressed into the sprinkler head 46, the sprinkler head 48 is pressed through the bullet cone 48, the bullet cone 48 slides downwards, the first piston rod 50 is extruded, the third spring 51 is compressed, meanwhile, gas in the first air cavity 49 is pressed into the second air cavity 52, the second piston rod 53 is pushed to slide towards the outer side of the second air cavity 52, the petal plates 54 are opened to expose the sprinkler head 46, after the water pressure disappears, the third spring 51 resets to drive the first piston rod 50 to slide upwards, so that the gas in the second air cavity 52 is pumped into the first air cavity 49, the second piston rod 53 slides towards the inside of the second air cavity 52, the petal plates 54 are combined, meanwhile, the magnets 55 attract each other, the petal plates 54 wrap the sprinkler head 46, and therefore the situation that the sprinkler head 46 is blocked due to the fact that external dust covers the sprinkler head 46 is avoided.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, placing a cement product on the top surface of a supporting plate 33, starting a translation motor 30 to drive a second screw rod 31 to rotate, so that the supporting plate 33 slides to the first supporting beam 2 along a guide rail 34, and an electric pushing cylinder 37 pushes a slurry brushing plate 39 to contact the surface of the cement product to clean slurry; meanwhile, the support table 32 slides along the sliding groove 35, so that the first screw rod 5 rotates along the threaded groove to drive the driving gear disc 6 to rotate, the driven gear disc 7 rotates through power transmission of the chain 8 to drive the first screw rod 11 to rotate, the first sliding block 12 and the second sliding block 14 slide to the first support beam 2 along the first guide rod 13, the elastic clamping piece 15 props up the scissor holder 16, the first spring 17 is compressed, and when the connecting strip 18 slides through the elastic clamping piece 15, the first spring 17 resets, so that the scissor holder 16 clamps the moisturizing blanket 4; at the same time, the supporting plate 33 drives the push rod 41 to slide towards the outside of the air cylinder 40, so that the piston 42 slides in the air cylinder 40, the air cylinder 40 inhales air, the water supply tank 44 is in a negative pressure state, and water in the water storage tank 43 is sucked into the water supply tank 44;
then, the translation motor 30 rotates reversely to drive the second screw rod 31 to rotate so as to return the supporting plate 33, the supporting platform 32 slides along the sliding groove 35, so that the first screw rod 5 rotates along the thread groove to drive the driving gear disc 6 to rotate, and the power is transmitted by the chain 8, the driven gear plate 7 rotates to drive the first screw 11 to rotate, so that the first sliding block 12 and the second sliding block 14 slide to the second supporting beam 36 along the first guide rod 13, the scissor clamp 16 is driven to pull out the moisturizing blanket 4, after the baffle 22 contacts the fixed seat 47, the arrow head push block 21 slides towards the inside of the mounting cavity 19 to prop open the clipper holder 16 and loosen the moisturizing blanket 4 to cover the cement product, at this time, the clipping motor 24 drives the second screw 26 to rotate, the sliding table 28 slides along the second guide rod 27, and drives the cutter 29 to slide to cut the moisturizing blanket 4, so that the moisturizing blanket 4 covers the surface of the cement product; meanwhile, the support plate 33 drives the push rod 41 to slide in the air cylinder 40, the air in the air cylinder 40 is pressed into the water supply tank 44, the water in the water supply tank 44 is pressed into the sprinkling base 45, and the water is evenly sprinkled out through the sprinkling head 46, so that the cement product covered on the moisturizing blanket 4 is sprinkled with water and moisturized.
