After the expense model is generated, the expense model can be stored in the server, and under the condition of subsequently determining the total expense data, the corresponding expense model can be inquired from the server through the client device; before query, a service person may send a corresponding request through a client device, for example, a service transaction request for requesting to transact an object to be transacted, and the like, after receiving the service transaction request, the server responds to the service transaction request, queries the model through the object detail information of the object to be transacted, and determines total cost data involved in completing transacting the object to be transacted by querying the charging items and the preferential policy in the cost model through the server.
When the configuration process of the charging issue involves multiple configuration devices, the multiple configuration devices may be respectively disposed in different servers, or may be integrally disposed in the same server; when a plurality of service personnel participate in the configuration process of the charging matters, the plurality of service personnel can respectively use different client devices, and can also use the same client device and switch roles in a software mode.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating a method for configuring a charging item according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The terminal equipment is applied to business personnel; providing and displaying an item configuration interface in a graphical user interface; wherein, at least one charging item to be configured is displayed in the item configuration interface; as shown in fig. 1, a method for configuring a charging item provided in an embodiment of the present application includes:
s101, responding to the item configuration operation, configuring the at least one to-be-configured toll item to obtain at least one candidate toll item.
S102, aiming at each candidate charging item, responding to the pricing configuration operation, and determining at least one basic charging item and at least one cost preferential strategy related to the candidate charging item.
S103, generating a cost model based on each candidate charging item, at least one basic charging item of each candidate charging item and at least one cost preferential strategy of each candidate charging item.
And S104, determining total charge data to be paid by the user after the user transacts the object to be handled by inquiring the generated charge model by using the object detail information of the object to be handled.
According to the configuration method of the charging matters provided by the embodiment of the application, when a service person has a charging matter configuration requirement, a matter configuration interface capable of configuring the charging matters can be provided for the service person through a terminal device used by the service person, and the service person can complete configuration of the charging matters to be configured in the matter configuration interface through matter configuration operation so as to obtain at least one candidate charging matter completing configuration; then configuring basic expense items and expense preferential strategies of the candidate expense items for each candidate expense item through pricing configuration operation; further, integrating each candidate charging item, at least one basic charging item of each candidate charging item and at least one cost preferential strategy of each candidate charging item to generate a cost model; when the user has the handling requirement for handling the object to be handled, the total fee data to be paid for the user to finish handling the object to be handled can be determined through the fee inquiry model. Therefore, various charging items and preferential strategies suitable for different users can be established and integrated in a unified manner, so that the centralized management and maintenance of the charging items in the later period are facilitated, the maintenance process of the charging items is simplified, and the configuration efficiency of the charging items is improved; in addition, the total expense data required by the user to realize the business transaction can be determined by combining the actual condition of the user, the accuracy of the calculation result of the expense data can be improved, and further, the business transaction efficiency of the object to be processed is improved.
Here, the target object of different object types may also have differences between the to-be-configured charges and the transaction configuration interface, for example, when the target object is a "check", the object type to which the target object belongs is a "financial product" type, and for the target object of the "check", the to-be-configured charges may include the transaction such as check fee, check cost and check loss fee, and at this time, the transaction configuration interface including the to-be-configured charges may be displayed to the service staff; when the target object is "transfer", the object type to which the target object belongs is a "financial service" type, and for the target object of "transfer", the related items to be configured and charged may include channel transaction cost, scene transaction cost, handling commission and the like, and at this time, an item configuration interface including the items to be configured and charged may be displayed to the service staff.
Therefore, when the candidate charging items and the cost preferential policies related to the target object are configured, the corresponding item configuration interface can be displayed for business personnel in advance according to the object type to which the target object belongs, and each item to be charged associated with the object type is displayed on the item configuration interface.
