The test result of the tensile strength of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper prepared by the invention is shown in figure 2, the natural-color softwood pulp and the natural-color hardwood pulp are mixed and pulped according to a certain proportion, then are mixed with the additive, and are subjected to a series of processes to prepare the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper, when the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is prepared according to the methods of the embodiment 1 and the comparative example 1, the PEI wet strength agent is replaced by the PAE wet strength agent, the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper has basically consistent tensile strength, and the replacement of the simple wet strength agent has no great influence on the tensile strength of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper; in examples 2 and 4 and comparative examples 2 and 4, after the PEI wet strength agent is replaced by the PAE wet strength agent, the tensile strength of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is obviously reduced, in example 3 and comparative example 3, after the PEI wet strength agent is replaced by the PAE wet strength agent, the tensile strength of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is only reduced, which indicates that the use of the PEI wet strength agent and carboxymethyl hemicellulose has the effect of enhancing the tensile property of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper, the improvement of the tensile property of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper by the PEI wet strength agent and the dispersant emulsion is limited, and when the PEI wet strength agent is used together with the carboxymethyl hemicellulose and the dispersant emulsion, the tensile property of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is improved; the effect of the common use of the PEI wet strength agent, the carboxymethyl hemicellulose and the dispersant emulsion is better than that of the common use of the PEI wet strength agent, the carboxymethyl hemicellulose or the dispersant emulsion; the performance of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper can be further improved by further adding other reagents into the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper, for example, the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper with better tensile property can be obtained after further adding a small amount of microfibrillated cellulose; after a small amount of chitosan is further added, the tensile strength of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is not improved better, but the tensile strength of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is obviously improved after the microfibrillated cellulose and the chitosan are used together.
The test result of the wet tensile strength of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper prepared by the invention is shown in figure 3, the natural-color softwood pulp and the natural-color hardwood pulp are mixed and pulped according to a certain proportion, then are mixed with the additive, and are subjected to a series of processes to prepare the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper, the change trend of the wet tensile strength of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is consistent with the change of the tensile strength, and the fact that the tensile strength and the wet tensile strength of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper obtained by the method are influenced by basically the same or basically identical factors is shown.
The stiffness test result of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper prepared by the invention is shown in figure 4, the natural-color softwood pulp and the natural-color hardwood pulp are mixed and pulped according to a certain proportion, then are mixed with the additive, and are prepared through a series of processes to obtain the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper, when the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is prepared according to the methods of the embodiment 1 and the comparative example 1, the PEI wet strength agent is replaced by the PAE wet strength agent, the stiffness of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is basically consistent, and the effect of the replacement of the simple wet strength agent on the stiffness of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is shown; in examples 2 and 4 and comparative examples 2 and 4, after the PEI wet strength agent is replaced by the PAE wet strength agent, the stiffness of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is obviously reduced, in example 3 and comparative example 3, after the PEI wet strength agent is replaced by the PAE wet strength agent, the stiffness of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is only reduced, which shows that the use of the PEI wet strength agent and carboxymethyl hemicellulose has the effect of enhancing the stiffness of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper, the PEI wet strength agent and dispersant emulsion have limited improvement on the stiffness of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper, and when the PEI wet strength agent, the carboxymethyl hemicellulose and the dispersant emulsion are jointly used, the stiffness of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is improved; the effect of the PEI wet strength agent, the carboxymethyl hemicellulose and the dispersant emulsion is better than that of the PEI wet strength agent, the carboxymethyl hemicellulose or the dispersant emulsion; the stiffness of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper can be further improved by further adding other reagents into the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper, for example, the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper with better stiffness can be obtained after further adding a small amount of microfibrillated cellulose; after a small amount of chitosan is further added, the stiffness of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is not improved better, but the stiffness of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is obviously improved after the microfibrillated cellulose and the chitosan are used together.
The test result of the ring crush strength of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper prepared by the invention is shown in fig. 5, the natural-color softwood pulp and the natural-color hardwood pulp are mixed and pulped according to a certain proportion, then are mixed with the additive, and the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is prepared through a series of procedures, when the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is prepared according to the methods of the embodiment 1 and the comparative example 1, the PEI wet strength agent is replaced by the PAE wet strength agent, the ring crush strength of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is basically consistent, and the replacement of the simple wet strength agent has no great influence on the ring crush strength of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper; in examples 2 and 4 and comparative examples 2 and 4, after the PEI wet strength agent is replaced by the PAE wet strength agent, the ring crush strength of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is obviously reduced, in example 3 and comparative example 3, after the PEI wet strength agent is replaced by the PAE wet strength agent, the ring crush strength of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is only reduced, which indicates that the use of the PEI wet strength agent and carboxymethyl hemicellulose has the effect of enhancing the ring crush performance of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper, the improvement of the ring crush performance of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper by the PEI wet strength agent and the dispersant emulsion is limited, and when the PEI wet strength agent is used together with the carboxymethyl hemicellulose and the dispersant emulsion, the ring crush performance of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is improved; the effect of the PEI wet strength agent, the carboxymethyl hemicellulose and the dispersant emulsion is better than that of the PEI wet strength agent, the carboxymethyl hemicellulose or the dispersant emulsion; the performance of the natural-color environment-friendly raw paper for the straw can be further improved by further adding other reagents into the natural-color environment-friendly raw paper for the straw, for example, the natural-color environment-friendly raw paper for the straw with better ring crush performance can be obtained after further adding a small amount of micro cellulose; after a small amount of chitosan is further added, the ring crush strength of the obtained natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is not improved better, but the ring crush strength of the natural-color environment-friendly straw base paper is obviously improved after the microfibrillated cellulose and the chitosan are used together.
