Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of lubricating grease, and particularly relates to fracturing truck plunger packing grease and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In the field of oil exploitation, fracturing refers to the process of oil or gas production, and the hydraulic action is utilized to generate cracks in an oil-gas layer, thereby playing an important role in improving the flowing environment of oil and gas underground and increasing the yield of the oil and gas.
The fracturing truck is used for injecting high-pressure and large-discharge fracturing fluid into a well, fracturing the stratum and extruding a propping agent (fracturing fluid) into a crack, and is mainly used for various fracturing operations of oil, gas and water wells. The working principle of the fracturing truck is as follows: a hydraulic pump is driven by the power takeoff of the chassis truck, and the hydraulic pump drives a starting motor of the vehicle platform engine to start the vehicle platform engine; the power generated by the trolley engine drives the fracturing pump to work through the gearbox and the transmission shaft; the fracturing fluid is sucked in by a fracturing pump suction manifold, is discharged by a high-pressure discharge manifold after being pressurized, and is injected into the underground well to implement fracturing operation; the equipment can perform stand-alone and on-line operation.
The fracturing truck is divided into an on-platform device and an under-platform device, and the under-platform device mainly comprises a vehicle-carrying chassis system, an engine system and a transmission system; the bench equipment mainly comprises a bench engine, a bench transmission case, a fracturing pump, a manifold system, a lubricating system, a circuit system, an air path system, a hydraulic system and the like. The main lubricating part of the lubricating system of the fracturing truck is the lubrication of a plunger and a packing, and the conventional truck mostly adopts lubricating oil for lubrication, so that the problems of poor lubricating and sealing effects, large consumption and the like exist. Most of new vehicle types adopt lubricating grease for lubrication, and firstly, the lubricating and sealing effects are good; secondly, the dosage is small, and the use cost is low; thirdly, the adhesive property is strong, the leakage is less, and the influence on the environment is small. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a fracturing truck plunger packing grease and a preparation method thereof.