Here, the display triggering manner of the event configuration interface may include automatically determining an object type of the target object when the service person logs in the terminal device, and triggering display of the event configuration interface corresponding to the object type; the determination of the object category of the target object and the display of the item configuration interface can be triggered through a corresponding interface display control; the business personnel may also trigger the determination of the object type of the target object and the display of the item configuration interface by applying a fee configuration operation on the terminal device, which may be determined according to the actual situation, and is not limited herein.
In one embodiment, the object class to which the target object belongs is determined by: responding to the expense configuration operation, and acquiring basic attribute information of the target object; and matching the object type of the target object by using the basic attribute information.
In the step, in response to the application of fee configuration operation on the terminal equipment by service personnel, acquiring basic attribute information of a target object of the charging items to be configured; matching keywords associated with the set object types by using the basic attribute information of the target object, and determining the object type of the target object; for example, assuming that the object type is "financial product", the keywords associated with the object type include checks, funds, passbooks, cards, and the like, and when any one of the above keywords is included in the object name of the target object, the object type of the target object can be determined to be "financial product".
Here, the to-be-configured billing information displayed in the event configuration interface may be adjusted according to actual conditions so as to configure the candidate billing information related to the target object more appropriately according to the service scene used by the target object.
In one embodiment, after displaying the item configuration interface corresponding to the object category in the graphical user interface, the configuration method further includes: responding to the item adjusting instruction, and adjusting the displayed at least one to-be-configured toll item according to an adjusting mode indicated by the item adjusting instruction to obtain at least one adjusted to-be-configured toll item; and displaying the adjusted at least one charging item to be configured in the graphical user interface.
In the step, business personnel can issue item adjustment instructions through the terminal equipment so as to realize the adjustment of each charging item to be configured; specifically, in response to an item adjustment instruction issued by a service person, at least one to-be-configured toll item displayed in an item configuration interface is adjusted according to an adjustment mode indicated by the item adjustment instruction, so that the adjusted at least one to-be-configured toll item is obtained; and displaying the adjusted at least one charging item to be configured in the item configuration interface.
Wherein the adjusting mode comprises at least one of adding, deleting and modifying.
In step S101, in response to a transaction configuration operation applied by a service person in a transaction configuration interface displayed by a terminal device, at least one to-be-configured billing item displayed in the transaction configuration interface is configured, and at least one candidate billing item with configuration completed is obtained.
In the scheme provided by the application, in response to the item configuration operation, specifically, when a service person presses a control corresponding to the item configuration operation, the configuration of the charging item to be configured can be triggered; specifically, the service personnel can configure and operate corresponding controls through touch items such as fingers and a mouse; or the corresponding control is configured and operated through a preset combination key touch item in the keyboard, for example, the buttons such as a ctrl key, an alt key, an a key and the like in the keyboard, and the preset button can be manually set according to the requirement of a service worker.
The item configuration operation may include operations such as a click operation, a double click operation, a slide operation, a drag operation, and an input operation.
In one embodiment, the transaction configuration operations include a parameter acquisition operation and a parameter adjustment operation; the step S101 includes:
s1011, for each to-be-configured tariff item, in response to the parameter obtaining operation, obtaining an initial item parameter of the to-be-configured tariff item.
In the step, aiming at each to-be-configured toll collection item displayed in an item configuration interface, responding to a parameter acquisition operation applied by a service person through a terminal device, and acquiring initial item parameters set for the to-be-configured toll collection item in advance; for example, when the charging matter to be configured is "check fee", an initial fee preset according to past experience, that is, "check fee is 2-dollar" may be acquired through the parameter acquisition operation.
Under the condition that the check commission does not need to be adjusted, the configuration operation of business personnel can be further reduced, and therefore, the configuration efficiency can be further improved.
In the solution provided by the application, in response to the parameter obtaining operation, specifically, when a service person presses a control corresponding to the parameter obtaining operation, the obtaining of the initial item parameter may be triggered.
The parameter obtaining operation may include operations such as a click operation, a double click operation, a sliding operation, a dragging operation, and an input operation.
And S1012, responding to the parameter adjustment operation, adjusting the initial item parameters of the to-be-configured tolls, and obtaining the configured candidate tolls corresponding to the to-be-configured tolls.
In this step, under the condition that the parameter of the to-be-configured tolling item changes, the service personnel can also apply parameter adjustment operation through the terminal equipment to realize the adjustment of the initial item parameter of the to-be-configured tolling item; specifically, in response to a parameter adjustment operation applied by a service person through a terminal device, an initial item parameter of the to-be-configured toll item is adjusted to obtain a candidate toll item for which configuration is completed.
In the solution provided by the application, in response to the parameter adjustment operation, specifically, when a service person presses a control corresponding to the parameter adjustment operation, the adjustment of the initial item parameter may be triggered.
The parameter adjusting operation may include operations such as a click operation, a double click operation, a sliding operation, a dragging operation, and an input operation.
In step S102, after determining the candidate charging items related to the target object, at least one basic charging item related to the candidate charging item and at least one cost preferential policy applicable to the candidate charging item are further formulated for each candidate charging item; specifically, in response to a pricing configuration operation applied by a service person through a terminal device, determining at least one basic fee item set for the candidate fee item by the service person; meanwhile, the service personnel can also set at least one item of cost preferential strategy applicable to the candidate charging items through pricing configuration operation.
In the scheme provided by the application, in response to the pricing configuration operation, specifically, when a service person presses a control corresponding to the pricing configuration operation, the configuration of the cost and the preferential policy may be triggered.
The pricing configuration operation can comprise operations such as clicking operation, double-clicking operation, sliding operation, dragging operation and inputting operation.
In one embodiment, the pricing configuration operation includes a base cost configuration operation and a coupon policy configuration operation; step S102 includes:
at least one basic charge item to which the candidate charge item relates is configured for each candidate charge item in response to a basic charge configuration operation S1021.
In this step, for each candidate charging item, the service person may implement configuration of at least one basic charging item related to the candidate charging item through basic charging configuration operation; specifically, at least one basic charge item related to the candidate charging item is configured in response to a basic charge configuration operation applied by a service person through the terminal device.
Wherein the base expense items comprise base expense data; the basic fee data includes a charging manner, a charging frequency, a charging amount/ratio, an owing processing manner, and the like.
In the solution provided by the application, in response to the basic cost configuration operation, specifically, when a service person presses a control corresponding to the basic cost configuration operation, the configuration of the basic cost may be triggered.
The basic charge configuration operation may include operations such as a click operation, a double click operation, a slide operation, a drag operation, and an input operation.
S1022, responding to the discount strategy configuration operation, configuring the cost discount strategy of the candidate charging item in at least one cost discount dimension.
In this step, for each candidate charging item, the service personnel can implement configuration of at least one cost discount policy related to the candidate charging item through a discount policy configuration operation; specifically, in response to a discount policy configuration operation applied by a service person through a terminal device, a cost discount policy of the candidate charging item in at least one cost discount dimension is configured.
Here, for a candidate charging item, there may be different fee discount dimensions, and the fee discount dimensions refer to giving preference to the basic fee data of the candidate charging item from different angles; for example, from the perspective of "users," the cost offer dimension may be a "customer offer dimension"; specifically, the cost offer dimension at least includes a customer offer dimension, a marketing channel offer dimension and a website marketing offer dimension.
In the scheme provided by the application, in response to the discount policy configuration operation, specifically, when a service person presses a control corresponding to the discount policy configuration operation, configuration of the discount policy can be triggered.
The preference policy configuration operation may include operations such as a click operation, a double click operation, a sliding operation, a dragging operation, and an input operation.
In one embodiment, the preferential policy configuration operation comprises a dimension selection operation, a condition configuration operation and a mode configuration operation; step S1022 includes:
step a, responding to the dimension selection operation, and determining at least one cost preferential dimension related to the candidate charging item.
In this step, since the candidate charging matters can be preferential in a plurality of different angles, the candidate charging matters at least relate to one cost preferential dimension, and the configuration of each cost preferential dimension needs to be completed; specifically, at least one cost preferential dimension related to the candidate charging item is determined in response to a dimension selection operation applied by a service person through the terminal device.
In the scheme provided by the application, in response to the dimension selection operation, specifically, when a service person presses a control corresponding to the dimension selection operation, the selection of the preferential dimension can be triggered.
The dimension selection operation may include operations such as a click operation, a double click operation, a slide operation, a drag operation, and an input operation.
And b, aiming at each expense preferential dimension, responding to the condition configuration operation and configuring at least one expense preferential condition of the expense preferential dimension.
In this step, for each of the cost offer dimensions related to the candidate charging issue, at least one cost offer condition of the candidate charging issue in the cost offer dimension is configured in response to a condition configuration operation applied by a service person through the terminal device.
For example, when the cost offer dimension is "customer offer dimension", the at least one cost offer condition that the candidate charging item has under "customer offer dimension" includes a customer level of large customer, a customer deposit of >10 ten thousand, and the like.
In the scheme provided by the application, in response to the condition configuration operation, specifically, when a service person presses a control corresponding to the condition configuration operation, configuration of a preferential condition can be triggered; specifically, the service personnel can configure and operate corresponding controls through touch conditions such as fingers and a mouse; or configuring and operating corresponding controls, such as ctrl keys, alt keys, a keys and other keys, in the keyboard according to preset combination key touch conditions in the keyboard, where the preset keys may be manually set according to requirements of service personnel.
The condition configuration operation may include operations such as a click operation, a double click operation, a sliding operation, a dragging operation, and an input operation.
And c, aiming at each expense preferential condition, responding to mode configuration operation, and determining the expense preferential mode adopted when the expense preferential condition is met.
In the step, for each configured cost preferential condition, responding to the mode configuration operation applied by the service personnel through the terminal equipment, and determining the cost preferential mode which can be adopted for the related at least one item of basic cost data under the condition of meeting the cost preferential condition.
Corresponding to the above embodiment, when the customer level is a large customer, a handling fee of 5% or less may be used.
In the scheme provided by the application, the mode configuration operation is responded, and specifically, when a service worker configures and operates a corresponding control in a pressing mode, the configuration of a preferential mode can be triggered; specifically, the service personnel can configure and operate corresponding controls through touch control modes such as fingers and a mouse; or the corresponding control is configured and operated in a preset combined key touch manner in the keyboard, for example, the buttons such as a ctrl key, an alt key, an a key and the like in the keyboard, and the preset buttons can be manually set according to the requirements of business personnel.
The mode configuration operation may include operations such as a click operation, a double click operation, a slide operation, a drag operation, and an input operation.
And d, obtaining at least one cost discount strategy under the cost discount dimension based on each cost discount condition and the cost discount mode corresponding to the cost discount condition.
In this step, each cost discount condition under the cost discount dimension and the cost discount mode corresponding to the cost discount condition are integrated, and at least one cost discount strategy related to the candidate charging item under the cost discount dimension is determined.
In step S103, the fee model is generated by integrating each candidate charging item, at least one basic fee item of each candidate charging item, and at least one fee discount policy of each candidate charging item.
In step S104, when the user has a transaction requirement of the object to be transacted, the generated fee model may be queried to match at least one item of the to-be-transacted fee and the target privilege policy of the user from the configured at least one item of the candidate fee to be charged related to the object to be transacted for the user, so as to determine the total fee data to be paid by the user after completing the transaction of the object to be transacted.
Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a process for estimating costs according to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the S104 includes:
and S1041, acquiring the object detail information of the object to be managed.
S1042, determining at least one item of to-be-charged item related to the completion of handling the to-be-handled object from the configured at least one item of candidate charged item by using the object detail information and through inquiring the generated fee model.
S1043, aiming at each item to be charged, determining a target preferential strategy corresponding to the item to be charged of the user according to the account information of the user and/or the handling scene of the object to be handled by the user.
S1044, adjusting the basic fee data of the items to be billed based on the target discount strategy to obtain the target fee data of the items to be billed.
And S1045, determining total charge data to be paid of the object to be paid, which is transacted by the user, based on the target charge data of each item to be paid.
When a user transacts an object to be transacted, determining at least one item to be charged related to transacting the object to be transacted according to the object detail information of the object to be transacted, and determining whether each item to be charged has a corresponding target preferential strategy or not by combining the transaction scene of the user transacting the object to be transacted and the account information of the user; under the condition of having a target preferential strategy, basic charge data of each charging item is adjusted, and total charge data required to be paid when a user completes handling the object to be handled is determined, so that the total charge data required to be paid when the user handles the object to be handled is accurately determined according to the actual condition of the user under the condition that service personnel do not need to manually check, and the service handling efficiency is improved.
In step S1041, when it is determined that the user has a willingness to handle the object to be handled, object detail information of the object to be handled by the user is acquired; the object detail information comprises information such as an object name, a class to which the object belongs, an object handling department and the like.
In step S1042, for the object to be handled, the items to be charged related to different objects to be handled are different; moreover, even if the objects are the same to-do-with object, the matters to be charged involved in different transaction matters are different; therefore, at least one to-be-charged item involved in completing the handling of the to-be-handled object is determined from the configured at least one candidate to-be-charged item of the fee model by querying the generated fee model according to the object detail information of the to-be-handled object.
For example, when the to-be-handled object to be handled by the user is "check service", the "check service" relates to different to-be-charged items under different transaction items, and when the transaction item is "purchase", the to-be-charged items related to the "check service" may include check cost, check purchase procedure charge and to-be-charged items; the to-be-charged item when the transaction item is "cashing" may include a check cashing commission waiting to be charged item; the items to be charged when the transaction item is "loss report" may include a check cost, a check loss report fee, and a waiting charge item.
Here, taking a "bank" scenario as an example, for different customers in the "bank", due to the difference in customer grades, preferential policies that different customers have for handling the same object to be handled may differ; for example, a senior client transacting object a may reduce the commission by 1%; the ordinary client can only reduce 0.5% of handling fee when transacting the object A to be handled;
similarly, in the 'bank' scene, the difference of the transaction scenes of the objects to be handled can also cause the difference of the preferential strategies of the same objects to be handled, taking the objects to be handled as the 'withdrawal service' and the items to be charged as the 'withdrawal handling fee' as an example, and when the 'network counter' handles the withdrawal service, the related withdrawal handling fee does not have any preferential strategy; when the user transacts the withdrawal business in the mobile phone bank, certain withdrawal handling fees can be saved.
Therefore, it is further determined whether there is a corresponding preferential policy for each item to be charged related to the object to be transacted when the user transacts the object to be transacted according to the account information of the user and/or the transaction scenario in which the user transacts the object to be transacted.
In step S1043, for each charging item related to completing transacting the object to be transacted, according to the account information of the user and/or the transaction scenario where the user transacts the object to be transacted, it is further determined whether the to-be-transacted item has a target discount policy for the user, so as to achieve exemption from the to-be-transacted item.
In one embodiment, step S1043 includes:
step S10431, for each charging item, matching at least one candidate discount policy that the user satisfies a discount condition from the at least one discount policy of the charging item by using the account information of the user and/or the transaction scenario.
In the step, for each item to be charged, at least one cost preferential policy is configured for the item to be charged in advance, and at least one candidate preferential policy suitable for a user is determined from at least one cost preferential policy by matching account information and/or a transaction scene of the user; that is, at least one candidate offer policy that can be used for the user to satisfy the cost offer condition is determined.
Illustratively, each cost discount strategy is configured with a corresponding cost discount condition, the cost discount condition of the cost discount strategy B is a 'high-level user', when the user is determined to be the 'high-level user' according to account information of the user, the user is determined to meet the cost discount condition of the cost discount strategy B, and the cost discount strategy B is determined to be a candidate discount strategy; for another example, the cost discount condition of the cost discount policy C is "mobile banking", and when the user uses "mobile banking" to handle the object to be handled, it is determined that the user satisfies the cost discount condition of the cost discount policy C, and the cost discount policy C is determined as a candidate discount policy.
In one embodiment, step S10431 comprises:
matching at least one available discount strategy suitable for the user from at least one expense discount strategy of the to-be-charged event by using the account information; and determining at least one candidate preferential strategy which is applicable to the user in the transaction scene from the at least one available preferential strategy by combining the transaction scene.
In the step, aiming at each item to be charged, at least one available discount strategy applicable to the user is matched from at least one expense discount strategy of the item to be charged by using account information of the user; on the basis, combining with a transaction scene of the object to be handled by the user, and further screening out candidate preferential strategies suitable for the user in the transaction scene from at least one available preferential strategy.
For example, the charging item has 4 cost discount policies, a cost discount policy 1, a cost discount policy 2, a cost discount policy 3, and a cost discount policy 4, where the cost discount policy 1 and the cost discount policy 2 are applicable to a high-class user, and the cost discount policy 3 and the cost discount policy 4 are applicable to a normal user; if the user is determined to be a common user according to the account information of the user, the cost discount policy 3 and the cost discount policy 4 can be determined to be at least one available discount policy applicable to the user.
Further, the transaction scene to which the cost discount policy 3 is applicable is a website counter, the transaction scene to which the cost discount policy 4 is applicable is a mobile banking, and if the transaction scene to which the user handles the object to be handled is the mobile banking, the cost discount policy 4 is determined as a candidate discount policy to which the user is applicable.
Or, matching at least one first discount strategy applicable to the user from at least one expense discount strategy of the to-be-charged event by using the account information; determining at least one second preferential strategy applicable to the object to be handled in the handling scene from the at least one expense preferential strategy by utilizing the handling scene; and determining at least one candidate offer strategy applicable to the user based on the first offer strategy and the second offer strategy.
In the step, aiming at each item to be charged, firstly, the account information of a user is utilized to match at least one first preferential policy applicable to the user from at least one cost preferential policy of the item to be charged; secondly, combining a handling scene of the object to be handled by the user, and determining at least one second preferential strategy applicable to the object to be handled in the handling scene from the at least one cost preferential strategy; and finally, determining the first offer strategy and the second offer strategy as at least one candidate offer strategy applicable to the user.
For example, the to-be-charged item has 4 cost discount policies, namely a cost discount policy 1, a cost discount policy 2, a cost discount policy 3 and a cost discount policy 4, wherein the cost discount policy 1 is applicable to a high-level user, the cost discount policy 2 is applicable to a common user, the cost discount policy 3 is applicable to a branch counter, and the cost discount policy 4 is applicable to a mobile phone bank; if the user is determined to be a common user according to the account information of the user, the cost discount strategy 2 can be determined to be a first discount strategy applicable to the user; if the transaction scene of the user for transacting the object to be transacted is a counter, the expense preferential policy 3 can be determined as a second preferential policy applicable to the user; and determining the cost discount strategy 2 and the cost discount strategy 3 as candidate discount strategies applicable to the user.
Or, matching at least one candidate discount strategy applicable to the user from at least one expense discount strategy of the to-be-charged event by using the account information.
In this step, for each item to be charged, at least one candidate discount policy applicable to the user is matched from at least one cost discount policy of the item to be charged by using the account information of the user.
Or, determining at least one candidate benefit strategy applicable to transacting the object to be transacted by the user in the transaction scene from at least one cost benefit strategy of the item to be charged by utilizing the transaction scene.
In the step, for each item of items to be charged, the processing scene of the object to be processed by the user is referred to, and at least one candidate preferential policy applicable to the object to be processed by the user in the current processing scene is matched from at least one cost preferential policy of the items to be charged.
Step S10432, determining, by combining the use detail information of each candidate offer policy, a target offer policy applicable to the user from the at least one candidate offer policy.
In this step, for the user, although there is more than one candidate benefit policy that the user satisfies the cost benefit condition, whether the user can use all candidate benefit policies or which of at least one candidate benefit policy may be used as the target benefit policy applicable to the user further needs to refer to the use detail information of each candidate benefit policy to further determine the target benefit policy applicable to the user.
In one embodiment, step S10432 includes:
step 1, selecting a strategy according to a preset strategy, and determining whether the at least one candidate preferential strategy can be accumulated.
In the step, a strategy selection strategy is preset, and the strategy selection strategy can indicate the use mode of at least one candidate preference strategy; here, the usage manner may include "cumulative usage", that is, at least one candidate offer policy may be cumulative overlapping usage; the usage mode may also include "alternative usage", that is, a specific selection mode is required to select a target offer policy applicable to the user from at least one candidate offer policy.
And 2, if so, determining a target discount strategy applicable to the user by superposing the at least one candidate discount strategy.
In this step, if it is determined that at least one candidate offer policy can be accumulated according to the policy selection policy, that is, it is determined that the usage manner of at least one candidate offer policy is accumulated usage, the target offer policy applicable to the user is determined by superimposing at least one candidate offer policy.
Exemplarily, a candidate discount strategy C and a candidate discount strategy D are determined, wherein the candidate discount strategy C is a procedure fee reduced by 1%, the candidate discount strategy D is a procedure fee reduced by 2%, and if the use modes of the candidate discount strategy C and the candidate discount strategy D are 'accumulated use', the procedure fees reduced by the candidate discount strategy C and the candidate discount strategy are superposed to obtain a target discount strategy applicable to the user, namely the target discount strategy is a procedure fee reduced by 3%.
And step 3, if not, determining the candidate discount strategy with the highest use priority as the target discount strategy by combining the use priority carried by the use detail information of each candidate discount strategy.
In this step, if it is determined that at least one candidate discount policy cannot be accumulated according to the policy selection policy, that is, it is determined that the use mode of at least one candidate discount policy is an alternative use, a target discount policy applicable to the user needs to be selected from at least one candidate discount policy according to a specific selection mode; the specific selection mode comprises selection according to priority and selection according to a preferential value; and when the specific selection mode is selection according to priority, determining the candidate preferential policy with the highest priority as the target preferential policy applicable to the user by combining the use priority carried by the use detail information of each candidate preferential policy.
Corresponding to the embodiment, the candidate discount strategies C and the candidate discount strategies D, of which the two users meet the cost discount conditions, are determined, the use priority of the candidate discount strategy C is 3, the use priority of the candidate discount strategy D is 4, and the candidate discount strategy D is determined to be the target discount strategy applicable to the users in the mode that the specific selection mode is selection according to the priority.
Or, if not, determining the discount value of each candidate discount strategy by combining the use detail information of each candidate discount strategy, and determining the candidate discount strategy with the highest discount value as the target discount strategy.
In the step, if at least one candidate discount strategy is determined to be unable to accumulate according to the strategy selection strategy, that is, the using mode of at least one candidate discount strategy is determined to be one-time use, a target discount strategy suitable for the user needs to be selected from at least one candidate discount strategy according to a specific selection mode; the specific selection mode comprises selection according to priority and selection according to a preferential value; and when the specific selection mode is selection according to the discount value, determining the discount value of each candidate discount strategy by combining the use detail information of each candidate discount strategy, and determining the candidate discount strategy with the highest discount value as the target discount strategy applicable to the user.
Corresponding to the embodiment, the candidate discount strategies C and the candidate discount strategies D of two users meeting the cost discount condition are determined, the candidate discount strategies C are the procedure fee reduced by 1%, the candidate discount strategies D are the procedure fee reduced by 2%, and the candidate discount strategies D are determined to be the target discount strategies applicable to the users in the mode that the specific selection mode is selection according to the discount value.
In step S1044, for each item to be billed, if the item to be billed has the target discount policy, the basic fee data of the item to be billed is adjusted according to the target discount policy to obtain the target fee data that the user needs to pay for the item to be billed.
In step S1045, based on the target fee data of each item to be billed, the total fee data that needs to be paid for the user to complete the transaction of the object to be handled may be determined in a summation manner.
Here, if the user wants to complete the transaction of the object to be handled, the user needs to complete the payment of the total fee data according to a preset fee collection policy.
In one embodiment, the configuration method further comprises: determining the payment time for completing the payment of the total fee data of the object to be handled by inquiring a preset fee collection strategy; and according to the payment time, completing the handling of the object to be handled after the total fee data is collected.
In the step, when the user finishes paying the total fee data related to the object to be transacted, the user can inquire a preset fee collecting strategy, determine that the object to be transacted is to be transacted and pay the paying time of the total fee data related to the object to be transacted; and according to the payment time, completing the transaction of the object to be handled with the transaction intention of the user after completing the collection of the total fee data in time.
Here, in order to facilitate the user to handle the object to be handled, different payment times may be set for different objects to be handled, for example, the payment time may be set to be real-time payment, and the payment time may also be set to be terminal-of-day payment.
In one embodiment, the payment time includes a real-time payment; according to the payment time, after the total fee data is collected, the object to be handled is handled, including: determining whether the account balance of the user can finish the real-time payment of the total expense data or not by using the account information; if so, completing the collection of the total expense data and completing the handling of the object to be handled; if not, determining a payment mode for paying the total expense data, and completing the payment of the total expense data according to the payment mode.
In the step, if the payment time of the total expense data is real-time payment, the transaction of the object to be handled can be completed only after the payment of the total expense data is completed; at the moment, the account information is required to be utilized to determine whether the account balance of the user is enough to finish the real-time payment of the total expense data; and if the account balance can finish the real-time payment of the total expense data, the deduction of the total expense data is finished from the account balance, so that the collection of the total expense data is finished, and the transaction of the object to be handled is finished.
If the account balance can not finish the real-time payment of the total expense data, further determining a payment mode of the total expense data, and finishing the payment of the total expense data according to the payment mode; the payment mode comprises any one of difference payment and full payment.
Here, in order to avoid slowing down the transaction process of the object to be handled because the user cannot complete the payment of the total fee data in time, a plurality of payment modes of the total fee data can be set for the user aiming at different objects to be handled; for example, the difference payment may be realized by allowing the user to pay a part of the total charge data first, and then completing the payment of the remaining total charge data within a specified time limit.
In one embodiment, the payment method includes a difference payment; according to the payment mode, completing the payment of the total expense data, comprising the following steps: adopting the payment mode of the difference payment to finish the payment of partial total cost data and finish the transaction of the object to be processed; and repeatedly collecting the remaining unpaid total expense data within a preset time period until the collection of all the total expense data is completed.
In the step, under the condition that the payment mode is difference payment, partial total cost data needing to be paid is determined, deduction of the partial total cost data is completed from account balance, and the transaction of the object to be handled is completed.
Repeatedly collecting the remaining unpaid total expense data to the user within a preset time period until the collection of all the total expense data is completed; if the remaining total expense data are not completed within the preset collection times, the remaining total expense data are not collected to the user any more, the reason of the incomplete collection is recorded, abnormal information is generated and reported to business personnel.
If the payment mode of the service to be processed is full payment, the payment of all the total expense data needs to be completed in real time, otherwise, the transaction of the object to be processed cannot be completed.
If the payment time of the total expense data related to the object to be managed is the final payment day, judging the payment mode of the total expense data again at the final day, and finishing the collection of the total expense data according to the payment mode.
